We've been going there for years, magnificent place. Very friendly and dynamic staff. Copious plates, excellent soup, everything homemade. The best fondue around...

Nice place and slightly rustic atmosphere (wood and hunting trophies), very friendly service, kind words, smiling... yet we were with small children with shoes full of dirt 🙈 and a large dog.

We have been frequenting the Auberge du Lac des Joncs restaurant for 10 years... we have ALWAYS enjoyed a warm welcome. They have a menu where everyone can find what they are looking for. Don't hesitate to try the apricot tart (in summer, of course): a treat!

The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly, but that won't be enough to change my opinion. The prices are exaggerated given the quantity offered. For example, a starter plate for CHF 21.- only included 4 extra thin slices of sausage and 2 slices of ham. In addition, the main course, their specialty of Röschti and ham on the bone at CHF 27.-, was far too salty.

Very pretty place, beautiful region, Friborg dishes and products adapted to the season. Quality Bénichon plate. Good burger. Meringues and quality Friborg double cream. I recommend this restaurant, typical of Friborg cuisine.

Magnificent alpine style restaurant located on the edge of Lac des Joncs. I particularly recommend going there on a sunny day and enjoying the terrace. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, I don't go to the area without stopping by

Come and share the meal of the day if necessary, but in no case for extras. Example, a simple dish of dried meat, ham and cheese for one person (and you really don't have to be hungry) you will pay for it. 29,.- much more than the price of a plate of the day!. It is with such practices that we no longer make passing visitors and others want to return and we damage the image of this beautiful region. In my case, I am not ready to return to this establishment. As for the services, nothing to say.

The tarts at this inn are generous and so delicious...and with Gruyère cream, it's a sweet sin....the place is so pretty....I go back every time with pleasure. ..this day, apple pie...to die for.... August 2023, still as nice and the pies as good...

A good time on the pretty terrace bordering the lake. Friendly and relaxed welcome. Nice little menu of mountain dishes (roesti, fondue etc.) with a bonus of fresh trout and a daily menu.

The restaurant has good amount of options for lunch. A nice terrace just next to the lake and all well covered from the sun. Food quality is good and tasty! Service is nice with big smiles. Try not te be bothered by the amount of flies that suddenly they desapeard as they arrived.

Stop for an aperitif after a family meal. Parking nearby. Great importance has been placed on our four-legged friends! THANKS.

Arriving by chance around 11:30 a.m., to enjoy a refreshing drink, we found a place on the terrace near the lake. Arriving with my Bernese Mountain dog, we were kindly found a location. The service is very friendly, the staff is very smiling, efficient and zealous. After a few minutes we decided to take advantage of a sunny day to eat. Without having booked, they allowed us to stay where we were. From 12:15 p.m.... People arrived, filling the place in a few minutes. The prices are very reasonable, the kitchen serves large portions, and the menu offers regional dishes and succulent salads. The restaurant is now called: The Joncs Inn! I highly recommend !

I am disappointed, I have been coming to this hostel for years and I am told no reservations are possible on Sundays... I have 3 children, we have been coming from ST-Bernard just for you for years, always been able to reserve../2h route to come without the possibility of reservation? with no other alternative proposed. Very disappointed.

The restaurant is a traditional restaurant, something that you expect going in the mountains of Switzerland, wooden tables, a fireplace and a warm ambient. We took a fondue, one of the best I ever had, Good and balanced taste. Few but very good beers and a good wine. Service was really kind Prices are good. I will recommend to go there if you go for a walk in les Paccots. I will bring my family next time!

We really like this place. Great on the terrace in summer and winter with the magnificent view. The team is very nice. The new map is good. Children's menu with Crispy chickens are made with real chicken and there are now chalet macaroni, burger, risotto, various salads, bowl, plancha, homemade crème brûlée.

A magnificent place, Lac des Joncs offers a brief stroll before gastronomy! A place also recommended for skiers, snowshoers and walkers, who can stop, in the company of their dogs, at the excellent quality restaurant, for example on the way down from Corbetta. Excellent value.

The place is magnificent and unique, excellent dessert especially the pies, however the price is a little overpriced. I know we're in the mountains, but still... soon you'll be a millionaire to vacation in Switzerland and in the resort... too bad
