Mcdonald's in Meyrin

The employees are not very welcoming but the preparations are correct. Forgetting sauces is regular and you have to check your bag every time before leaving, this is not specific only to this McDonald's but to all. And above all we pay for these sauces!!

The waiter El Hadj was very friendly to us, he told us if it went well, he was very welcoming and very warm. THANKS

Superb brand, we met there every weekend. But since one of the employees turned off the light on the top floor to tell us that we had to go down without prior request, I don't go back there as much. I went at 09:45am with a coupon for 20% off iced coffee. Was told to wait, as the coupon only works from 10am. This is stupid. I left without buying anything. Also the parking lot design is absurd. You need to drive in through a tiny poorly lit dodgy alley behind Media Markt to park. Doesn't feel safe.

Bad experience with one of the sales people, Nina, 3 times we came back because something was missing or what was inside didn't match... in the end we ate cold... even though it was a quiet hour , there was no one, I don't understand how you can make so many mistakes in an order, I would be curious to see it in full rush... the prices are increasing but the quality is no longer there...

This is the 4th time that they have forgotten to put my sauces or even forgotten the food that I ordered and that I therefore paid for for nothing. We are from Spain and my boyfriend is celiac, in this McDonald's we found 4 different gluten-free burgers 😊 for Switzerland, the prices are not that excessive. Very clean environment and very friendly workers. Excellent place.

I just ordered a sandwich double tasty simple once I arrive home I find bacon. It’s 12:10 a.m. I find myself with nothing just hunger. It is not normal. Staff not efficient. Disgusted because I'm seriously hungry, so I eat my fingers. A little advice: check your order on the spot in front of the cash register without mercy. Left a bag by accident around 00:30, was calling to ask if it was there to be kept for the next day. Called 8 times in a row with no response. They actively picked up and hung up the phone to stop it ringing rather than answering. Returned and found it but workers were being useless.

Mc Do very well located, you obviously know the type of cuisine that is offered there. Little anecdote, we went there late one evening, shortly before closing and at closing time, a person who was probably the manager chased us away unceremoniously with a "We have to leave." said in a tone of disdain and without an apology. In short, I won't set foot there again. For this type of restaurant, I advise you to go to Balexert or Val Thoiry, the staff there seems a little more cordial.

I'm slightly acoustically impaired so in the noise of the restaurant I can't hear when the waitress calls out takeaway orders! I trust the screen! Only my number was not displayed and my order was ready! If a nice customer hadn't warned me I wouldn't have seen it right away! But the waitress just thought it was good to tell me in an unpleasant tone that she had called me several times!! This is deplorable!!!

Queued for 29 minutes to be told there were no fries, even though I had just seen some being served! Told there were no fries due to a problem with the fryer and after complaining told to come back in 10 minutes and join the que again! I declined total joke staff are badly organised trained and unhelpful!! Avoid unless you are desperate!!

Opening hours 8 a.m., past 8:30 a.m., staff chatting, I waited at the drive-thru terminal, I went to the last terminal and they didn't calculate for me... You have to open later if we don't serve customers. I went to Starbucks in Balexert to drink a coffee.. Very surprised by the mustard chicken burger, really good, but avoid if you have weak teeth because it's a bit hard. It’s a shame that the upstairs is continually closed because it’s quieter than the downstairs. I appreciated the table system that opens, which allows a family to get closer together.

Night service until midnight, very practical for late needs, we stopped by after a Halloween party, the place was quiet but still a little busy. Easy to access by car with free parking available on site (a rare occurrence in the heart of Geneva), ideally located very close to the airport so an area well served by public transport, and close to the French border so payment also offered in euros. Fast, efficient service, friendly no-nonsense staff. Comfortable and plentiful tables and seats available, well-appointed and walkable/breathable space. Modern and well-equipped amenities, clean and functional. Prices and portions served which correspond to the usual averages for this fast-food chain.

And another order error!!! Theft! This day, ordered 5 hamburgers for the family, when receiving the order wrapped in a bag, my wife, kind as she is, asks if the 5 hamburgers are in it. The waitress replied yes with a mocking look. My wife trusts him, but what a mistake!!! Unfortunate for us, arriving at our home, unpleasant surprise when we open the package: 4 hamburgers inside, once again one is missing!!!!! It's a Thursday afternoon, practically no customers and the establishment still finds ways to fail!!! There's enough of it, we won't come back to this MCDo again. More seriousness at the staff level is not acceptable. Bye
