Very disappointed. Service was very friendly but overwhelmed. There was no music playing at the beginning, just some news. There was a lot of traffic at our place. The food was extremely expensive and tasted like a microwave burger. (Both the classic burger and the vegi burger) The fries were floating in the frying oil. I gave the waitress an honest opinion and said I had never had such a bad meal for such a price. It looked like the chef didn't like it and didn't want to see it. We will definitely avoid the workshop and continue to consume at the Porterhouse in Uster, because the price is right there.

The veggie burger was disappointing, the bread was soggy and the food seemed like it had been warmed up. The prices were disproportionate to the poor quality. The fries were literally swimming in oil, and the hygiene in the kitchen left a lot to be desired - the cook didn't wear gloves, touched various things without washing his hands and seemed unfriendly. The waitress was nice, but seemed overwhelmed since she worked alone. When the feedback was forwarded to the chef there was a distinctly negative reaction, indicating a lack of professionalism and customer focus.
