KFC in Bern

Unfortunately I waited a long time. The staff seemed overwhelmed. A pity. Food was good.

The chicken can be seasoned a tad better, there are a number of times we bought from this facility and the chicken itself seem to be undermarinated/ under seasoned. The workers there are friendly yet looking pretty tired and stressed. I hope management takes good care of their employees too.

It's a KFC. What more could you need to know. Hardly fine dining, but for some reason I quite like it and keep going back.

If you want to eat here you have to have plenty of time. 10 - 15 minutes waiting time is normal. Food was ok.

10 minutes doesn't seem to be enough time to process a simple burger menu order. When I explained to the employee that I couldn't wait any longer, she acknowledged it with a shrug... 24.- Goodbye!

Error when ordering. Afterwards I had to wait a long time for support.

The meal was okay. The tables and floor were very dirty. Unfortunately, the ladies hardly speak a word of German but only shout very loudly in English. It's a shame, unfortunately you don't really feel welcome or comfortable here.

KFC is fine, except that theres no toilet. So that might be a bit of a problem.

Of course, you can argue about the food. I enjoyed the food. What I find much more important is the service from the KFC employees. I asked the lady behind the counter where the toilets were. You to me, Below!!! I told her that it was my first time here and where is down? Then again, down!!! OK thanks. Communication is nonexistent. Not only is communication extremely good here, but so is the cleanliness. The tables that were still free were mostly dirty. During the time I was there, I didn't see anyone cleaning here. Too bad, too bad, too bad. I realize that I won't be coming here anymore!

I was excited to discover KFC for the first time and my children wanted to try it. I was expecting good crispy chicken and discovered very fatty pieces surrounded by a layer of cloying soft batter after 1/2 piece. In short, a complete disappointment for everyone. Absolutely nothing from the KFC legend. I hope for KFC that this restaurant is a bad exception.

This is by far the worst KFC in all of Bern. I have never been to such an incompetent shop. The workers are so incredibly slow. I waited over half an hour for my food and was late for my work

The saleswoman was rude. Not a hello when I took my order. She was chatting with a colleague while handing me the order at arm's length. The food was not quality. I don't recommend this place.

Not the best place to hang out with all of the loud teens and some beggars but overall it's a good place to stop for a bite. Great chicken.

Very fine and hot food. Unfortunately, a very long waiting time of around 15 minutes. Ambience is OK, but nothing special. Clean and enough space.

Had to wait 20min for a wrap, ladies in the back were just talking and nobody was at the cash register, in the end I had to leave without my order, even though I payed because I would have missed my train otherwise. Employees need to remember we are in a train station, the world doesn't revolve around their small talk and trains don't wait. I wasn't the only unhappy customer

Well prepared food, but you have to be quick and be in a hurry

-This place is breeding ground for infection, unsanitary conditions, because in order to wash your hands you have to go down to another floor and pay money for the toilet! There is not even sanitizer or antibacterial wipes! This is a train station, a place where people exchange bacteria as much as possible! Disgusting. -They forgot to put sauce in my order. -The service is unpleasant and unfriendly. I came from other city special to KFC and was so disappointed!

Try Swiss Kentucky. It was big, crunchy, and delicious. There is a spacious table space in front of KFC, not the food court, so you can bring in drinks from other stores. It was convenient as it was located in a building that was just a short walk from Bern Station.

Every Tuesday in November is hot wing day

Good taste. But now comes the super negative point. I find it very strange that a fast food snack bar closes at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday and is completely closed on Sunday. My tip: get out of Welle7 with its strange opening times and find a restaurant somewhere where you can have suitable opening times.

Worst service ever! Wrong burger, wrong chicken; Instead of hot wings there were filet bites. Fries not edible. Disaster that one employee packs up the wrong things while the other employee watches and twiddles her thumbs at the entrance with her drink in her hand. Unfortunately there is no time to say anything as the train has left. But really bottom drawer.

Always had KFC Hot Wings abroad before. Unfortunately, these here in Bern are no comparison. Far too little salt and not even spicy... But service was good compared to other customer reviews.

Terrible. Incompetent staff. In my small order, three things were missing. 1 french fries sauce, 1 nugget and the extra bacon on the burger. No more.

Just fast food. The food, the hot wings and mashed potatoes were very tasty. The ambience is otherwise not exceptional. I have nothing to complain about in and of itself. The prices for what is on offer are rather high, like all fast food chains in Switzerland.

Terrible employees. Rude and seemingly without customer training. Finished trays are often left standing instead of calling up the order numbers. When asked why this is so (cold food) they remain silent.

The service forgot about us and forgot to pack 3 hot wings, ordered 6 and only got 3 and they don't give out the checkout anymore so you can't confirm that but the food was delicious

In Switzerland, everything is expensive. Fast-food is no exception. 😵

Catastrophic organisation by the employees, waited for 20 minutes and then asked, where my menu was. They accidentally deleted it. Later they forgot our sauces, fries and drinks. Talked with an other customer who had it even worse and missed his train. Food was okay tho.

Employees like to communicate, but unfortunately only with each other. You should definitely think about filling or packaging. Pretty disappointing when you open the bucket!

After 20 minutes the order was ready. Two women were chatting at the front and about six customers were waiting for their orders. Wings, crispy snack were so cold that they were no longer crispy. Pomfrits had long since expired. It's no wonder the KFC restaurant was empty. I wouldn't recommend KFC Bern to anyone. Invest your well-earned money elsewhere.

Crispy, tasty chicken cooked to perfection. Great for snack, good price.

It is not possible to wash your hands before or after a meal.

Sampling fries gives you a pretty good impressiom whether the quality of the junk food is up to par. And no, it wasn't. You get better fries at Burger King or any Turkish Kebab stall.

The food is good (for fast food), but something doesn't seem to be working with the staff, you always see people getting the wrong thing or not everything. It also takes longer to get your food. The seats with a view of the Bern train station are nice, but that also affects the ambience

Far too little food for the money

I only got half of what I ordered. My hotwings box of 6 was filled with 3 small strange pieces and a chicken leg. I think the bread from my burger fell on the floor too, at least that's what it looked like. At least it corresponded to the order.

Very long waiting times, the employees prefer to talk together instead of serving and they don't speak German. The food is not like what we know from abroad, for example.

Kfc in general in switzerland is a bit difficult, as it is quite expensive. this specific location isnt particularly nice either and the wait time for the food is quite long.

The Spicy Chicken Family Bucket is really delicious, spicy and fragrant. There is also a lot of juice, I want to eat it every time after get off work. Except it's more expensive.

Old humid wet fried chicken TT_TT

Chicken was only oil and fat, no protein and also had a stomach ache, please use little oil and it is not like other KFC like from England and USA. It was also too expensive and if you want a free drink, take your own cup.

I asked the employee in German if I could buy spicy sause and she didn't just look like I wasn't human. Afterwards I had to speak to her in English and she gave me sweet and sour sause when I asked for sheep sause, very well done

This KFC wont be different with any other KFCs interm of the taste but the place is. Its free wifi and really near or in the main train station of Bern.

Service itself was very friendly. Only the burger was dry and almost cold. You could look for the sauce in the burger and in the wrap and you couldn't find it. Not recommended, save your money and go to McDonald's or Burgerking

The food was solid. The staff was rather unfriendly and seemed absent while I was ordering. Eating on site is unpleasant because the lights shine right in your face and they get very hot.

Waited half an hour and more for food while my friends were waiting for me and starving for hunger. So they started eating. When they finished, my food was still not ready. Not sure if I could recommend to eat here.
