I was there around 6:40 - 6:45 p.m. and it was already closed even though it says opening times until 7:00 p.m. I think that's cheeky!

No bubble waffle even though its mentioned on the menu. No fresh waffle but only heated up, which was actually still cold. Not recommended.

There wasn't an acai bowl, it was a liquid smoothie bowl. However, the taste is good.

First time I was disappointed with frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt was way too expensive. 7.50chf for some yoghurt, sauce and a topping is not possible. I didn't want any sauce and asked if I could have two toppings instead, the answer was no. It would all be well and good if he was exceptionally good, but unfortunately that wasn't the case either. I've definitely had much better yogurt. Not again...

Frozen yogurt was too expensive for what it was, there were hardly any toppings and the ones that were there looked very old and sad. We've been there before and there was still fruit and more choice and toppings. That's all gone now. The yoghurt was too frozen and the consistency was a bit strange. First time that a frozen yogurt disappointed me. The service was friendly but drank beer. Then I would be friendly too.

We had frozen yogurt. It was just gross. It tasted like rotten lemon. Bah! The “milkshake” mainly contained a bit of milk and ice cubes. Please don't go. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Yesterday I arrived at 6pm and it was closed..today at 9am and it is closed..let's start well.....!!! If this is the way to work, everyone can save themselves!!!! Bubble tea's were disappointing. Didn't have the taste they were supposed to have. Straw sticks together.

I had a bubble tea matcha latte, it was terrible! Water with coloring and the tapioca was way overcooked!

Generally poor quality. The portions were too small and I hardly got any toppings, the sauces tasted like stale chocolate and the yoghurt was sweetened and not creamy. The service was also very unfriendly, didn't even take out the Airpods and hardly answered our questions.

The froyo was very average. Few toppings, and the topping almost non-existent for Fr 7.50.

I think it's very, very tasty. We go there every 1-2 weeks with the family and the staff are also very friendly. The prices are also perfect and not expensive at all, so drinks like the bubble teas cost 6.- CHF, the orders are accepted very quickly and Then work on it with little time, thanks for the delicious drinks💯

Slightly hidden shop. Very friendly service that helps you choose and put together. Bubble tea tastes delicious, not so brutally sweet. Prices comparable to other bubble tea shops. Tea is filled with ice cubes. I have to try the waffles and the frozen yogurt again.

The bubble tea was delicious, a bit sweet for my taste. Friendly staff, but could be better decorated and furnished. The entrance is very special, I would never have seen the store without a huge advertisement.

I didnt try the yogurt but the bubble tea was not good at all. Fortunately, there are many bubble tea places in Bern now.

Not close to the original bubble tea at all! Never again. CHF 7.50 wasted. I don't recommend it. If this is someone's first bubble tea, they will have absolutely the wrong image of bubble tea. A shame...

I visited Yogurtlandia at Bärenplatz and can highly recommend their green tea with foam waffles. For just 4 CHF we got a cup of green tea and for 6 CHF we got a delicious bubble waffle. The drinks were so delicious and the shop owner was so kind and patient!

I've tried many Yogurtlandia drinks and I like the Tropical Smoothie the most! The bowls are also very tasty. I can highly recommend the Mango Bowl and Pitaya Bowl. Keep it up! 😍🤤

Absolutely nothing learned from the mistakes! Yogurtlandia has actually been in Bern before: there was a branch in Welle7 at the main station until 1-2 years ago. I was there every now and then. I recently happened to be in Bern and discovered the new branch on Bärenplatz: I had to go in straight away; After all, the store does a lot of local advertising with “everything for CHF 5”. The Forzen Yoghurts Glacés are available in three sizes (S/M/L) for CHF 5, 7.50 and 9.90 respectively. I decided on the medium size M, which is still known from the Welle7. However, what I got for CHF 7.50 borders on cheeky and can hardly be surpassed in terms of audacity. A tiny bit of yoghurt ice cream with the cheapest fruit sauce and just as carelessly packed pieces of fruit on top. Even McDonalds or Burger King do this better with every sundae! Never again. Big disappointment! No recommendation. Massively overpriced, not convincing in terms of taste and portions far too small! I mean: Hello?!?! How much does yogurt cost?! Without significant additional costs, the ice cream cups could easily be TWICE as big. But that was the case when the first store opened: I know a few people who received a voucher for a free ice cream back then. The joke back then was that the store was so stingy with these vouchers that pretty much everyone said "Such small portions for so much Fränkli - no thanks!". In short: either clever or not at all! To the owner: Go over the concept as quickly as possible, otherwise the landing will go down quicker than the first one. Tip: Doubling the cup size would be a good start! ... the women/children's cups can easily be driven in parallel.

Price of 10.- for a seemingly "medium" bubble waffle with a little chocolate, a few almond sprinkles and 3 small strawberry wedges, definitely too expensive, preparation doesn't seem very hygienic. Staff but friendly.
