The data stored was all incorrect and had to be corrected. Since we were traveling on business, we had pre-ordered an invoice to the company address. However, this was only issued after 3 days and after multiple inquiries (e-mail, calls) and when the booking portal (HRS) was activated. There is an incredible gap between expectations and reality. Definitely not a second time
