Kapuzinerkloster & Garten - Das kulinarische Erbe der Alpen in Stans

I was a guest at the Culinarium Alpinum from March 15th to 16th as part of a closed meeting. I look back very fondly on my stay with the friendly service, the beautifully renovated room and the modern lounge and seminar rooms. Lots of harmonious details round off the atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight the delicious, vegan alternatives that were offered to me for lunch and dinner (I contacted the restaurant in advance to be on the safe side, as there are no vegan dishes on the menu). It's also pleasing that there are also some alternatives available for breakfast, such as oat drink or soy yogurt.

The Tavolata - A culinary highlight in a place of power in a former monastery. The Alpinum offers top service in addition to relaxation and recreation.

Very nicely renovated, friendly hosts, very tasty food. Always a pleasure.

The only thing that still needs to be improved is the acoustics in the event hall on the upper floor

My stay at the hotel, which once housed a monastery, was an extraordinary experience. The historical ambience, coupled with modern comfort, made my visit very special. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made my stay even more pleasant. Every question was answered patiently, and it seemed like every member of staff genuinely cared about the guests' well-being. Particularly noteworthy was the breakfast, which was not only varied but also of the highest quality. Local specialties and fresh ingredients were tastefully presented and the selection was impressive. A perfect start to the day!

Excellent food and great service. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love, you can tell. Just great.
