Konditorei Voland in Gossau (ZH)

The products are good, not outstanding but absolutely sufficient. But the service is really a fiasco. Very unsympathetic and rude.

We only recently discovered this cafe. It's not big, but very comfortable. There is a large selection of sweet and small salty treats. The theme of the railway runs through everything; you can learn a lot of interesting things about the former Wetzikon Mile Railway. We would be happy to come back here.

Simply delicious, nice and so cozy 😍

While visiting this area, our friends took us to this bakery for coffee and sweets. The lady who helped us and took our order was really nice. Very welcoming atmosphere and needless to say that their bakery items were fresh and delicious. We bought several bags of assorted cookies to bring back home for our friends. We would frequent this place if we lived here!

Unfortunately very disappointed! ! Waited 25 minutes for the salad with encore although there were almost no guests there... almost got up and left the restaurant. Served breaded schnitzel was even the bigger disappointment. Unfortunately no apologies from the service employees...otherwise products on sale are good. It's a shame...that things didn't go well with the food and service🙁

Nice bakery with very friendly employees, good baked goods/edibles and a nice atmosphere.

For once, no bread, but sweets and ate at one of the tables outside. Very good quality: nut corner and chocolate crescent.

We are very happy to know that Voland is a competent, fresh and always high-quality bakery/patisserie near us. The products are simply delicious and always fresh, the staff are always friendly and open-minded.

Price at normal Zurich level, but very tasty. Had two sandwiches, a chocolate croissant and a butter croissant.

I love being served. I miss that with Voland. What a shame!!! EAT GOOD.

Small, high-quality pastry shop with seating outside and inside. Great breakfast offering. The server is friendly but the ordering and payment process is inefficient and not particularly customer-oriented.

Service is very good and the atmosphere is also quite nice. Today I was amazed at the price increase. I think increasing a sandwich from 5.90 to 6.50 is too much. At least for the sandwich in the bag. It's soggy from the tomato/cucumber and mayo. Shopping is now done for me in the future.
