Kentucky Fried Chicken in Oftringen

There are 8 touchscreen panels to enter the desired menu/food. Some outdoor seating and a kids zone. That’s it for the positive stuff. We waited a long time and probably ate the most boring fries of our lives. The warp was also absolutely pathetic and tasteless. The fried chicken things are only tolerable with a lot of sauce. Definitely the first and last time for us at KFC, thank you.

Despite the empty dining room and the staff clearly having nothing to do, there was food everywhere on the floor and a clean table was in short supply. Hai not invited to eat on site

Finally a KFC near me. Unfortunately very crowded and the drive is not yet open. Quality of the food is good. Update 03/24 Unfortunately it became inedible. Often old meat that has been kept warm for far too long. It's also a shame that there's no Hot and Spicy. The classic ever. Is KFC shooting itself in the foot? As long as nothing changes, I'll avoid KFC. Bonchon will replace them at some point

Fine food as usual. Portion of mashed potatoes could have been more. Wheelchair parking space in front of the building and barrier-free access. Most tables are accessible and the ordering terminals are also suitable for wheelchair users. Unfortunately, the spacious wheelchair toilet only has a vertical handle that is of no use to a wheelchair user. A horizontal handle must definitely be installed here. The mirror also needs to be made further down or replaced with a tilting mirror.

As always, the best for me but Switzerland has so few branches 🍗😉

The food is inedible! I brought back fries for the second time, soft and unsalted. Meat has a strange color! The third and last time in this fast food for me. In Schönbühl, however, everything is right. The staff understands almost nothing (German). One star is far too many.

An unforgettable KFC experience with excellent service I recently had the pleasure of visiting the KFC restaurant and I must say it was one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had. The employee I got to know was extremely friendly and helpful. His name was Noah, and his warm demeanor made my visit special. As I stood at the counter, unsure of what to order, Loah immediately came up to me and offered to help. His recommendations were excellent and exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the menu and passion for the products were evident. What particularly impressed me was his kindness and commitment to ensuring I had the best possible experience. He took the time to answer my questions and help me choose my meal. His recommendations turned out to be delicious and just right for my tastes. Noah's positive attitude and commitment to excellent service left a lasting impression on me. I cannot emphasize enough how much his contribution added to my KFC experience. A big shout out and thank you to Loah for his excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. I will definitely come back and enjoy this first class service experience.

The food was okay, but a bit “floppy” and not that warm but okay, the Sunday one I ordered was already very warm and not necessarily fresh. Otherwise the service was top with friendly employees. The tables etc were also cleaned more often and overall it was quite clean. The service was also very quick (probably that's why it wasn't very fresh) but they made a lot of effort

Strips and wings are ok, but what's in the sandwiches leaves a very unpleasant feeling and even physical pain. The service is friendly and works very quickly and efficiently. It is clean and correct.

Was in a KFC for the first time. The food generally tasted good, but unfortunately it wasn't warm enough. The cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all. We rated the large portion of fries as quite small for the price.

"Ordinary" KFC restaurant "Common" because they are rare in Switzerland. The good thing is that it is much cleaner than abroad. The food tasted good and was delivered quickly.

They ordered a twister, the pita bread was torn, they ordered large potatoes and they gave them small ones, they forgot about the sauces

On my recent visit to KFC, the food was, as usual, of good quality. Despite the slightly higher prices that can be expected in Switzerland, the price-performance ratio remains reasonable. A price reduction would of course be a welcome improvement for customers, myself included

Today I had KFC Pouletstk in Switzerland for the first time. taken. If I hadn't driven onto the highway straight away, I would have been brought back with the inedible stuff!!! The crust was soggy and floury and the meat was still half raw!! Yuck!!

The food didn't taste good. Chicken thighs not crispy at all and poorly seasoned. I've been to KFC in Geneva before and it tasted much better there.

Burger was tasty, tenders juicy. Fries Kros and well seasoned. Drinks station feels good. Clean tables. However, prices are high and the very loud music is a bit annoying.

Well, what can I say, long waited until we finally have an alternative to BK and MC in the region. Then the KFC goes up, that's something. Unfortunately, this branch is not really a top branch. The employees are not really friendly or helpful. The preparation always goes more than 10 minutes, even if you do not come at rush hour, this is far too long, no sorry for waiting, nothing. The branch manager should train his employees a little on quality! Also the food quality is not really good, I was about 15x already there. I have so far received only 1x really warm food. Otherwise, the food is usually too cold, no wonder with these long waiting times. The taste of the Food is common and absolutely ok, but not the rest i described. Too bad. The store itself is not very well done. The crowd management is quite unsuccessful. On about 60% of the seats you do not look at the output monitor, when they call out the food they do it in the volume of a library. Here it needs certainly more monitors. Thus unusable. Also the entrance area with the ordering machines are in the middle instead of moving the entrance area to the left. Too bad, it would not have been difficult. The branch also would have a Drive-Inn, but somehow it never was open, i dont know why they are not opening the Drive. In summary: Too bad, it would be easy to offer more quality and faster service than what you get. I think it is a pity, also that the employees are not really friendly.

Very tasty chicken, is always freshly prepared and is not left on display for a long time. Waiting times can sometimes take a little longer. The large buckets with chicken pieces as well as the selection of burgers are highly recommended!

Food was disappointing compared to what you get abroad (I first ate KFC 20 years ago!) Taste, crispy, and spiciness was not what it should be!!! A pity!!! Something like that shouldn't happen!

I'm really sorry but the food wasn't good. The chicken box was inedible and my wrap had too much sauce in it. Fries were tasteless. It's a shame . The corn on the cob was okay. the whole table was not happy. Hope you get better.

Let's start with service and ambience... Both average. All employees have always been relaxed and friendly, just as I expect. The food... Well, fried chicken is just great when it's fresh. KFC is doing a lot of things right here. And so that you come by every now and then for a small or larger snack

It's always a good alternative to McDonald's or Subway. The food is great, although every now and then I worry that the meat isn't completely cooked through because it tends to be slightly pink. So far I haven't had any problems. The furnishings are decorated in a great American style which fits perfectly. If you like eating chicken and don't mind the high price, this is a great fast food restaurant.

Arrived at 10pm and I got a bucket of chicken, fries, sides, and a soda and everything was ready fast in less than 5 minutes and everything tasted good 👍🏼 Edit: I came back another time during the day for lunch and the quality of everything was very poor. I got a gourmet bbq burger that had no onion and the chicken was very oily. Because of this I change my review from 5 to 4 stars.

First visit to KFC, Nice place, chicken was good, we didn’t receive exactly what we asked for in the menu buckets and chips we cold. But we were happy with service and atmosphere.

The food came very early, only about 2 minutes later. The service was very nice, someone even said it was good. The food was good but so expensive, oh dear. For example, you couldn't take things out during the wrap then my two colleagues had to eat tomatoes and take them out (they were severely allergic). The toilets were ok... .But overall it was great👍(one of them almost puked, but maybe she ate just a little too much) I FOUND IT GREAT HUH

Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes for service and no one came .Music was terrible that's why only 1 star. You are welcome to order music from me Table was not cleared. So I can go to McDonald's and not have to go to a specialty restaurant

We were at DirveIn on Saturday August 5th, 2023 and ordered from Miriam around 3:30 p.m. She was friendly but... when we got home we only got half of the food. Of course we could have checked, but since it was the first time we ordered and we were happy, we just wanted to go home and try the food. We had a burger and box for 40.- but paid well over 60.-. Luckily the food can be shared but the three of us weren't full. It's a shame we drove an extra 20 minutes.

The hospitality and support during my photo shoot at KFC was amazing! The ambience was very pleasant and the interior design is super modern. The staff, as well as the manager, were very friendly and open, you immediately felt at home. What much can you write about KFC? Thanks to system catering, the food tastes similar almost everywhere. If you like meat and specifically chicken: Go for it. The location is good, unfortunately there aren't enough restaurants. The staff is hard-working and, when spoken to, friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the speed of preparation/delivery of the menu. You have to be ashamed of MC and BK, because they have forgotten this in the last few decades. I don't like the ambience, it's of little value and not harmonious if the guest should experience a real Kentucky feeling. The store also seems too big to me, but that's probably not the case Friday-Saturday night 🤗

When I walked into KFC, the display on both devices didn't work to order. So I went to the checkout to take the order. This went on for almost 10 minutes because the cashier ran away 3 times and they had no change. When the burger arrived it was cold and the bread was crumbling. The chicken wings had brown stuff in them that didn't look good at all. But I had already taken a bite and then thrown the rest away. Unfortunately it was already too late. After about 4 hours I felt very sick. I vomited and had diarrhea. I had this for the next 12 hours. I had to vomit again about every 15 minutes and couldn't sleep. I spent half the night in the bathroom vomiting. I was in unbearable pain. At first I just had to vomit leftover food but later it was just stomach acid. At the end, white foam even came out of my stomach. I don't know what that is, but it wasn't that great. I also had muscle cramps while vomiting. Never again KFC in my life.

Quite manageable food, value for money is zero! Miserable toilets in an extremely unhygienic condition (empty soap dispensers, single-layer toilet paper, dirty basins) Would seriously recommend everyone to avoid this KFC...

The food was as expected except for the fries. Fries were cold, replaced. However, the restaurant was poorly planned. In winter the wind is very strong and you generally don't feel comfortable eating there.

I enjoyed the food in this standard KfC restaurant, it meets the expectations of the chain! However, I found the music inside the establishment to be a bit too loud, which I think disturbed the ambience. The service was good and friendly.
