KFC in Lausanne

Never again will I go to this place in Lausanne, this dirty ice cream on the floor, it has grease all the same on the floor, it flows so much that this grease, the tables are never cleaned. One throws everything away so much that it took away our appetite

40.- for exorbitant zingers and pancakes!!! and not good, all dry no sauce, 3rd and last time...worse and worse!!! No ice cream in the machine, hot Pepsi yuck!!! Run away !!! At McDonald's for example... but it's barely better!!! But half price.

Horrible, I will never go back there, I ordered a double colonel I received a single, I went to ask for a double the single was thrown in front of my eyes in the trash it is INADMISSIBLE. The fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them.

I went for the cheese & bacon burger menu.... frankly it had no taste, too little sauce, the chicken was tasteless..... it's really throwing money out the window.... KFC Swiss should really focus a little more on taste or manufacturing/preparation procedures. Huge disappointment, never again.

On my journey, while crossing a road the welding of the bag gave way everything was on the road, I called to warn of a faulty bag, not being able to return there because I was in front of the station for the train I was told ' OK’… should I take a bag from a designer next time? Not even a name taken or contact resumed.. I am even more disappointed not to be able to please my family

Came to make an order , the staff was laughing and ignoring . Than i needed to repeat twice my order as the cashier was busy laughing with her co workers . Than she just left ! Never saw it in my life ! I went out without ordering

But the app says: 30 MAX 45 minutes. 45 later, Add 50 minutes and pay 15.- for the delivery of this service. Prepare to heat your microwave because everything arrives completely cold. It's up to you to judge. Whoever answers: it's their community management - people of 20 years paid to minimize and above all promote KFC. Don't be fooled..

Food was ok. But the hygiene is catastrophic. Dirty tables and toilets almost at the level of free highway toilets...

The cleanest KFC in all of Europe, the tables smell bad and the floors are filthy! And the toilets don't even try to pee outside, 3rd time I've gone in 3 years and it's only getting worse. The staff is friendly but seems completely overwhelmed!

The type of chicken and its taste is very excellent, but it needs to add the burning flavor with all kinds of varieties and it becomes a miracle.

KFC offers magnificent fast food with unrivaled crispy chicken. The friendly customer service and warm atmosphere make the experience a real joy.

Food is as you would expect from KFC. However, I have to criticize the toilets, they were absolutely disgusting, one sink was clogged with vomit.

I didn't really like the hamburger, which wasn't very hot, but unlimited drinks were good.

The lady that was doing the cleaning, did the trash with the same towel that cleaned after this the tables. Just felled dirty and everything! That’s not normal!

I bought water for CHF 4.80, I am used to drinking mineral water and generally, I am given a plastic bottle of water when I buy it in a fast food restaurant. KFC was original because they gave me an empty cup so I could fill it myself at the water fountain. This did not indicate any logo, any “brand”, so I deduced that it was tap water. Although the chicken is good, the restaurant is dirty and the service is bad. I advise against.

There are now vegetarian options, rather impressive in their imitation of chicken meat. On the other hand, I am not convinced by their interest, although there is something for everyone. The Classic - which are real pieces of chicken and not simple breaded fillets - do the job, the very slightly spicy breading brings back childhood memories.

Very disappointed...fast delivery but 32.-!! For a packet of soft fries and 8 vegetarian tenders instead of the normal 10...we will never go through Kfc again for lunch

Great place to dine in for a quick lunch or snack. There is a great variety of different menus with delicious chicken, a lot of vegetarian options and also healthy salad and coleslaw options :) I highly recommend it!

I won't go back again. I went there for the first time and it didn't go well. I was given a dish that was probably dated from the day before because the bread was so dry that it crumbled. And the second time on my lunch break I ordered 1 sandwich and nothing else I waited almost 25 minutes. Shameful for a so-called fast food.

I went 3 times and each time very disappointed, fries of mediocre quality, their chicken hamburger is a blast, it's worthless. Plus unfriendly staff the 3 times I went. I haven't been there since and will never go back there again.

It's fast food. Just to eat between trips, or when you arrive from a trip. And it's not time for lunch or dinner. The place is quiet, has bathrooms and you feel pleasant, it is in Lausanne Flon, very central. Close to the metro station.

Had had KFC in the USA, this food is not even remotely the same. The chicken is not that crispy… and very greasy. The coleslaw… how can I say this… this is not coleslaw! Mashed potatoes and gravy were not the worst. The dessert are ok 👍🏼 But omg the price… seriously ?!?!? 50 chf for 3 persons included a 9 years old boy.

So I asked for them to clean the baby chair for my daughter kindly because every time it's dirty and I wonder how they don't pay attention to that, a blonde lady who works behind the cash register made a grimace not possible not at all professional and continued to give me an impossible look while I waited for my order.

First time I tasted KFC, this is my own judgment..for my part I didn't like at all the way the chicken thighs are cooked (much too fatty and the chicken is pink) except for the atmosphere (well it's a food fact😅) and for the service (relatively fast) and last detail which extremely shocked me, it's the price 😵😵😵😵😵😵I prefer to go to a restaurant a thousand times afterwards to pay the same price or more for fast food🤦‍♂️

Bad service, especially the ladies servers they are not friendly & welcome. I have ordered chicken crispy but it is not cook enough. Not worth it with the expensive price. Not recommended KFC in Lausanne Switzerland!

At least x years I have not returned to a KFC which I found excellent (dish on plate at the time), so in terms of quality I was still disappointed: breading too consistent, chicken large piece: all sometimes a little disgusting . On the other hand, well appointed and good atmosphere.

Sorry but dirty as a recycling center, when you eat on site under the tables there is meal waste the tables are dirty on the chairs there are crumbs. Looks like there's no one cleaning KFC. Frankly for a restaurant like that it’s a shame really but I avoid eating there at KFC
