I found the slightly pink chicken undercooked! Second test in Collombey and no better than the first... but also serve as the French KFC tested before! personally I will pass by this sign... too bad

This is my first time going to a KFC. It will also be the last. It's greasy and not good. It is difficult to understand how it is possible to accept the massacre of poor animals to provide such vile food.

Suitable for children but a little less for adults but it helps out for the afternoons

Personally I find it way too expensive for what it is.

Excellent chicken! Better than McDonald's

Struggles to compete with today's fast food chicken offering. They advertised new recipe for some of their sandwiches but I don't think it's made a meaningful difference sadly. The gravy dip is a real highlight though.

The restaurant is not very well laid out, the outdoor play area was closed, the drinks station was dirty around the dispensers, not very clean around and on the floor… the tables were not very clean either. Can't do better I think!

What was my surprise when I got home and noticed that a rat had been introduced into the fryer?

We ordered alot because I was with my family and my kid ordered 2 fries for her and she didn't receive any because they forgot it!!

My chicken was good, but then the state of the restaurant... Very dirty, drinks spilled on the floor, leftovers on the floor, ketchup and we had to go around the restaurant to find a more or less clean table.

We had to eat in winter clothes, inside, because it was so cold.

I had the Colonel Bacon Burger twice in a row, the bacon is extremely salty. Otherwise the employees are friendly and respectful.

Honestly, I don't understand what happened? Usually I eat everything and it's excellent but this! This is the first time we had salads. The salads were disgusting and insufficient to understand anything... I took on the go what we never do? I'm surprised and frankly limited that I'm not coming back. So, usually KFCs aren't like that. Disgusting, dirty, etc.. the employees anything but friendly, don't want to see customers etc... There, in Monthey, super clean, bright restaurant, smiling employees, good service etc... restaurant to recommend.

For the first time it was perfect. Easy to park, order at the terminal, wait 5 minutes and we were already eating. Clean tables and toilet areas.

Good food, but the wait on the weekend is too long.

I prefer McDonald's, but the chicken is still good quality. Slightly limited choice, but unlimited drinks without the possibility of drinking coffee at the end of the meal. Not really dessert and the ice cream is flavorless. There is a small terrace overlooking a roundabout but with a view of the Dents du Midi.

Located at the edge of a crossroads with a small terrace overlooking the Dents du Midi. For my tastes, if I compare it to McDonald's, the choice is more limited and it is less to my tastes. Their chicken is good, unlimited drinks, very few desserts and the ice cream lacks flavor. There is no coffee or tea, which is a shame.

The KFC meal was delicious. Just the way it should be. I eat here regularly and have not once been disappointed. I can say that I have eaten KFC in many countries as I love it. This branch is excellent. So I'll be back often.

Very warm welcome and fast service

Too much waiting, only one person at the counter, I will never come back

First visit. Surprise, I thought it was bigger. When we arrived, 1:00 p.m., tables not clean, yet not many people. Decent food, average fries, very generous portions (Buckets 20 CHF). A Bucket for 2 would be enough. Paid 55.70 CHF for 2 young people 11 and 13 years old with 1 Coke 5 dl and 2 coleslaw accompaniments. I found it quite expensive. On the other hand, we took the rest of the 2nd Bucket.

There were 4 of us, after the meal I had a stomach ache for the rest of the day... I didn't enjoy the meal. The other people weren't a fan either. The biggest hiccup is in terms of cleanliness, 3/4 of the tables were not cleaned, and we went there around 2 p.m.! The location of the drink dispenser with several splashes and lack of cleanliness. This was my first experience at KFC-> not sure if there will be a 2nd one.

We ate well, but it's still fast food

I can safely say, without equivocation, that this is the worse KFC, which I unfortunately, have ever had the misfortune to consume food in. The chicken was still red in the middle, and the coating was soggy, and to be quite frank, was rather disgusting, not the mention the quite real and highly possibility of getting extremely ill with salmonella or other nasty bacteria that lurks in chicken that is no way cooked to a safe level for human consumption. As for the chips, well, I left them on the side of the plate, as they where inedible. They, in noway even tasted like chips should, and I'm amazed how they could take frozen chips, and turn them into, something that tasted, like something, you would only feed to a feral animal. My advice to anyone that appreciates tasty, well prepared food, and with a desire not to get possible food poisoning, to drive on past, and go to Burger King!!!

It's been a long time since I came, seeing the deplorable hygiene of my last visit. But already she didn’t understand what I wanted… The wrap asked for with the mash and the sauce came out a kind of kebab, with bacon even though I still said no when it was offered to me. With fries… good plus 10 min wait at 1 p.m. 😅 She apologized and offered me some ketchup sauce while I told her "I don't have any fries" she didn't even control what I just said. Anyway… they are doing their best.

30 minutes to have a simple burger and nuggets at this level I don't call it fast food

A KFC like any other but the quality of this fast food remains the best for me. With a nice and large parking lot, a well-structured organization, a new, modern and clean establishment, it is suitable for a quick meal.

Order placed at 12:39 ticket time. Rather simple order with a menu and a wrap. About ten people in the restaurant. A priori not the big stress then. Order received at 1:12 p.m. 33 minutes of waiting for someone who is trying to shorten their lunch break as much as possible is intolerable. In fast food, there is “fast” right? We are told that the machine for the burger fillets has a problem but I don't believe it. Other customers received their burgers well late as well. I go to Google reviews and see that at least half of the people are complaining about the slow service. There is clearly something to be done in this restaurant which suffers greatly from comparison with its neighbor across the road. In short, I won't go back there again, unpleasant experience

Arrived around 10:00 p.m. with two friends of mine. The restaurant was very poorly clean. Not to mention the completely outrageous price, the orders took 15 minutes to be ready. I strongly advise against it. Tip: cross the road and eat at McDonald’s

Good morning, I ordered a simple burger + 3 classic pieces of chicken. Endless waiting, order placed at 12:39, served at 1:10 p.m., 31 minutes of waiting with barely ten people in the restaurant, it's SCANDALOUS. We are served more quickly in a restaurant with a classic menu in the city center. Everyone who ordered after us was served before us. The staff told us that the machine that made the burger fillets was broken. But other customers were eating burgers, so I wasn't too happy with the explanation. So, in principle I will never go to KFC again and we will instead opt for the competitors opposite, at least with them, there are no worries of waiting. I could see in the comments that other people waited 30, even 40 minutes. So in the end I don't think it's the machines that break down every time. I think that if the manager does not correct the way things are done, the restaurant will go bankrupt because the customers no longer come.
