Staff overwhelmed when paying by card Eating well...

The food wasn't that good, the fries were too salty, the chicken nuggets were rubbery, and the staff was unfriendly! The only good thing was the ice cream!

I ordered takeaway and discovered at home that half the order was missing! And the store was empty, so there was no stress to speak of... Unfortunately, not the first time that something was missing or given incorrectly. To date, I haven't even received a response to my complaint and request for a voucher for the overpaid amount! (my complaint was 2 weeks ago). If you make a mistake (which can happen sometimes) as such a large, well-known chain you should at least be responsible for it... I'm very disappointed with this poor customer service.

Easy ordering at the terminals. Tables very difficult to access with a stroller, either too narrow or high. The exterior door is automatic, the table much too close, it opens as soon as you want to bite into the hamburger. The baby was catching the air current. Catastrophic development for us... Couldn't find a toilet, we had to go to the other end of the shopping center, with the baby and our 3 year old. Very disappointed with our stop.

Yesterday we were at the McDonald branch. We came here as a group to eat, but were turned away because our certificates apparently didn't work on the app. Five other people in front of us were also treated the same. You can't even go in to order, according to them 1 person should go in for 10 people. Big shame lost customer...

When we ordered at the machine, the receipt didn't come out and when we pointed this out to the employee, he just said he couldn't do anything and the other employees were all too busy to help. In the end we somehow received the order, but not completely. When I went back to the checkout to ask, they just said there was nothing they could do and I should have contacted them first?! She tried to save the matter and asked the manager if he could print out the last receipts from the machine. He just replied annoyed that he didn't have time to print receipts, even though there wasn't much going on. A pity.
