If the lights go on immediately after the concert at 9 p.m. and the music is still playing at 75 decibels, then you know that you are no longer welcome. Many had children and had organized themselves to finally be out again by 10 p.m. Over 40.- entrance fee and then something like that. I believe the club is still financed with tax money. What happened to the corn flour? It's also cashless... that was an event for older people... is that ageism? It was definitely anti-social today!

Great location, well located within walking distance of the city. Friendly employees. Unfortunately, during our visit, the kitchen was completely overwhelmed by the large crowds before the concert. Over an hour before the concert started, everything was sold out... only chips in small bags. A pity.

I always enjoy going to Kofmehl, I especially think the room bar is cool😎 The point of criticism is the exclusive cashless payment! The terminal often doesn't work and internet reception rarely works. There is now a new deposit on the bottles for which I stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes and I also get this deposit via bank transfer. That doesn't make sense to me. One transaction costs 5% of the purchase amount.🤔 Staff was stressed! My motto: Cash is truth💰

I'm annoyed and disappointed, I went to Jule Today I saw in my bank app that the fourteen francs couldn't be added to me, but the money was deducted. I find that a freedom. I would be very happy if I got the money deducted back and the deposit too. The cashier was just a temporary worker that evening.

Cash payments are no longer accepted. Several employees have trouble calculating drink prices. You basically have to trust that everything is entered correctly, which doesn't always seem to be the case. It used to be a cool location

Access was denied because my daughter forgot her ID. Ergo - when I contacted me by phone, the restaurateur behaved extremely cheeky, narrow-minded and arrogant! Reimbursement of the ticket would be the minimum, but the person is not even capable of doing so. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! No more corn flour.

H.E.A.T & Eclipse Show The assessment of a wheelchair user and the accompanying person The organization was fine and could still be improved with constructive criticism. The wheelchair offered, height adjustable, is absolutely fine, not the most comfortable model for back patients, but I have never seen this service offered anywhere. If you close the cloakrooms earlier, be sure to inform the visitors with a note by the stairs, because we had to get on the last train and we almost missed it because I had to worry about this matter for too long. The location is absolutely barrier-free (apart from the balcony) A great place at the front left of the stage, emergency exit 3-4 meters in the back, good view of the stage (as long as the audience is as awesome as the metalheads are). We got along really well, the handicapped person felt very comfortable and the security was always right next to us, which gave you a certain level of security in the wheelchair. What annoyed us the most was that the door opening was 15-20 minutes too late. Please remember that handicapped people are also more likely to have to go to the toilet and not be able to do so. We were first in line and suddenly the entrance was in a different place, without any sign... and suddenly you're at the back of the line again and have to wait even longer... you can work on it😘 Overall we were satisfied, had a great evening with fans, music and a cool smaller location, small but awesome 😜 What I also didn't like was the open drink at the bar, handicapped people have even more trouble covering their cups and when I asked if I could have a bottle of mineral water, which was already almost empty, I was told that this wasn't possible, even though I explained have who this bottle was for. 🤘Rocking greetings from us and thank you for the nice evening 🤘

Bands are great. 2 stars for the poorly mixed sound. Somehow everything sounds dull and it is definitely too quiet, as other visitors also said. Sorry for the negative entry. Staff is friendly.

Great concert by Troubas Kater enjoyed. Unfortunately mixed badly. Text was therefore difficult to understand. What I don't understand is why the gallery has often been blocked lately. For visitors who don't want to be in tight crowds feel good, incomprehensible.

Location is great... There could be a bar at a second location if it's full, which would be an advantage, and I think it's bad that you can't pay with cash! Think about it, I've heard from many that the two points are annoying!

In my opinion the ideal concert location. Not too big, not too cramped, solid line up, quick service at the bar and a good selection of drinks. In my opinion, the acoustics are also great.

12-13 years ago I thought the kofmehl was great, but now it's really dirty and dingy... a real shame. The food truck, however, is great and would deserve 5 stars!

Actually very nice and always a good atmosphere, but there are always a lot of people at the parties. Some places you can't even walk through because it's so crowded. :)

Always the same songs at 2000s parties, really bad. Change DJ Periera, the event is called a 2000 party but there were songs from 2022 like Bamba by Luciano. Just cry. Don't recommend anyone to go there.

Really cool venue. But the air-conditioning in the front row to the left side is just way to much. Normally you would sweat during the concert but I was freezing in that place and it's January.... Still reay good sound and lots of fun to see good Bands in this venue. You can only pay with card in this place.

Saw Mike Müller. A great place. But you should be there when the door opens. 15 minutes later all the good seats are taken

Actually a great location, but it was way too cold at the front of The Amity Affliction's concert... cold air came out of the front and we had to stand there in our jackets... unfortunately it really ruined the concert. + good acoustics!

I went to see Pegasus here, and had a fantastic night. My only objection was that it was card payment only at the bar. It is getting to be absolutely absurd that cash isn't any good to buy a beer. I hope this is not the start of a tidal wave of this utter nonsense in regard to paying for something. It is a terrible direction in which this world is going to working towards a cashless society. Totally disgusting!

Craziest music venue I know. No chance to see the stage from behind.

Good place to enjoy live bands. Parking is available nearby and free of charge. Concerts are well organized. Keep it up! I'm always happy when a good band plays at Kofmehl.

The music was great, I also thought the atmosphere was great, the people there were cool, but the security at the club behaved disrespectfully, my friend was thrown out without warning for smoking inside. When I wanted to go home with him, I remembered that outside Another colleague still had my car key, despite having paid the entrance fee, I was aggressively and unfriendly refused to go 3 meters behind the barrier (I also offered that someone could come with me) to get the key, when I then took another step towards the entrance I was threatened with a ban on entry and a report for trespassing, a shame because I would have liked to go to this restaurant again... the concept of the whole store is great, the security guards use their strength and power, several people around me confirm this, I hope Management takes this to heart and does something.

I don't know if it's because of my origins (Africa) but I was thrown out for no reason. By coincidence, my colleague (Sri Lanka) is also being dragged out and thrown out for no reason. When we asked security about it, they couldn't give us a reason. We then informed the police because we didn't know why we were shot out. When the police came, she pleaded for house rule and our complaint was not accepted at all. For these reasons there should be a -5 star rating!!

I like the Kofmehl concert hall. Ideal size to be close to the artist and still everything else is good. Good acoustics and a good organization. However, the food offer could be expanded a bit as it offers little choice.

I was once warned in the club that I wasn't allowed to smoke my e-cigarette inside. I understood this and went out. After a while a security guard came to me and dragged me along. At first I didn't understand why? Then he told me that I had already been warned once. The funny thing is, I continued smoking my e-cigarette outside. Then for some reason he was extremely disrespectful to me and kicked me out for no reason at all. Even though I smoked outside. In my opinion, an outrage. I demand an apology. The security didn't act properly.
