Delicious tartare very well served. The service was also very good, a small downside for the desserts, it was not possible to order a scoop of ice cream only cuts, apparently a point that needs to be discussed.

This evening, Sunday March 10, 2024, I am going to eat a club sandwich at Fabrica. There are already people at the high tables, in the alcoves, and even at the bar. As soon as 25 to 30 people arrive, I notice that there is only one young waitress for the entire restaurant. I'm hesitant to leave because I don't want to wait ages. Finally I decide to stay and observe. The waitress is everywhere, clears things up, takes orders, and serves everyone with a smile 😃. After my initial order I need a 2nd drink, then Ketchup, then pay. Every time she is there straight away, no waiting. For the management of Fabrica: take good care of it, you are lucky to have a rare pearl in your home. PS. I also come from the service.

I work in construction, stopped by a few times. Expensive, bad, mediocre, not to say incompetent, service, lack of generosity. We are asked if it was, not for x y reasons...when paying the waiter admits to having wanted to make a gesture but his boss refused. A LAMENTABLE PLACE, TO FEE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Very nice contemporary place. The kitchen is well structured and worked. Being vegetarian we took the only vege menu (cauliflower). Interesting and thoughtful proposal. At the same price as meat menus. Which could be seen on the decline given the price of the raw material. The flavors are mastered and the seasoning is close to perfection. Perhaps lacks a little consistency for a dish. The dessert is very well made, not too sweet but very tasty. However, I would not have chosen a hazelnut ice cream with this mixture. Very good meal, you can go there without fear!

It was indeed New Year's Eve, but when I called to inquire before booking what time it ended, they told me until 4am, and they closed at 2am, then the waiter came to charge me for the wine consumption, just when I was giving the New Year's hug, very reckless of him, he could have come 15 minutes earlier or 15 minutes later

The place is really nice with a very natural decor. However, the food menu is quite limited. The service was not of great quality despite the few people. The waitresses were very friendly but not really knowledgeable about information regarding their food and wine lists.

This place is catastrophic (already bankrupt by the way "2023")!! I have tried several times to go to this bar but each time I am disappointed. The service is deplorable, every time you want to order something on the menu there is never what you want in stock. The tables are never cleaned! it's sticky, the service is slow!! In short, very poorly managed place!! To avoid !!!
