Small but nice. It's a shame that the cinema isn't closer to us. Super nice and imaginative cinema operator. There is also a small hall with space for around 20 people to watch your own film with friends. to see. Simply to recommend.

This is still a real, old, cozy and beautiful cinema. Nice personal service at the ticket counter and at the pretty bar. The finest snacks, fresh popcorn and, and, everything is great!

The movie was indicated online and on the ticket as having French subtitles, even though it was actually not the case. It is kind of a big deal as I went specifically to this cinema for the French subtitles. I hope that appropriate care will be taken in the future so that it does not happen again. Otherwise, the room was nice and comfortable, and the cinema is well located, close to the train station. Edit: The film was Godzilla Minus One

I attended the Ghostbusters marathon and I can say that the chairs are really comfortable. Good selection of food and drinks and very nice staff!

The large hall is great: comfortable armchairs and more legroom than usual. Unfortunately, dubbed versions are usually shown here, which is not my thing, so only three stars. I was here on the occasion of the Brugg Documentary Film Festival and I saw "Ricardo and Painting" and "Big Little Woman." Both absolutely worth seeing. This made the day a great cinematic experience.

A really nice cinema with a comfortable seating area and bar. There is a fine selection of snacks and drinks. The cinema hall is large and equipped with a variety of seating options. There is a lot of attention to detail. For me, the Brugggore Festival that takes place there was the absolute highlight! I'd love to come back and I'm looking forward to it!

Was at a movie marathon. Places were clean, this event was very well organized! Thanks for that. Since it was a film marathon, you could order the "menu" at your seat and pay. Of course there were still breaks between films. 😉 Thank you again for this event and we'll be happy to do it again next year. 👍🏼

Where do I begin? I didn't know the cinema, I just came across it by chance or the Lord of the Rings marathon. Everything perfect! Cinema is pleasant and clean. The places are all very spacious. It has various tables, some as armchairs and others. Food and drinks can be ordered directly to your seat, either immediately or in advance. The mead was great, the lambas was a (positive) surprise and the pizza was very tasty! Only the lamps on the steps are a bit bright, but you get used to it after a few minutes. What bothered me the most, but the cinema can't help it, is that the people sitting next to me were on their cell phones the whole time, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok... then why are you going to the cinema??? Thank you for the event, maybe I'll be there for the Indiana Jones Marathon... I'll have to see how I can get to Lucerne, that's a little more difficult this late. Ending half an hour early would be great.

It was a great idea to bring together live music and Chaplin films in the Excelsior cinema. We were invited by a granddaughter who plays in this orchestra. It was difficult to combine music and film, but the conductor managed it brilliantly with the talented players. It was a great pleasure.

I'm glad there is a cinema in Brugg. The Excelsior is intended more for blockbuster films. I think it's good that there is a kind of special event for certain films. What definitely needs to be mentioned is the food. Pizza, popcorn and nachos as well as the Gummibärli counter are great.

Often half full, that has to say something, the service is good, the cinema is clean. Entrance fees are totally ok, I think the popcorn and drinks prices are rather good. Okey if you compare it with restaurants, the drink prices are still ok.

Before going to the cinema at 8:10 p.m. you have to look for the missing toilet paper. Conn. Before you sit down in the cinema, you are allowed to clean the popcorn from the previous seats and dispose of the rubbish.
