Service, laborious, the room was dirty. We waited a while to get our order. Several products were missing. We were served on two occasions with very dry fries, which I find scandalous, and the staff was not really friendly. Beyond that, the manager was able to listen to us and find the best solution.

Compared to other McDonald's, this one comes out much better. The taste is much better and cleanliness is great!! I hope that won't change.

The melted raclette on the burgers and fries was simply divine. Every bite was an incredible taste journey! The mixture of melty cheese with classic McDonald's ingredients was a real explosion of pleasure for the taste buds. The service was quick and efficient, and the warm atmosphere made this meal even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I enjoyed myself and I highly recommend the McRaclette menu to all lovers of tasty cuisine. Congratulations to McDonald's for this excellent meal idea!

Staff often makes order mistakes. Politeness is 50/50. Also been scolded several times. And we just turned everything off knowing that I was waiting at McDrive with a magnificent “I can’t do anything and bon appetit”. No more patience with this one.

The renovation is great, the terminals make ordering easier and the table service is pleasant. More parking space and the staff as pleasant as ever.

The more time passes, the more you say to yourself, “It’s finally good enough.” When the order is served to you at the table, there is an inner joy that comes to you out of nowhere. You taste the meal, everyone tastes. "It's not that bad. It's even good." The atmosphere is quiet and there is a bell that rings with each order, which makes many customers smile. Time flies. It's not long before you leave that you say to yourself "It's better than I thought, 'We'll come back'". And everybody is happy. Amen

We rarely find the same thing in France…! Here the room when you enter is clean and neat, the staff welcoming, they smile at you and say hello! We even had during the meal a person from the room who approached our table asking us if everything was going well 👍. The toilets were also clean. I appreciate a lot of these details or too often in these fast restaurant chains cleanliness and service are often neglected. The meal served quickly at the table and thinking of people with gluten intolerance is a REAL plus 🇨🇭!! So of course we pay more than in France 🇫🇷 but the quality is worth the detour 👍

There is nothing remarkable about the food, like any other McDonald's or fast food. But, to highlight the service they had. It was pretty fast and there was also a lady who asked us if everything was going well and if we were having a good time (first time I've seen that in a McDonald's and it was quite offensive).

The restaurant is very large, always clean, and has parking that can accommodate many cars, and it is not far from the public road.

Thank you to this incredibly caring, friendly and welcoming “new” team. I never appreciated Mac’do so much before this. It's like staying with friends. A wonderful, smiling and friendly hostess welcomed us, we have 3 children, 3 years old, 2 years old and 8 months old. They immediately seated us and brought us chairs for the children. She came back several times to see if everything was okay. I am pleasantly surprised and delighted by this crazy treatment from a great restaurant. I also found myself at the drive-thru and placing an order on my cell phone and again my experience was incredible! The young girl in charge took the time to help me and explain how it worked and even the manager came to meet me to help me! We really feel welcome in your home! BRAVO and THANK YOU 👍🏼

Very poor service, orders changed

Since it hasn't been a long time, I ordered a big tasty. In my memory, big meant big, big, provides, well my disappointment was there as soon as I opened the box. A normal Burger, half cold, half hot and frankly not good. I know why I haven't been back there for a long time and I won't be taken back there again.

Gluten free menu options, a view of the mountains and quick service and on our visit, we received a complimentary apple pie (not Gluten free).

Second time I've been there and the service is always great, the waitresses are smiling and very friendly! (Coming from Geneva this is clearly something to note when this happens) Other than that it's classic McDonald's, there's nothing more to say.

I would like to say a big thank you and congratulations to Nicole who works in this restaurant. Always cleaning and doesn't hesitate to help, she is adorable. There should be more people like her. (The four stars are just thanks to her)

Fresh, I enjoyed waiting 3 to 5 minutes to have my tenders and nuggets hot and fresh. I thank the whole team for your courage and your patience, it is not easy with certain customers but you remain faithful to your principles.
