Cozy place, with a few tables to guarantee excellent service... very kind staff and really excellent food... we ordered a piadina, a lasagna and cannelloni with ricotta and spinach. The quality of the ingredients is high, you can tell immediately... everything was excellent, even the desserts... we will definitely be back...

Had lunch with work colleagues (group of 6) at Arco, arrived at 12 p.m. After 10 minutes, a group of the same size with benches arrived. Not only were we not served for the first 10 minutes, no, we were served for another 10 minutes as the other group was served first. We didn't have our food until 12:50 p.m. and just wanted to pay and leave. A little tip: Even if the food is of good quality, this is no reason to neglect the service. If you cannot serve larger groups at the same time, you will either have to hire more staff or reduce the number of tables. In addition: First come, first served. Not those who look like they have more money ;-) We all work nearby and will definitely not be eating lunch at your place any time soon or will be reporting our negative experience to everyone in the company who wants to eat at your place. Due to the long waiting time, we would have expected at least an apology or an offer for a coffee on the house, but unfortunately nothing came.

I read the other reviews well what can I say... no comment I often go with the whole family including the dog who is given a bowl... As an amateur cook, I traveled to the south of Italy for several weeks last summer to explore the incredible diversity of Italian cuisine. I fell in love not only with the food but also with the ambience. Back in Switzerland I said I needed my authentic Italian breakfast every now and then. There are many “Italians” in Switzerland. But L'arco dei Sapori was the only one with a real Italian bakery. The restaurant/bakery is run exclusively by Italians and when you walk in you immediately hear: “Bongiorno!” There is an enormously large selection of pastries, cornettos (croissants) with various fillings like in Italy. There are also handmade pasta, various anti pasti, various raw ham, various hard and soft cheeses. Like in Italy, you can put together your own panini and of course they also have fresh arancini with different fillings. Warm cuisine with Italian homemade specialties using seasonal products is also quite normal at Larco dei Sapori. The staff is warm & accommodating. What's special: Most of the products they use are also available for purchase and you can get everything to go. They also offer fresh cakes for events and have already held cake workshops for local school project weeks. Today I'm a regular and it's now very popular with my friends too.

Nothing to say about the quality of the products. I find the service to be poor, little attention from the staff. Very slow. Seeing a lady take the glass placed in the center of the table to let the dog drink is absolutely not hygienic. While this episode may be personal, honestly the slowness is not justifiable. The staff is there but they are simply not suited to the work they have to do.

Good quality without a doubt. Slow service both in taking orders and in paying the bill. A pity that the tables are only large so it happens to "share" the table with other people too. We also happened to see a customer's dog drinking from the restaurant's glass. Sorry I won't be back.

Italian specialties at their finest. A treat for the eyes and the stomach. Super fine “dolci”, coffee to enjoy like in Italy. We also often order cakes for birthdays or other occasions. These are super tasty and always made with fresh ingredients. I can only recommend it.

L'Arco dei Sapori offers the best desserts in the area. We recently tried a Sacher Torte which was excellent, a must try! The staff is very friendly and professional. The wide range of pastries, fresh pasta and delicious dishes to enjoy is incredible. A special compliment to Beppe the pastry chef :)

On 08.22.2020 I ate with my wife and friends in the aforementioned restaurant. Given that the quality is excellent (it would be 5 stars), my experience was very negative and I felt, especially as an Italian, made fun of, and without having to use any other mincing words, FUCKED. I ordered "a charcuterie board with a little cheese" - and I mean ONE. I didn't order "two cutting boards" nor did I specify "for two people". So when it's time to pay the bill I see the fateful sum of 36 CHF on the receipt and I wonder how the bill could be so high in its total amount of (48 CHF) let's say for a "snack" given that we received A CUTTING BOARD at the table which was anything but a portion for two people. And they certainly weren't two cutting boards. At the time of payment the girl tells me that "the colleague would have given a large portion"... So let's be serious and at least she hasn't suddenly forgotten the Italian language, I dare to confirm that: 1) I didn't ask for a large portion and/or for two 2) I asked for ONE cutting board therefore for ONE person and not two as I was led to believe In short, I'm sorry to go against the grain of so many positive reviews but in my case I really can't say the same. I was offered "a coffee" to "compensate" but above all the insult remains that the platter served to us could never even remotely come close to a double portion. Greetings, Cristiano
