Excellent quality/price ratio, acceptable waiting time

Food is alright, but don't call this a "fast food" place. Placed an order on a pretty calm Saturday at 18:19 and waited over 20 minutes to get my food. If you're planning on grabbing some food on the go, this is not the place for you. Fries portion was quite small, the chicken burger was forgettable overall

Very good KFC for flavor and quality that is one point above other places in other countries. Good offers along with the usual menus. I take away one star because they always have high techno music more typical of an after-hours in Ibiza than sitting down to eat something.

Buying KFC in Switzerland isn't cheap. The chicken on the bone took a long time to make for some reason?

The staff are amazing, because my food has delayed for few minutes the guy working there offer us some coffee free of charge, then he asked about my preference of sides and he added 2 sides free as well. His positive attitude was a kind of apology for the food delaying and a kind of entertaining us on the great atmosphere of the place, and it made me wants to go again and again to that place to enjoy the same great experience.

Waited 20 minutes to order milkshake at the checkout when ordering Mrs. Ludmilla tells me that she doesn't have time to serve and write a review in Google as there is no staff... congratulations if this is your policy, show mercy

More than once they have got the order wrong, and the chicken is overcooked, I will not go there again and I will advise my acquaintances to go elsewhere

Long waiting times for an empty "fast" food restaurant. Poor food: soft and greasy refried chips, very salty chicken with soft breading. The shop assistants had the cheerfulness and kindness of the Grinch during the Christmas holidays. Sad and not very clean place. I don't know how the place is still open.

The furniture is cool...but I wouldn't even bring my cat to eat there...what about the chicken? We would have porridge. LONG LIVE MCDONALD’S AND KEBABS!

Friendly and helpful staff who also serve special orders quickly and with good quality. A KFC the way you want it.

Here you either have a great experience at KFC or an extremely horrible one. It depends from customer to customer apparently. Luckily I was fine.

The service with the workers was bad. There were errors in our order and he did not accept exchanges or bringing a new order. Knowing that their demand has remained the same and the prices are greatly exaggerated, I hope that KFC will bring in a new staff

So clean and nice designed. Also the place is big enough. The view there is fantastic. But in comparison to other KFCs the prices are higher. Staff are so helpful and nicely mannered.

Tried for the first time in the USA and tried again here in Europe, the recipe is the same, as delicious here as there. Unlike other fast food restaurants, the chicken is freshly cooked and the meat is real chicken and not the mush sold in other chains. Optimal!

Really nice place, accessible to all, with a small area for children 👍👍👍 I have to say that the place is large with lots of places to sit, the thing I would like is for there to be table service but overall not bad, even the food and good 💪

Very disappointing! I go to Kentucky with my family once or twice in the summer. In addition to the food (well, a matter of taste), and the emotionless staff/service, the cleanliness is by far the saddest thing you can experience. No table, bench or chair is clean. Everything “messed up”! When the staff comes over every leap year with a rag, the table is swept twice (but the same rag is always used without cleaning it once) and all the residue is spread over the furniture. Leftover chewing gum sticks under the tables. Let alone have to go to the toilet!? After a total of 7-8 visits over the years (and always the same picture), this was probably my last one.

A bit slow, and the sandwich I got was not fresh. But the bucket was very fresh, and actually it took longer because I think they weren’t just warming up

It is now a fixed stop for us when returning to Italy from Switzerland. Tender and tasty chicken, light and crunchy breading. The guys who take your orders and bring your food to your table are very kind. The totems for choosing and paying independently are very convenient (now present in almost all fast food outlets). The toilets are very clean and equipped with everything you need. They should open more points in Italy, perhaps in Tuscany 😅

Fast food, it is not. This took forever

After a year we went again! And this time it was worth it! The food was great! Last time was probably the wrong day (the food was very greasy and didn't taste good).

At 10.30pm, closing at 11pm, the staff had already cleaned and closed most of the eating areas, they were also cleaning the plates and the kitchen, and regardless of the customers who came in because they were chatting. They served us with cold chips because the fryer was turned off. And a couple of months before, they didn't serve me the milkshake right away because they "ran out of milk", and then served it to me as if nothing had happened. Shocked

The dirtiest KFC I've ever seen. No table is ever cleaned here. We also got a burger with only one bread... that's not possible dear manager.

Restaurant of the famous fast food chain, just opened. Large, spacious and with ample parking. Convenient proximity to highway access and Fox Town shopping center. Furthermore, in the same building there is a fuel station.

It's a valid alternative to Mc, the food is medium quality, if you like fried chicken I suggest to try to go. Sometime I like to go with children, they like this place. Yellow light 🚦

worst tenders ever... super soggy and its not the first time trying them (they were soggy the first time too). apparently their frying has a timer and they can't cook them any longer so expect soggy tenders, the only crispy thing was the burger and the fries, but stick to ketchup or you'll regret it.

Very nice hotel, spacious sea view rooms. Excellent cleanliness. Top restaurant, with lots of choice. With an Italian chef, excellent pasta.

I've been to 3 KFCs in the last few weeks and I can assure you that this is the poorest. The sandwiches are strange, you can't tell if there's chicken or if it's just sauce in an absurd quantity. They don't accept euros but only francs between l 'other.

I liked the goodness, the hot, cooked food, the cleanliness of the place, the large parking lot, the convenience of the area, and the kindness of the people.

Quite expensive, but the food has good standards, great junk food for ignorant eaters

Portions reduced by 1/3 while prices kept the same, total scam. Also if you're going anyway, don't park in front as the parking space limiters have bolts that will scratch your bumper. Not going back anytime soon. There's better food elsewhere anyway.

I would like to compliment the staff at the KFC in Mendrisio and in particular the Manager on duty this evening for his great professionalism in resolving a small mix-up. Long live KFC and its chicken!

Incredibly expensive!!! If you want to be reasonably full here for three people, you have to pay at least CHF 50. And then it's not really good. Just fat and carbohydrates. The breading is thicker than the meat.

KFC in Switzerland is something sublime. Incomparable anywhere.

Relatively wide offer with vegetarian options, we had high expectations given the reputation but the fried food arrived good but 'soft' certainly due to the time (9pm), it had certainly been stopped for at least 4/5 hours. Sin. Kind and friendly service, the only sore point was that they started cleaning, including around our table while we were eating

Pretty good for someone who doesn't like fast food, but also a little more expensive than expected. Overall, however, valid.

Very friendly staff, they suggest menus and combinations to help you spend less, they know full well that you will come back for more! For what you eat... We know fried chicken and not just from KFC. It's definitely not the cheapest place but definitely a place to go every now and then.
