We've had dinner twice now. Not often, but we have a journey of 467km. Why do we do this?? Quite simply, the service, the friendliness and above all the food. A dream, whether pasta or meat ❤️👌 the absolute improvement is the roast beef with a sauce to kneel down on. That's why and because Lenzburg is a beautiful city we go there. The food was very good and the service was no less, the only thing that bothered me personally was that it was very loud. But I was told that a sound blanket will be installed soon.... so I won't have anything to complain about anymore😃 but I've already reserved again for this week....😋

The food is excellent, the staff is very attentive and friendly. What you definitely need to have is patience. On none of the visits was the food served within <60 minutes of the order being placed. Mind you, the tables are 50 - 70% occupied. A fact that takes some getting used to.

The Oberstadt restaurant in Lenzburg gave me a comfortable feeling in every respect this lunchtime. Very fine lunch in a very nice atmosphere with warm conditions. I felt like I was in Italy. The large salad bowl that was placed on the table gave me a homely feeling and the fresh salad tasted as if it had just been harvested. The pinsa was also very tasty and there was even a dessert included in the menu price. It was like I was on vacation in Italy in a beautiful place.

A dream :) We were very spontaneous and our first time at the Oberstadt restaurant in Lenzburg. When we had the menu at hand, we could hardly decide between these delicious and special selections. I chose the homemade dumplings (ravioli) with a pumpkin/mascarpone filling, plus a butter-sage sauce with dried figs and fresh pumpkin cubes. The location is also very warmly decorated and has an antique design. I've been there again and would now call it my favorite restaurant. :)

Mir wurde das Restaurant empfohlen und auch dass man früh genug reservieren sollte. Da ich den Inhaber schon vom Deliziosa in Boniswil her kannte,hatte ich entsprechende Erwartungen. Diese wurden auch nicht entäuscht. Es war von Anfang an die gewohnte familiäre Atmosphäre. Herzlich, freundlich und ohne Berührungsängste. Übersichtliche ,interessante und verständliche Karte, nich zu viel oder zu wenig. Die Empfehlung des Chefs für nächste Woche lässt erahnen dass das Menü abwechselt ( tipicamente italiano ). Wir machen leider immer den Fehler und essen zu viel Vorspeise. Bruschetta Mix, sehr lecker. Hauptspeise, Pinsa Filetto di Manzo für mich und Pinsa Porcini e crudo für meine Frau. Auch das war sehr lecker. Dazu ein Silentium Primitivo di Manduria 2016.Wer einem etwas leichteren dieser Sorte mag, ist hier richtig. Jedoch, mit schon gut gefülltem Magen mussten wir in der Hälfte aufgeben und uns den Rest einpacken lassen. Es machte den Anschein dass es uns nicht schmeckte, aber es war wirklich sehr fein.
