Very good, super friendly welcome, very quick support. I had a great evening, the only downside was the meat knives were not sharp. A big thank you to all.

We took advantage of the 6-course tasting menu. Everything was perfect, the cooking very well mastered, the fine and original flavors, the attentive and friendly service. I really like this restaurant, each time I have been there, I have not been disappointed. It's one of my 'top five' in Geneva!

The Valentine's Day meal was delicious and original. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit gloomy.

The quality of the dishes and the presentation are very good. The operation was at times uncoordinated and reactive.

Nothing extraordinary in terms of dishes for a Michelin restaurant - it's disappointing. As an aperitif, we were served with a small glass with a broken rim (this should not happen in a Michelin-starred restaurant). And then during a meal, we found a woodlice insect on the table. Next to our table, there was a dog with his bowl - we were facing the dog's behind throughout the meal... We wanted to have a good birthday evening, but failed. When we added the bill, the landlady offered us a glass of wine and a small cake - that's nice, but we much prefer to have a pleasant dinner for a special evening... This is my worst experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

It is not very pleasant to eat on a wet table I had to do it with my napkin. Excessive price of the glass of champagne compared to the quantity in the glass.

The only down-note: I wish I'd been informed that the two tiny pieces of cheese I was offered before the dessert would cost 21fr. Good morning, We had a great time celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The welcome lived up to our expectations, however we did not really appreciate the artichoke-based starter which was, to our taste, bland and lacked character in terms of the taste of the artichoke. The main course was good but the sea bass portion was a little light. Overall we still enjoyed our meal, as well as the attention of the kitchen and the service. THANKS.

Excellent establishment!!! We opted for the 6-course Surprise Menu with food and wine pairings. We enjoyed ourselves and didn't see the time passing, all busy getting lost in our plates, composed of FRESH products and of course expertly prepared! It was beautiful, and good. The team was charming, ideally present and available (neither too much, nor not enough... PERFECT in short), always ready to explain and describe our gastronomic excursion to us. This same team also had the kindness of a charming attention on the occasion of our wedding anniversary that we came to celebrate, thank you team :) I would add that the Chef himself took the time to come and meet each of his guests to discuss the moment we had just had; it was a real pleasure to be able to thank him, as well as his Collaborators, in person!! Finally, the setting: SUPER!!! The terrace is pretty, airy (the tables don't step on each other's feet, the decoration is in good taste. Moreover, in terms of atmosphere, we are indeed in a Michelin-starred establishment, but we come as we are ( well, make a little effort all the same, the Ricard bucket hat and the tank top remain in bad taste, wherever you are...), you almost feel invited to your friend's house (you know, the cordon bleu of the gang) . So, without further suspense: I highly recommend La Chaumière, you will not be disappointed!!! Too bad we can't give 6 stars!!! As for us, Chef and the team...... we will see each other again!!!

EXCEPTIONAL, AT ALL LEVELS, EVEN THE WEATHER WAS GOOD

We went here for dinner and it was wonderful. The service was very professional and the food was to die for. Every course was a taste experience at the highest level.

We had the 6-course surprise menu. Delicious food, impeccable wine advice from their sommelier, magnificent setting and impeccable service. The downside was the wait towards the end. The coffee and digestives were offered to us after asking for the bill (which arrived with the sweets), more than 40 minutes after having had dessert. Simple small discontinuity in the service which went very well during the evening, and we did not complain in the meantime. We were able to chat with Chef Labrosse and he is one of the friendliest chefs we have seen in Michelin-starred restaurants.

Not the level of a starred restaurant, entry (fera) without relief, play of textures almost non-existent, bland, 90s presentation and an extra edge in the faire. Decent sweetbreads, nothing more, but at 62 euros we expect something high-flying, and here we have a classic sweetbread, which should be crispy (according to the title of the suggestion on the menu) but I'm always looking for it. crisp… Basic puree as an accompaniment… In short, a good bistro dish except that at the bistro it’s 25 euros… Very pretty arvine and syrah from Chabrier, a great discovery at this level. Very pleasant and professional young waiter.

Absolutely succulent and a splendid terrace, a must-see

1.9km from home and yet it's only my 2nd visit...! Error because this establishment is highly recommendable! Last night, dinner with my wife, our 3 daughters and their cousin. Here's why we all loved this evening: 1. Very nice terrace and ideal during hot weather 2. Special evening with a Latin music group, we liked it, it sets the mood 3. Relaxed clientele, there is everything. What I call “the high-end with good honesty”. 4. BRAVO for the children's dishes which are not only truly homemade but also good, plentiful and inexpensive. Respect. 5. The quality and quantities are perfect, the prices are absolutely correct for a 1* Michelin restaurant and 16/20 at GM 6. The appetizers are excellent, I found them better than those in Châteauvieux... 7. With coffee, sweets and a plate of chocolate, again 10/10. When I saw the wine list, I said to myself that the prices are typical Geneva... that is to say high. So yes, the multiple is (very) high, no doubt, but when you leave the table, the overall quality-price ratio is frankly TOP. Very nice evening then. To do again! THANKS.

Idyllic and flowery setting: we had a table under the trees, decorated with lanterns and small charming decorations, which created a slightly magical atmosphere. Staff attentive and vigilant without being obsequious, respecting the rhythm of the guests. A place suitable both for families - thanks to the fields right in front which allows little legs to stretch ;-) during the meal - and for romantic duos. Large parking lot right in front. Brief ! A place that I highly recommend. Thank you for this perfect evening.
