The management is very bad and arrogant... I had the misfortune of having black hair in my francesinha (my hair is red), I complained... when we asked for the bill I thought it was expensive for the quality and they weren't even discounting my francesinha... they came with a hair reddish glue stuck to the tape, making it appear that it was mine😡(where everyone at the table saw that the hair in my food was black and was in the center of the francesinha with cheese). It was simply the first and last time... and we were at a table where we were very cold... having a frozen dinner...

The menu is quite varied with many options for different tastes. The dishes are very well served and look very appealing, I highly recommend a visit to this very typical Portuguese restaurant. The prices are average, but in the end you will see that you didn't pay anything special for the quality and quantity presented.

They served us their own starters (without asking anything) which they then charged us for.

It is regrettable that an establishment like this does not have management capable of accepting a written complaint, but rather arrogantly and „OFFENSIVE“ especially when it comes to PERSONAL objects…..!!

Don't recommend. You pay for appetizers you don't order. I get it that it's Portuguese standard, but at least cook them right. We ordered "SALGADOS-Bohnenkraut" and it was made out of frozen stuff that was deep fried and served with the middle still frozen. The stake (BITOQUE DE VITELA) was below average at best. The fries and rice that came along with the steak were disappointing (not fresh and had no flavor). The is limited parking at the location. The building looks a old and boring. Their transparent table covers were made out of some kind of plastic that you start to smell after a few minutes 🫤 Service was very slow despite being almost empty (we got there first and when we left there were probably 3 other tables). I will not give them a second chance.

We went here for the first time to have lunch. The food was very bad, even simple side dishes were inedible (soft/mushy unsalted fries, old lampy squashed salad). And at proud prices compared to Swiss restaurants. When the bill came, we were charged CHF 28 for olives, garlic bread and melon, which were served to us at the beginning. Since we didn't order this, but it was served to us, we thought (as normal in Switzerland) that it came from the kitchen. We didn't even touch the olives, but we were still charged for them. We complained because we had never seen this before. We were told that it is normal in Portugal for things not ordered to be served and if you eat them you have to pay (but there is no price list). We said that here we are in Switzerland and you only have to pay for what you order. No insight, had to pay for everything!! An impudence and a blatant rip-off! Bad restaurant, bad service, illegal business practices! Don't come here!

I ordered chicken and potatoes for take away as I had already ordered a few times and I have to say that today everything was perfect, even the potatoes were super well done and crispy. Everything was really great!

You have to pay for appetizers you do not order. Fish and spinach not tasty. Not a good feeling from the waiters. Went there twice (second time to give them a chance), but both times you pay a lot for something not worth it.

Warning: at first you get ask if you wish an appetiser. Even if you refuse you will get an appetiser (the famous olives and bread) that is later on the bill written in Portuguese.

A visit to the restaurant we have not been a while. While we where at the table we received bread with garlic, olives and melon with prosciutto. We had to wait more then a hour even if the restaurant was almost empty and my little brother was starving. A couple of suggestions: please use dimmer light bulbs to add some warmth. Also, please offer tap water - of course you can charge but bottled water is very polluting.
