Overpriced and terrible service. Chaotic atmosphere due to lack of guidance. Found piece of plastic in poke bowl and spaghetti Bolognese had too little Bolognese.

Couldn’t fault it if I wanted to! The food is great and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. They have loads of options and the food is freshly made - I was able to enjoy the Salmon poke bowl and the Salmon bagel, which I 100% recommend! I had to kill a few hours there and the manager was even kind enough to offer me the dessert attached (forgot the name 🙈); it was absolutely delicious!

The guy on the till looked like he couldn't be bothered to do anything. Ordered 2 coffee and went to the pick up station, the woman stood staring at the till for 10 minutes before she woke up and asked our order. Said 2 coffees and she tried to charge us again, so explained we had paid already. She asked for a receipt which we didn't receive so then she asked the guy who charged us if we had paid and he said no. Eventually we got what we paid for by refusing to pay again and she angrily handed over 2 cups of disgusting coffee

This establishment has by far the worst service in Geneva. The staff on duty this Sunday, September 16, 2018 are Andrea and Mahmut. Both are very rude and totally disrespectful. Mahmut acted as if he was doing the customers a favor... (if you hate your job then quit). Andrea on the other hand didn't bother acknowledging customers until she wiped every surface twice and put up little decals in front of each item in the display, totally ignoring the presence of customers right in front of her... Neither Mahmut nor Andrea need to be working in retail where they have customers contact... maybe they are more suitable to work in the back as support staff.

Good sushi, on the other hand, I find it a shame that there isn't much variety. The hot dishes are not great. I have already eaten better. The curry was bland and the vegetables weren't crunchy but they weren't cooked at all. Some restaurants in the chain are good but here I admit that I was disappointed.

Firstly, the waiter has to be one of the most hard working people I’ve ever met. He was zooming around the restaurant, when the food arrived they were very big portions and were delicious, the service took a little while but personally I didn’t mind the wait, and the atmosphere was good, they had TV’s on in the bar. GIVE THE WAITER A RAISE.

The employees are not very welcoming but the preparations are correct. Forgetting sauces is regular and you have to check your bag every time before leaving, this is not specific only to this McDonald's but to all. And above all we pay for these sauces!!
