Very good place to eat, we came because of the score and it still surprised us. Dishes of mainly Spanish or Italian influence but with small changes of sophistication to make them special and yours. Everything has been delicious and notably above average. Beyond the food, the service has been excellent, very attentive, they have had many details with us and they seemed genuinely happy for our satisfaction. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

Wow!! Amazing and fresh food with quality people running this place. Very friendly and such a great vibe. The food was very delicious and I can’t say “fresh” enough. Also very healthy and very tasty. Do not pass this place by and make a reservation if you can as it fills up quickly before you know it. Will come back for sure!

A Wonderful hidden gem in Lugano. A very kind host with a passion for fine food and culture. One must definitely try the 'Musk melon feta cheese Tartar' . It presents a delightful melange of flavours that are a treat to one's palette. Thomas has a fine knowledge of history, cultural heritage of Spain and Italy and one can hear a lot of good stories from him, while having lovely food. The Sorbets are to die for and the best I have eaten! Bon appetito!

Easily one of the best hidden gems in Lugano. Great selection of red & white wines, cocktails and liquors.

Were looking for a coffee and we found this and it was very good! There was also a small Viennoiserie with the coffee, which sweetened our morning.

La Chicchera is for me the point of reference for drinking and purchasing the best Spanish wine but not only... It has an excellent choice of dishes for a good lunch and an aperitif with Gin, made in Spain. Coffee is always served with sweets or biscuits offered by the house. Top!

Cozy and with a nice assortment of Spanish wine

The place is really small and cozy. I had a great cappuccino (pictured) that came w/ a little croissant. A cappucino like the one I took is only 3.70 CHF, which is a great price for the bar's location. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a quick coffee in downtown Lugano. Edit: Returned today for a lunch. The food quality is really good. The place is a little bit expensive, but really worth every penny. The staff is very friendly.
