Despite no reservation, after some negotiating skills, we got a table for 2 on a Friday evening. Unfortunately only inside, but with space at the huge open window overlooking the lake with an incredibly beautiful view. However, the terrace on the jetty is the highlight of the restaurant. See pictures! The food is ok, reads better than the dish itself. I felt the taste was a bit lacking in sophistication - and unfortunately the tuna was also done. The portions were surprisingly large, we actually didn't finish it all because of the starter. Service is friendly, extremely hectic and sometimes very confusing. It didn't bother us - we found it kind of likeable. Because of the great location, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We definitely ate well. Before the food we ordered came, we were given delicious fresh bread with butter. The only shame is that there was hardly anything from Switzerland on offer when it came to the fish selection, for example I would have expected that with the perch fillets. We were greeted very friendly by the Chef de Service Nino and very attentive by (unfortunately I can't remember the name) Lorena? Larissa? Laila? In any case, the name starts with an “L”, served. Even waiters who were not assigned to us were always attentive and friendly. Very nice location!

OK final dinner on the occasion of the successful 50th anniversary of Guggenmusik Notentschalper, dignified setting, beautifully set, well-trained and very friendly staff, fine food, also appealing to the eye. Unfortunately Petrus didn't play along, maybe another time🌅 Unfortunately, I tripped at the exit and fell to the ground. The very attentive staff came to my aid with ice cubes to cool my bleeding lip, thank you very much! Almost healed now. I would happily recommend the restaurant👍💚🎶🎷

On my birthday we made a reservation 10 days in advance and even received a confirmation from Nicole Holenstein (owner). When we got there, staff told us there was no reservation! We were even confirmed that we would get the table on the jetty. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hours. I found it very bad. However, the employee Nino tried very hard and tried to organize a table for us on the jetty. Thank you again for your effort. The food was good except pasta was dry. Otherwise I thought it was good.

Excellent atmosphere, food was ok and horrible service. All the waiters are new, waited 40 mins to get served and they brought me the wrong order, several times during the dinner.

A great location! The food was good for the price! We were just very disappointed with the service. I'm happy to give this feedback so that I can help at the restaurant. The dear service MA gave us bad information about the company: He constantly commented that he was poorly paid, that there were few guests and that the job with you was boring. The situation in the company was disclosed; The management is bad and “has no idea”. He should leave you as quickly as possible. It's not possible to transmit bad advertising directly to the guests... a little bit of information: I knew that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. but if you're still eating, you'll be charged... We were basically thrown out of the restaurant. There was so much potential in the company, but the implementation that evening was unfortunately only mediocre, especially in this price range...a shame

Were in Keywest for the first time and had a very nice time. Of course, it had to start drizzling when I made my reservation, but the staff were able to arrange everything so that we stayed dry. You have a real beach feeling in Keywest and the light wind meant there were also light waves which reinforced the beach and holiday feeling. The staff was very attentive and we received excellent service. The Wienerschnitzel and the Egliknusperli were very tasty and beautifully prepared. We look forward to the next visit.

Great restaurant with a view of Lake Zurich. Outside seats on the jetty, which should be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, some of the fish selection was no longer possible on Sunday evening. Maybe reserve the fish too...:-) So the kitchen put together a selection of sea fishing for us. The fish was okay, but the composition was very simple. The service is ok, but unfortunately it doesn't come out to the jetty that often. Overall, the price is a bit too high in relation to the food and service. But the space with the view makes up for it.

Right on the lake. Beautiful location. Well appointed physical plant. Outdoor seating on the dock and adjacent to the building. Inside there are large windows that are open to the lake. Service was good. We had the Dorado and the Cuttlefish with risotto. The Dorado was good, but had a bit much oil on it for my taste. The Cuttlefish was very good. Some wines by the glass. Unfortunately, they have an automatic coffee machine so we passed on coffees.

Whether in the restaurant directly on Lake Zurich or on the jetty outside, where there are some tables surrounded by the lake, Key West is definitely worth a visit. The food and staff leave nothing to be desired. Highly recommended

We had a great evening - top service and very tasty food. We eat out very often, but we've never had such great service!

We made a reservation two weeks ago. We wanted a nice place for our wedding day. Parking spaces are rare, but we were lucky. The view is fantastic. We got the table next to the kitchen at the entrance. It wasn't a romantic place. And the music is more reminiscent of a disco than a cozy restaurant. The service is nice. The plastic flower also didn't match the beautifully set table. The very cold herb butter didn't taste like herbs and was unnaturally green. The food came quickly and was good. The prices are appropriate for the location. We won't be visiting it again for a wedding anniversary, but the restless atmosphere and the disco music bothered me. The food is good and the views are great.

Christmas dinner! Very friendly service from Nino and the food tasted very tasty. The Keywest lake restaurant right on the lake can only be recommended.

Enjoyed great tuna and zander fillet. Deviations from the menu weren't a problem either. Thumbs up for the kitchen! But the highlight, in addition to the beautiful view of the lake and mountains, is Nino from the service: warm Italian charm - great wine recommendations - you just feel like you're in great hands and advised. Restaurant located directly on the lake, the location is unique. However, there is a lot that could be improved on the ambience, it seems a bit unkempt. For a restaurant like this, everything has to be right, clothing and shoes from the staff. In my opinion, a woman who creates a dignified, cozy atmosphere is missing here, perhaps. with flowers . The surrounding area is also part of it and seems neglected.

A very romantic little place by the lake. The dishes are incredible, definitely a culinary and visual experience to repeat.

Unfortunately, our visit was not really recommended. There were 6 of us at lunch and there were about 4 other guests in the rest of the restaurant at the same time. The service seemed extremely overwhelmed and in no way qualified. The boss (or so it seemed) had it better under control. However, our orders were brought incorrectly and treated unprofessionally, and there was something wrong with 4 of 6 menus. The taste of the food was good, the fries were quite mushy on the inside and barely crispy. For the price we paid and how little there was going on in this restaurant, I have to honestly say it was a complete disaster. Two of us work in the catering industry ourselves and were extremely disappointed and felt that at least coffee should have been offered, which wasn't the case. In our opinion it wasn't worth the price and even when we said goodbye, even though there were more staff present in the meantime, there was no one present in the dining room for the farewell. We definitely expected more and are of the opinion that we will not visit this restaurant again.

We celebrated my son's engagement with international guests on Saturday evening. The preparation with Mr. Beyeler was quite simple, he is a restaurateur through and through. The food was fantastic, only fresh ingredients, the atmosphere was romantic, the service was very attentive, all in all an extremely successful evening in every respect! We will be back!

Local is very nice. Unfortunately we placed our order and it didn't come the way we wanted. We reserved our table and had to wait another 20 minutes. The food was ok, but not commensurate with the price. I imagined it would be much nicer based on the pictures. The hygiene is also not optimal. Window, Window sills, tables, etc.

Great location with true Key West vibe, eating on a pier-like structure. Food (fish!) is really delicious, can highly recommend. Service is very friendly, but they seemed to be a bit understaffed, as it took quite a long time to get certain things (one waiter had her first day there).

In itself a very nice restaurant with an excellent location. Unfortunately we were received very poorly by the man who was around mid-40s and wore glasses. He was completely arrogant and rude. We wanted to leave the local straight away. But the waiter Ivan convinced us to stay, he was very accommodating and extremely polite. Does a great job. We'd love to come back but only when Ivan is there ;)

The food effortlessly earns four stars: the Angus beef is perfectly fried, as is the burger. The onion sauce on the burger takes some getting used to because it's quite pungent, but that's just a matter of taste. Only the side dishes seem a bit uninspired. Nevertheless, there is the fifth star - because if you are not dining on a boat, more sea is not possible...

Beautiful view. Literally located right next to the lake. I visited here for friend’s wedding dinner and it was really great experience. I ate the whole fish and it was very fine. Staff was friendly. I would love to visit here again for romantic dinner :)

Very nice location, right on Lake Zurich! Ate very good fish. Wasn't there the first time. But... today I was very disappointed. We had just finished dessert, shortly afterwards the waitress came and asked if we would like to order anything else. When we said no, she said she would like it today Wanting to close the restaurant earlier, it was only 9 p.m.! An impudence!

Restaurant located directly on the shore of Lake Zurich with a great view over the lake and the Alpine panorama. The inside dining area was very nicely decorated, but unfortunately there was some rubbish and cobwebs everywhere on the outside. The jetty is very small and narrow, but definitely a wonderful place to relax in the summer. The food was good. Unfortunately, in this case the price-performance ratio is not right, at least for me. The one service we had was less friendly and not very needs-oriented. The waitress who brought us the bill was again very friendly and pointed out her wine list and some good wines to us for the first time during our visit to the restaurant. It's a shame, unfortunately a little too late.

Wir waren an einem sonnigen Freitagabend im Key West und haben uns richtig auf die mehrfach ausgezeichnete Fischküche am See gefreut.Man sitzt seht schön am Wasser, ob auf dem Steg an den intimen Zweiertischen oder im Restaurant. Die Bedienung war freundlich.Zunächst wurden Nachos mit Guacamole bestellt. Darauf kamen trockene Billigchips - mit chinesischer süss-saurer und Tartarsauce. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt: Guacalome gibt es nicht. Vorspeisen: Der Crevettencocktail mit Mango und Avocado entpuppte sich als Fertigmischmasch ganz ohne Mango und Avocado. Die Calamari-Ringe kommen offenbar aus der Tiefkühltruhe und wurden beim Frittieren nicht ganz aufgetaut. Hauptgerichte: Die Paella mit Meeresfrüchten war eine merkwürdige gelbe Reispfanne mit paar schwarzen Muscheln drauf - das Meer ist halt weit weg von Oberrieden.Das Hauptgericht mit Zander war eine sehr gute Wahl, der Fisch war frisch und die Beilage, Spinatrisotto, passend.Fazit: Man geht nach Hause und kocht sich nach diesem Restaurantbesuch selbst ein Abendessen.

Mit einer Dreiergruppe bestellten wir den Prime Beef Burger zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant war mäßig gefüllt, trotz des wunderbaren Wetters hätte ein Hinweis sein sollen.Ich muss zugeben, ich hatte selten einen Burger für CHF 39 / Stück, der so schlecht war wie dieser. Prime Beef? Negativ! Ein Convenience-Beef-Pastetchen, überzogen mit einer braunen, süßlichen Zwiebelsauce, geschmacklosem Speck und überzogenem Cheddar-Käse. Das Brötchen war ebenso süßlich. Das Ganze verschmolz zu einem süßlichen, nicht wiedererkennbaren Brei. Wie traurig.

We had lunch and coud enjoy the nice view from a outside place. Fortunately with sunshade! The sun was hot, but we could enjoy. The tabeles towards the Seestrasse must be in a higher temperature. Food, wine options as well sercive was very good. The restaurant was not 100% full. We except some more attention at finalizing the bill.But all in all a very positive first impression. We come again.

Ich war mit Ehefrau auf dem Bootssteg und wir wurden ganz fein verköstigt und sehr nett bedient.Die Aussicht auf den See ist fantastisch, der romantische Steg trägt wesentlich zum gemütlich sein bei, der Service der zwei Damen im Dienst war sehr angenehm und sie haben uns perfekt durch den Abend begleitet.Kleines Apéro, zwei Zanderfilets auf Senfsauce, einen extra Burger für mich (!), da ich noch etwas Hunger hatte, kühlen Chardonnay, Bier zum Burger und zum Schluss feine Desserts...Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen, angenehmen Abend in bester Atmosphäre, die Kellnerinnen war sehr gut aufgestellt und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.Definitiv eine Reise wert !

Das Restaurant direkt am See hat uns einen schönen Abend beschert. Das Fischmenu war sehr gut, den maximalen Punkt gibt die kreative Lachs Terrine. Frisch und erfrischend. Sehr zu loben ist die nette und aufmerksame Frau im Service. Sie trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei. Bravo !

På vores tur rundt om Zürich sø, valgte vi at tage vores formiddagskaffe her. En eksklusiv restaurant med en fantastisk udsigt over søen, både indefra og selvfølgelig også udendørs. Vi fik kaffe og et stykke chokoladekage. Det var faktisk en hel dessert med kage, is, flødeskum og lækkert anrettet. Desværre ingen billede. Restauranten hører til i den dyre ende(men alt er jo dyrt i Schweiz). Vi ville gerne have smagt en af deres menuer. Det må blive en anden gang.

Wir waren gestern gegen halb sieben Uhr im Key West und haben dort "versucht" unseren Hunger zu stillen, was wir leider nicht geschafft haben.Es fing schon beim "Gruss aus der Küche" an. Vier, fünf verkochte Spiralnudeln an einem undefinierbaren Hauch von Sauce, kalt. Mein Crevettencocktail wurde in einem Teller serviert mit etwas Salatblättern (ich bin mir ein schönes Glas gewohnt, das auch entsprechend dekoriert ist).Die übliche Farbe eine Crevettencocktails sowie dessen üblichen Geschmack war hier eine komische Rahmmayonnaise und ebenfalls, versalzen. Die Cazpachosuppe meines Begleiters war geschmacklich nicht top, aber essbar. Schade war, dass sie warm war. Mein Hauptgang Kalbfleisch al Tonno war ebenfalls komplett versalzen und das Fleisch war trocken. Meine Begleitung fand seine drei kleinen Eglifilet für 39.-! zusammen mit Spinat und Salzkartoffeln ertränkt im Öl... Auf unsere Klage hin wurde mir dann noch eine kleine Portion der Hauptspeise nachserviert was genau so ungeniessbar war. Wir hätten dann doch erwartet, dass uns wenigstens der bestellte Espresso nicht verrechnet wird... vergebens... Es bleibt zu sagen, dass das Ambiente dieses Restaurants direkt am See unerreichbar bleibt und der Service "oke", aber auch nicht mehr ist.

We had the gazpacho, 3 different types of brushetta, rinds tartare and Vitello tonnato at starters. These were all very tasty and well presented. For mains we had Zanderfilet with sauted beetroot on pea puree. Not too sure the combination worked but always happy to try something different. The Zurich Geschnetzeltes was tasty but a bit too salty, the Irish Angus rindsfilet was cooked to perfection and the Prime beef burger was very good. The waiter, David, we had was extremely helpful over choosing our dishes and giving a good ambience to our evening. We were too full for desserts but they looked good on other peoples' tables!Will definitely go back again.

Sehr freundlicher Service doch über weite Strecken nicht da, zahlen um ca. 22:00 Uhr dann nur noch an der Bartheke möglich (wir waren nicht die letzten), da keine Ansprechpersonen mehr da sind. Ja, es war gerade ein Hitzetag, trotzdem, der Sitzplatz auf der mit Kunststoff-Wellplatten gedenkten Terrasse war so heiss und schwül, das war kaum auszuhalten. Da kommt niemand auf die Idee in dieser Extremsituation das Dach mit Wasser zu kühlen oder mindestens die Luft mit Ventilatoren umzuwälzen. Über die Architektur kann man diskutieren, nicht wirklich mein Fall, eher billig. Einzig, zu zweit auf dem Steg, das kann ich aus anderer Erfahrung empfehlen.

Das Essen ist so: Z ri Gschnetzeltes völlig verkocht, Tatar war ziemlich ketchuplastig und Kombinationen von Zutaten waren irgendwie seltsam. Der Service ist gut.

... Und sehr feines Essen. Ich habe selten in Zürich solch einen aufmerksamen und herzlichen Service erlebt. Die Gazpacho war sehr fein und die Knusperli mit Gemüse super lecker. Besser geht's nicht.

Das Essen war gut und die Kellnerin war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist perfekt und alles war großartig. Es ist ein bisschen weit von Zürich entfernt, aber es ist nicht schwer, dorthin zu gelangen
