Kwong Ming in Martigny

Excellent Cantonese cuisine that we find it difficult to find today. The restaurant is able to cook authentic Cantonese cuisine with good ingredients and presentations. We love it and will come again.

You wouldn't expect to see such a remarkable Chinese restaurant in a city like Martigny. The decor is magnificent, Chinese in every detail. Particular care was taken. Regarding the menus, their presentation, and of course the tasting of the dishes, I will be equally complimentary: compliment to the chef! The service is excellent, a small downside, sometimes difficult to make yourself understood if you don't speak English. Despite this, the friendliness is there, the smile too. The wines are quite varied and the prices are very honest, like those of the dishes. I will definitely come back! Thank you so much

The prices are excessive! Good, but really nothing exceptional. Really disappointed. Not accessible for all budgets... the dishes are between 30 and 40 CHF without accompaniment! the rice is extra..... big eaters, move on, the portions are not up to their prices. "Gourmet" plate with 1 ravioli, 1 small fried triangle, 1 mini ribs and 1 tempura shrimp at the price of 24 CHF...

It's expensive for not much on the plate. In addition, I find it not very nice to do the gourmet passport only on 3 menus, which of course are expensive, and minimum 2 people. The service is slow and not very friendly. One table out of 2 was entitled to chips with the aperitif and not the others... The plates are dirty and broken and the glasses are also broken. The ravioli have no taste, the peanut beef tastes more like ratatouille because there are so many vegetables, the curry chicken, we are still looking for the taste of curry, the Cantonese rice is very fatty and has no taste and the crispy beef tastes like flour and butter... really disappointed. We won't come back and I'll cross it off my passport as a result.

We ate very well. The house menu at fr 94.--. The service was good but way too long between courses. We were happy to take advantage of the gourmet passport because the prices are indeed a little high.

We go there every year for our wedding year. The Peking duck is incredible and the service is top notch! See you next year...

Passing through Martigny I found this restaurant on Google and decided to try it. It took us a while to find the entrance, it is located on the upper floor of a small building. Excellent food, very quiet and refined environment. Impeccable service

Very beautiful place but unfortunately without soul! My specialty pork dish with a sprig of parsley for decoration and a mini bowl of rice.. I got it for 50.- without dessert or coffee... No joy and passion in this food... what sadness... even in times of scarcity we can do better! Never again!

The dish I ate certainly wasn't bad but I could have eaten 20 nuggets and 2 portions of fries 5 minutes later, I didn't do it because I was so disgusted with this restaurant. Please don't go there.

Good quality Cantonese food closest you can get to authentic Chinese cuisine here. The owner Thomas Hou hails from Hongkong and lives up to his motto of doing his best for Chinese travellers longing for home-cooked comfort foods. His roast duck Hongkong style is tender and juicy reminding us of Yung Kee in Central HK. The char siu(barbecue pork) doesn’t disappoint either. Altogether a most satisfying meal for our family as he also prepared a porridge dish upon special request. Thank you Thomas!

What a wonderful discovery in the Swiss town of Martigny ! Authentic , beautifully presented Chinese food ..loved the House speciality ribs and Tim Sum ..its almost like dining in a top restaurant in Hong Kong . Service was impeccable with the boss, Thomas and the charming waitress catering to our every request .. and don't forget to ask for the house chilli sauce ..!

The cooking skills are top-notch, you can taste the aroma of the pot, and the barbecued pork tastes very authentic. I had a good dinner. I will come again if I have the chance!
