Valo Kebap in Brugg

The kebab is delicious and the meat looks good. However, I can hardly get full from one kebab.

All I can say is that if you want to know how good it tastes, you should definitely go and try it on site. He makes the meat himself and so far it is one of the few snack places that actually makes a good kebab! All in all, it's great and, in my opinion, does a very good job 👍

I'm surprised how many people write here that it's the best kebab and so on. The kebab is ok. But nothing more. The flatbread is definitely not homemade. The sauces are standard and the meat is not pure minced meat but actually slightly better veal. What is worth highlighting is the salad in the kebab. There you get a lot of variety, which also adds flavor. Plus a nice snack seller. Ok for a quick kebab. But definitely not a great kebab either. There are just a few small details missing.

The Dürüm is first filled with a lot of lettuce. For 13 Fr. very, very little meat! A torn flatbread is still served without comment. Not ok. In the lower quarter of the Dürüm there is only salad. The taste of the meat would be ok. We will never come back!

Too many vegetables and very little meat. A zero for this price.

I ate a lot at this kebab stand when I was a kid when it was still a trailer stand! And even though it's under new management and a new name, in my opinion it's still the best kebab experience you can have in Brugg and the surrounding area! Keep it up! 😊♥️

Very good quality of meat, you can tell that no industrial kebab skewer is used here, but everything is handmade. The salad is very fresh, the onions are dressed with fresh parsley. Really perfect. In terms of taste, the kebab is definitely number 1 in Aargau, I have eaten many thousands of kebabs, but in terms of taste the Valo Kebab is right up there with the best. The only criticism is the amount of meat you get in a kebab. I had maybe 100g of meat in a kebab that was mostly just vegetables and bread. I'm also happy to pay a higher price for a good kebab (unfortunately a kebab with extra meat wasn't advertised) if I end up with at least 200-300g of meat in the kebab. In the end, it's all about the meat.

So: without boasting, I know really well about kebabs and I have to say: THIS IS THE BEST KEBAB I HAVE EVER EATED!!! Everything is perfectly coordinated from A to Z and I don't even want to start with the meat. THE BEST!!!!!! From today on I will be a regular customer and will even come all the way from Zurich for this kebab.

I'm not the biggest fan of fast food, but this Dürüm is absolutely not comparable to fast food! The owner Valo makes the kebab skewers himself, with a lot of love and meat of the best quality! You can taste it too! We recommend!

Was here often and asked if the flatbread was homemade because I wanted to try it and he said uncertainly yes. But it was definitely not homemade, it was dry and thin like chips when you eat it. If I had preferred the kebab box, you wouldn't notice a big difference. For once the meat wasn't fresh, it tasted strange for the first time, perhaps from the day before. Flies bother me every time I eat here. The seller was not attentive had to repeat me several times.

Were there for the first time yesterday and we had 2 kebabs and a Dürum. They were actually already closed because it was already 8:15 p.m. but the owner was super nice and friendly and made our order. Both were super tasty, fresh vegetables and super juicy, tasty meat. I can definitely recommend the kebab snack bar and I will be going back soon.

One of the best kebab stands there is. The skewer is not made from pressed minced meat as is usually the case, but rather from real pieces of meat stacked and skewered. This means that the meat is of top quality and tastes much better and it doesn't feel like plastic when you eat it. And let's be honest, that's the most important thing about the kebab. The sauces are good but not special either. Vegetables, onions, etc. look and taste fresh. All in all a top kebab.
