Nice restaurant, nice service. Lots of parking spaces. Food was okay, but I've never eaten such a bad tiramisu with a thick slab of gelatine in it. It's a shame to end. But we'll come back for a fajita meal...

Price and performance are not right for me. Was eating in the restaurant for the second time today. The first time it was meat. The meat on the skewer (chicken) was of poor quality. So no fillet, but anything with a high proportion of skin and fat. More than 40 francs for 400 grams of it is simply a disgrace (apart from the vegetables cooked to death as a side dish) Today it was pasta. Linguine Tartufo for just under 30 francs. It was a cardboard pasta. Taste OK, otherwise a fiasco for the eyes and the fork. Finally, a limoncello and an espresso, neither of which was anything special, unfortunately. If it weren't for the pizza bread and butter that is available, it would be Max 1 star. Unfortunately, the service wasn't convincing either. An Aperol for the aperitif, immediately the question of wine with the meal. All at once with Aperol and wine that got warm, without food. A third time, rather unlikely for me.

The Kuonimatt was once a great restaurant. Unfortunately, after today's visit, I will not consider another visit... We were there today at around 7:00 p.m. There were rather few visitors in the restaurant. Everything went wonderfully and as usual until the order was placed. The appetizers came quickly as did the drinks. Unfortunately we waited a long time after the starter. Our nice table neighbors arrived 10' later than us and had already received the main course. When I asked the waiter when we could expect the food as he was clearing the neighboring table, my question was answered with: “Yes, the food is coming, you just have to be a little patient, after all you also had an appetizer “. OK. But I don't wait 40' after my starter for the main course. Then it was about 10 minutes until our main courses arrived. Unfriendly treatment, stupid saying, no apology or anything else... A pity… I won't put up with that kind of treatment. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Kuonimatt and will not be coming back.

Service good, many guests. We got room for 4 without a reservation, the food was good, but the taste was a bit bland. Pizza was very good and pasta too👍

So,in general everything was ok,but nothing more. I will start from service,polite,respectful,very attentive.I have nothing negative to say. Ambient was also nice,very nice restaurant interior,have parking lot,you can purchase your ticket. Food: I ordered steak medium rare,it came medium well. It was tasty and fresh,I can’t say it wasn’t but I really hoped I will get medium rare. That was even the reason why I came.It was nice served and it was hot. That was plus. Later I ordered tiramisu and at that point I was really disappointed. I was sure you can’t go wrong with tiramisu. It was jelly and frozen in the middle. I mean,since when gelatine goes in tiramisu? Big minus,you should work on that to improve it. I am not sure I would like to go there intentionally again,maybe only if I have to or I am with a group with people who wants to go there.

Nice restaurant with good cuisine. Negative; the long waiting times for service. Maybe it was a hectic evening when we visited. Nevertheless, our society viewed the long waiting times as a real nuisance.

Good value for money for a lunch,

Super nice service in a cool atmosphere. The food sometimes lacks a bit of spice. You may want to focus on one area, either a steakhouse or a pizzeria.

The service was slow and inattentive. For example, there were empty glasses and 1 bottle outside at the table for 1 hour. The starter meal, a caprese salad, had too little oil, too little balsamic vinegar, no salt. For the main course, for which we waited 45 minutes after we got the starter, there was 1x 300g fillet rare, unfortunately one side was fried for too long but was edible, in contrast to the spare ribs. It could also be completely fatty and more tender. My companion got sick and had to throw up in the hotel. There was also arugula which was warm and mushy. At least the fries were ok. The whole fun cost 140.- with 2 cokes and 2 water - Even though we sent the spare ribs back, there was no explanation or anything else - According to the motto "Tough luck" Unfortunately unacceptable for a “steakhouse”.

Enjoyed delicious fajitas before going bowling.

The term steakhouse is a complete misnomer. The steak selection is tiny, but unfortunately the prices are not. If there is a picture of a T-bone steak on the menu but it isn't even available to choose from, that's a disgrace! What you can't expect here: club steak, porterhouse, mayor, tomahawk. The doneness was good, but the 300g high loin steak from the Swiss water buffalo for 60 CHF was still very tough. When I complained, we were only offered coffee or tea instead of at least the dessert (then the tough steak would still have cost 47 CHF). Regarding the drinks: Unfortunately there aren't even 1 liter water bottles, you always have to order 0.5 bottles for 6.60 CHF. Otherwise a very nicely decorated restaurant with friendly service staff, the general selection of food is varied (including the game menu). The location in the commercial area next to a sex shop and Albanian club doesn't seem very inviting.

11/5/23 The venison schnitzel is not really tender. The supplements weren't convincing either. The dessert, churros and banana split were good. 50% of the staff were friendly, the other part didn't think it was necessary to say hello or goodbye...

The pizzas were okay, but the venison fillet was still raw and extremely crumbly. I couldn't eat the red cabbage, it didn't taste good at all. For this price I really expected something different.

A really expensive restaurant that seems to promise a lot, but unfortunately doesn't live up to expectations. The starter salad was quite promising, but then came the pizza. We ordered a calzone that was filled with white, sticky, uncooked egg whites. We were really suspicious of that. The other pizza, which was ordered with garlic, was without garlic and absolutely tasteless. We don't go here anymore.

Parking is available in the paid parking garage; fees will be refunded in the restaurants. Passenger lift to the restaurants and different sized rooms. Wheelchair accessible, restaurants and toilet facilities on the same level. Friendly and prompt staff. Very fine pizzas a discretion. Very suitable for groups, family celebrations and company holidays.👍

The food was great and the ambience in the glassed-in winter garden was very nice. Service was fine. More in the higher price range

Quite a cosy restaurant with a good ambience, but somehow it was terribly noisy. Maybe because it was house-full!! The service was good, the food was excellent and it was the first time I had warm or hot Bruscetta. It's very different but tasty. Was glad they didn't have too bright lights that blind the eye. Lights were dimmed, making it more romantic and enjoyable.

Beautiful restaurant with great staff and good food. The pizzas and of course the grill offerings are highly recommended. Guests' allergies and requests are taken into account and service is provided quickly and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

The place is a little overrated. The burger tasted not so good as expected.

We had food ordered from the travel agency and it wasn't much. Pasta with tomatoes and chili - hot, monotonous, nothing much. The second day rice and chicken with cream, also nothing too thick, tasteless. Staff nice, helpful.

The Wagyu burger and truffle risotto were very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food is good and the service is good! The truffle rice and pizza are delicious. Rare is better for the steak, medium is a bit too much, but this is purely personal taste!

When we went into the restaurant we were greeted casually, but that was it. It wasn't until several minutes later that someone came and asked about the reservation. The restaurant was quite empty but we still had to wait almost an hour for our fillet. Luckily there were free rolls that we could eat as a starter until our food was brought. However, the food itself was delicious and I will definitely eat there again.

Very nice restaurant. The charcoal grill for meat is awesome. The meal was perfect and the dessert was great. Only 4 stars for service because the restaurant was completely full and in this price range you would want a personal service employee. But everyone was very accommodating and nice.

Wonderful food. I don't normally like sour krout but the combination of thier sausage and krout was delicious.

We ordered a cordon bleu and a carbonara. The dishes were well prepared. The service was friendly but quite slow. Pleasant environment. Prices in line with the region's standard, dishes around 30-40 CHF per person.

Cozy atmosphere despite the large space. This is achieved excellently by creating niches with dividing elements and lots of wood. Very friendly service and excellent cuisine. Upper price segment.

Had dinner there today and had a main course and a dessert. The pasta was incredibly tasty and the dessert (warm chocolate cake with a liquid center) was also a poem. The service was also top and the ambience was also good. Would visit this restaurant again at any time. A clear recommendation from me.

Ordered margarita pizza that consists of cheese, tomato sauce and oregano, as well as chicken pasta al dente that is lemon flavored. They also provide free bread on the side. I did have to subtract a star as I asked for tap water, and they provided mineral water that cost 6.60 Swiss Francs, which is about $7-$8 USD. Should have drank my own water then had I known. Restaurant was pretty busy given that it was New Year’s Eve. Decorated very well inside.

Went to the restaurant for dinner yesterday at lunchtime. Waited 45 minutes for a pizza. Unfortunately the salad we ordered didn't arrive. After an almost cold pizza, the waiter came over and asked if it was good. I tried to explain to him that I was still waiting for the starter salad I ordered. Instead of an apology, the salad was subsequently served without a word. Things like this happen when the only thing you hear from the waiter is: "You speak English?" is. The baked pizzas sat on the bar for between 3 and 7 minutes before they were even brought to the tables. I have no idea how businesses like this survive. I will not visit this restaurant again and I would advise against it. Price and performance go different ways. A pity.

It falls short of a five in all respects. Too expensive, too small portions, too slow service. But in general, you can’t find anything decent in this place.

Food was good, had the Kuoniburger. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly, not courteous and, above all, lacked motivation. Unfortunately also taciturn and not very communicative. She doesn't like dealing with customers. Hence the 2 stars.

Food is to up the asked prices: Pizza ..dough was still a little raw .. tomato sauce was sweet as sugar .. cheese was definitely not mozzarella Burger for about 30.- .. patty was extremely dry ... ergo straight from the freezer .. buns were ston hard outside and not well done on the inside ... ergo also from the freezer Meat ..through as ordered .. nice!... unfortunately the side dishes were not on the same level at all

Overall pretty disappointing. I ordered a fitness plate with mixed salad. The meat was ok so far, but sorry, dear chef, what I was served as a mixed salad just doesn't work. The so-called salad consisted of a pile of green lettuce, a few sprouts and a handful of grated carrots. That's it for 42.-. Conclusion, once and never again.

Overpriced prices. Penne too hard, meat tough. Were there several times at different times and was disappointed every time. Service while falling asleep...

Pizzas were delicious, but 50% of the pizza consisted of the edge and base, with only the toppings in the middle.. So if I pay Fr. 25.00 for a pizza and mostly get flour (edge).. Well.. The waiter asked us 3 times in 90 minutes if we want to order anything else...

Good steakhouse and pizzas from the wood-fired grill. Service is generally friendly and accommodating. Tap water service (tap water) is charged at CHF 2.20. In general the pizzas are very good. Personally, however, I would welcome the addition of parmesan shavings to the pizza range. There is free parking in the parking garage, but when paying in the restaurant you have to make the staff aware that you will need a voucher for parking.

Not enough staff, food was good but took a long time to be served.

We were there for dinner around 7:45 p.m. and asked if there was room and she replied yes. She came at around 8 p.m. Yes, you now have to decide on what to eat, we close at 10 p.m. (which I found very rude) When we got the food, we were shocked. A small pile of spaghetti and it was served with prawns and dried tomatoes and oil from the tomatoes on top. It wasn't tasty and the price wasn't acceptable in the end. Sorry but I don't think it's worth a visit.

Starter (Cesar Salad) and side dish (risotto) were great, but the beef fillet unfortunately missed the desired cooking point on both plates. Also very loud when the restaurant is full.

We went twice because it was close to the hotel. At first the experience was positive. On the second, the service left something to be desired.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to eat a steak here yet. I can highly recommend the Kuonimatt Burger. Unfortunately the pizzas are not 100% to my taste. Cozy and attractive atmosphere and definitely always worth a visit.

Unfortunately, the friendliest service is of no use if the kitchen fails on several occasions: the beef fillet (for CHF 64.80), ordered medium well, was lukewarm and bloody on the first attempt. Put it on the grill again - now it was warm, but the blood was still dripping onto the plate. I ordered vegetables and spaghetti as a side dish: the vegetables were fine, but apparently they also forgot to add salt to the spaghetti... I would have expected a generous gesture as an apology - I think: it was offered to me, the meat a third time to put on the grill - and at the end an espresso. I thankfully gave up on both!
