Pizza was super tasty, delivery time was perfect

I received a Dürüm box 5 minutes ago, there was so much salt I couldn't eat it, is that normal? Otherwise I take Dürüm and they are always good. What a shame.

I recently tried the kebab box with cocktail sauce and garlic sauce and onions from this kebab shop and it was heavenly! The taste was really authentic and delicious. What really impressed me was not only the great food but also the outstanding service. Deliveries were quick and the food arrived warm. Waiting time about 30 minutes for a citizen and a pizza. The pizza was good. The burger 👎. Fries weren't warm. The homemade burger bun was so hard that I could barely cut it, let alone eat it. Unfortunately, 45 minutes of waiting time for a delivery service that is only five minutes away is not an exception but rather the rule. Even at off-peak times. Other delivery services in the area or even further away are faster. Friendliest Kebab Pizza Zuchwil? Neither. Delivery people are friendly, but when ordering by phone you can clearly feel that they are not happy about having to use the phone. I would probably like to re-educate myself with the type of online ordering. And one more thing: no, I don't just hold my EC card blindly on the back of the payment device to pay contactless without seeing the display and amount. Get used to it. I have already experienced this on site and during delivery. One more star deducted later because today's on-site order simply showed once again how unmotivated and unfriendly some of the workers are. The first two were fine, suddenly a third employee comes along. Strolls in with his cell phone in his hand, just looks at you briefly, doesn't say a word, strolls on unmotivated to prepare the kebab box you ordered, makes a face like it's been rainy for seven days and the whole thing continues like that during the payment process. Hey, if you don't want to work there, just quit. As a customer, it's definitely not fun to order something here. Which is a real shame because, as I said, the food was quite good.

Highly Recommended. By far the best Falaffel Dürüm I've ever had. Well filled with vegetables like red cabbage and carrots. Combining 2 sauces is great. Father had a normal Dürüm and liked it too. Pizza and pides were delicious. Fries perfect. Large portions, good value for money. Delivery was quick and as promised, really nice supplier and there was also a free dessert.
