KFC in Moosseedorf

My chicken burger was cold. I received a hot one after complaining. I think that shouldn't go to waste.

Since we had to wait 15 minutes, we received a voucher and an apology. The staff does their job and that is not always easy. One should not forget that.

It lasts forever. 15 minutes for a wrap and that with only 4 other orders..

Food was bland and not edible, the box of wings probably had more taste. Breading was partly dry and partly soggy. Service was nice.

Once and never again. Menu consisted of a small box with small nuggets, soggy fries, rancid mayo and half a liter of Pepsi Max. I still had to help myself to the normal Pepsi because I couldn't fill the cup. Has nothing in common with Kentucky in other countries where the pieces are very crispy. Hardly any space to sit.

I was as happy as a little child when I heard that Kentucky Fried Chicken was moving into Shoppyland Schönbühl. Of course, this is mainly about the chicken. If you need to eat quickly, you've come to the right place

Long queue and unfriendly staff.

Food is terrible, fries were soft and too salty. Chicken was way too salty, barely edible. Cheese things were still ok.

Were there on a Saturday at 2 p.m Food was cold and not tasty, fries were cold and not salted. The drinks were not carbonated and so inedible. Waiting time was OK for a day like this But there is no place to eat, the restaurant is simply too small for a shopping center with so many people. We know the KFC in Oftringen and everything there is a 5⭐️

Place dirty, service forgot a drink, burger tastes like the cheapest thin whistle and is just disgusting! Pure disappointment!

Poor service, they don't serve anyone at the counter anymore despite there being only 2 screens to order from. Meals seemed to be served out of order. Fries were not hot and were stale.

One person processing 30 orders at lunchtime, that's not possible.. you're making the customers angry.. note the screen at the top right..

Still expensive for what it is.

Too expensive in my opinion, for a small meal with two kids it cost us over 45.-. The chicken was better than I remember from an older visit though.

Long wait Tables not cleared and not cleaned. In the evening outside the tables didn't see any water for a long time, you stuck to the table

To be honest, it's not mine... in Austria there is garlic sauce, meat tastes different, everything different...

Unfortunately there are not enough employees and you have to wait a long time to pay.

Very small, little space to wait. Staff super friendly. Food excellent.

The place is far too small for the amount of people that come here. Dining in is stressful, as the people waiting for their food are watching people eating, and looking for space as soon as you move. Food is good, service is slow tho... Make the place bigger, people will come.

We had 3 burgers. In one case the bread was soggy.

The Chilli Chese Burger was lousy. You're used to fast food chains where the food doesn't look like the picture, but this burger surpassed everything. The fries were unsalted and the hot wings were a lot but not hot. The waitress hardly spoke any German. The ambience would actually be OK, but the music is clearly too loud. I know this review reads like I'm an original "Bünzli" but that's just how my visit to KFC was. I strongly advise you not to visit.

Good food, quick service and friendly staff. Unfortunately not so clean. There were hardly any people in the restaurant and unfortunately all the tables were dirty. The floor was also very sticky and dirty.

Still the most incompetent crew in the fast food business... a group of kindergarteners travel in a more structured way... eat well... KFC standard

Very accessible as it is just at the motorway exit and directly at the entrance of the shopping centre, next to the parking lot. The downside is, they're closed on Sundays, due to the dependency of the shopping mall's opening hours. A smile from the lady who took our order would have been more welcoming and also, the terrace tables and seats looked a bit unattended... no cleaning service seen when we arrived and left meaning, you meet the mess of other customers if you're not that lucky. CHF 26.- for a filet bucket is still a bit expensive, which doesn't even include drinks or a sauce. One chicken type was a bit more salty.

Long wait for food, more than 30 minutes.

I took a burger menu, the fries were carelessly arranged on the tablet and no longer in the packaging, the seat and the tables were not clean. The burger was good and well prepared, the fries were normally good.

Out of chicken crispy, trash cans lined up, order terminals broken, I hope there are better days at this establishment. Hot sauce incorrectly indicated by the staff for the salad.

It's been a long, long time since I've been to KFC. All chicken products were already pre-fried and waiting for customers. There was also above average availability, so we had to queue accordingly. That alone wouldn't matter. But what we ordered was almost cold or stale. My super positive teenage memories (albeit in Geneva) no longer came true. The restaurant is also very small. It often happens that people sit on the ground in front of the KFC and eat there. Maybe I had a bad day. But I definitely had better memories of the chicken products.

Price performance is out of balance. Very expensive.

Everything you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Ordering was easy, the food came quickly and the meat was real chicken and not chicken mash like at McDonald's

Unfortunately, they have a very weak support, they only sell tickets when they know, they don't give an explanation, they don't inform about the conditions of the ticket after the sale, they say > this ticket can't be canceled and I say I will tell you the regulations, why didn't you tell me before the issue. Food is top but the prices are anything but realistic, totally overpriced for fast food!

Not clean. Not a single table was clean and the floor was covered in napkins and crumbs of chips and chicken pomade.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star! The staff doesn't wash their hands after using the toilet!!!! That makes me wanna puke!

Unfortunately there is only one machine to order from, which means extremely long waiting times. That the operators don't understand that if they provided a second Automateb, they would earn twice as much. Many people don't even queue anymore because they don't have 3 hours at lunchtime. At least once a week I have to turn back because I have to wait so long. You save on staff at the expense of the customers. Actually, the customer should be king. Dirty tables, no cleaning, long waiting times, and so on. Too bad, too bad, too bad

Food: Very tasty and something for those who like spicy food. Sadly, there is always at least 1 “kiosk” or at least the “receipt printer” in the bucket. PLEASE FIX THIS FINALLY.

Crispy chicken? More like soggy chicken! Zero crispy, drenched in oil, not much taste. The best thing was the undersalted fries. Visit was a major disappointment

If you like juicy chicken with a crispy breading, KFC is the right place for you. The burgers and chicken nuggets are simply delicious. I've visited KFC around the world. Whether Nanning, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Dubai or Oftringen. The quality is right. The team just needs to be better coordinated with each other; there is still room for improvement in terms of speed and service. Ambiance. It's just a quick snack. A corner where you might have to eat from real plates and not from cardboard boxes, buckets and baking paper would improve the whole (experience) enormously.

What can you say about KFC? The food is good but also expensive. The restaurant is very small for the size of the shopping center.

Ordered a box of 6 hot wings and paid accordingly. Unfortunately, I only saw when I got home that there were only 3 wings inside!!! I don't understand why such a simple order wasn't filled correctly...it wasn't like they were stressed since there were only two other customers in the store. Once and never again....

Food is ok for fast food. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the staff were overwhelmed that day and had to wait a long time until a table was free due to the limited space.

Not bad, but not necessarily good either. When we visited (on a Monday lunchtime) there was only one ear of corn, but we would have liked to have had two. There was no tea at all. The staff seemed a bit stressed, even though there wasn't a lot of people. So it could definitely increase.

Waiting times from another world. It would be quicker to slaughter the chicken yourself, etc. From now on, prefer McDonald's

Tasty and good. Unfortunately, it's not always quick despite "fast food" and there could be a little more space, which is admittedly difficult given the circumstances.

I understand that it’s a fasfood chain but the food was terrible, soggy chicken drumsticks and things drenched in oil, the order took less then a minute to arrive. I have had KFC in different stores and i was never as bad as this. Had a piece and threw the rest away.

I had a better memory of the quality of KFC... The breading is too soft and greasy, which is a shame because the chicken is really tender.

Don't understand what you want to order... The employee packed everything in a bag without asking me whether I wanted to eat there or take it with me. I received 4 drinking cups for 2 menu orders...so somehow poorly organized. The food was also mediocre, lukewarm chicken and the fries were rubbery and cold. The seats were dirty and there was trash and leftover food everywhere on the floor. First time in KFC, but also the last time.

Absolute juice shop. - If the self-ordering terminals are defective, there should at least be employees at the checkout who know how to take orders. - long waiting time - Forget the sauce for the fries with (almost) every order and the price performance leaves a lot to be desired.

So I've been to a lot of KFC's but this one is not good. The food was out of date, fries were soft. Not recommended. The staff was very friendly, but you could see that they weren't staffed enough.

I ordered fillet bites. It was my first time in KFC and I thought that a chain that almost only offers chicken, then it must actually taste great. Unfortunately the worst I've ever eaten. Barely warm, soggy, a big disappointment. By the way, fries too. But it's always a matter of taste. I was definitely the first and last time at KFC. Ice tea was ok

The food actually wouldn't be so bad if it were prepared professionally (you don't have to do much preparation)! But the staff doesn't always look motivated, unfortunately! Location could also be bigger! Otherwise not bad as a take away.

The chicken in and of itself is a good product... But... Is the food in KFC always totally over salted? I was there twice and since then I haven't been in the mood for fried (salted) chicken anymore.

Overall it's a matter of taste but personally I'm not a big fan of raw chicken meat. The drinks are ok, the cleanliness is also something to complain about.

Absolute failure, rarely had such bad fast food! After we had to wait almost 15 minutes for two "gourmet chicken burgers", the meat was incredibly dry, the bread was very boring and even the bacon was dry and hard. The potato stock side dish could be astronaut food and tasted chemical. Not worth the money, the chicken burgers at McD and BK are much better.

Far too small, narrow, few seats and the counter area is a passageway, ordering place, pick-up place, not well solved. Staff was friendly, customers were very attentive and food was a bit greasy but fresh. We came all the way from ZH, but that didn't make the trip worth it.

Unfortunately disappointing. The recipe and the idea are certainly great, but unfortunately too little attention is paid to quality and customer friendliness. We had to wait a long time and if we had taken it with us the quality would have been so good that we could have thrown it in the trash can at home.

Quite bad… ordering terminal was out of order, it took ages to prepare 2 menus, it was not prepared for takeaway and chicken was floppy. And you have to prepare drinks yourself!!?? Major fail.

Staff not at all welcoming and impossible to make yourself understood in French. Order partially ready and 20min wait to receive the balance.

Cleanliness and hygiene disaster!

Everything was good...except the staff, they were quite chaotic, but at least nice😏

I ordered and paid for 3 x 9 piece portions. But I got 1 x 9 pieces. That was a takeaway. I went home and noticed afterwards whether two portions were still missing. That was really bad service!!

Worst service in all of Switzerland!! Wait until it closes. Snails are employees here.

A guilty pleasure. On weekends be prepared to wait for a while till your order is ready.
