Nice tea room but a shame about the lack of microwave to enjoy our cheese ramekin 1 a little hot because it comes out of the cold display case, not the best

New setting, nice tea room, good baked goods and pastries. On the other hand, the service is Deplorable, waiting 25 minutes for a coffee with 4 waitresses and an establishment 80% full, this demonstrates a blatant lack of organization, I had time to read 24 Heures et la Liberté and I am still waiting for my coffee, no one seen. So in the end I went to drink a coffee at the COOP, the coffee is cheaper and they have never served better than by oneself.

Always well received, whatever the time, the prices are very fair and the drinks are excellent.

The meringues are very very good

Impossible to enter the tea room with a (small) dog. With the freezing temperatures, it's not possible to leave it in the car. I had recommended this address to a friend from Neuchâtel; we left straight away. We will not come back. FYI, the restaurant opposite accepts dogs, as long as they are on a leash, under the table (as much as possible) and well behaved....

The authentic café-creamery of Châtel-St Denis. The perfect place to enjoy double-cream meringues or a macciato coffee. New owners much nicer than the really old ones. It's great because it's an almost essential step!

Top, it's worth the detour and the coffee is very good! The pain au chocolat too as well as the real ham croissants.

I booked two weeks in advance for La Bénichon, once there I was told that they would not accept the entry of my dog ​​(a Chihuhua...). No possibility, no understanding... because of that we couldn't eat anywhere because it was completely full because of the Bénichon.
