First impression of the restaurant, wow...atmosphere great, service at the beginning from a gentleman very professional, pizza and salad fresh and tasty. Prices are reasonable. What put everything in a bad light was that when we wanted to pay, no one was there anymore. We went to the cafe that was part of it but was separate from the restaurant and said that we would like to pay (who else should we have contacted?). What happened next is really unbelievable... the lady was totally overwhelmed and hissed at us and reprimanded us... that's not possible, it's a real shame for the restaurant.

Friendly service and fine food!

Was invited to lunch at a party with 13 people. Service was overwhelmed, I ordered the daily hit with polenta and was looking forward to Italian polenta. I got a dry square piece of corn. Almost everyone at the table was disappointed and will avoid this place in the future. There are other restaurants where you are welcome.

The restaurant impressed me with its beautiful decor, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The pizzas I ordered were really delicious and really suited my taste. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made my visit even more pleasant. The special environment of the restaurant was unique and made my stay special. It was definitely value for money as I felt like I was paying appropriately for the quality on offer. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was a completely positive experience that I would happily repeat.

I thought the restaurant was very beautiful but I can't rate the other options as I was only there for a brief moment to have some tea! But I'll go back to get to know it better but the place is nice and the decor is nice!

Very tasty food, large portions, friendly service, everything was great. The only thing I have to complain about is the chefs who smoke right in front of the entrance. I don't find that offensive and think they could do it in a place where it's not so obvious. But maybe that's just my personal opinion and it doesn't bother others. Otherwise really great. Will happily go again.

Very familiar and the food is great

Exceptional, service is fast and friendly, the atmosphere so very italian and classy. This time I had lamb fillets and they were perfectly seared and still juicy and pink. The portions are very generous too! If you want it quick and easy you can always choose the pizzas.

Spontaneously received a table without a reservation. Despite a lot of people, good and quick conditions. The Nüsslersalat was fresh, the Gamberoni picante con tagliatelle was very good and the homemade cream slice was awesome, merci viu mau

But: We were in the gelateria of the same name with 3 children and unfortunately la famiglia is written in very, very small letters. Absolutely overpriced coupes, not a single offer for the children and even when asked, it was not possible to prepare child-friendly coupes. What a shame!

A very nice Italian restaurant. The food is very good, I often order pizza there. For some people the food isn't seasoned enough, but I can't understand the criticism because there are always several spices on the table so you can season yourself. The restaurant is actually always full and you have to reserve a table well in advance, but it's worth it. Because of this, the service is unfortunately often overwhelmed, but this is understandable with Fullhous. The menu does justice to Italian cuisine as there is a large selection. The price range is rather high, but that's okay considering the quality.

On Thursday 27.7. We wanted to eat something at 6 p.m. We were greeted by a very unfriendly employee. He informed us that all tables were already reserved and we (2 people) couldn't eat anything. There were only two tables occupied outside where only drinks were served. All other tables outside and inside were unoccupied! If the restaurant had been a bit interested in filling tables that were only reserved at 8 p.m. from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., we would have had enough time to eat something. But apparently this restaurant doesn't need it! I will never go out to eat with such an unfriendly reception. Really bad!

Warm service, family-friendly, fine cuisine and at the same time inexpensive. Personally, I really like the interior and the humor. Once you've found it, it's a really hot tip. More people come here… on special occasions.

The staff was on Tuesday evening July 4th. either overworked (not enough staff) or in an extremely bad mood! They weren't unfriendly, because that would require a man to speak! They just worked and had little interest in the guests. Long waiting time at times! Positive: The pizza was very good and the tap water was free!

Today we asked for fries for my little daughter, but the owner of the restaurant didn't want to do it. He told us it was early. It was about 11 o'clock. I asked her if that wasn't possible at that hour, he said no. I told him that we had been here before, maybe at the same hour, and my daughter was eating french fries. It was still early, but the waiter was making a roast. Even when I told him the situation, he said, “No, that’s impossible.” Secondly, it was too loud with music.

There were 5 of us and we had to wait almost 1 hour for the starter, the main course was then delivered in about 45 minutes. The only waiter we saw working spoke barely German and seemed understandably stressed - the two ladies who apparently also work in service took more than one cigarette break and looked out of place. It's a shame, but today everyone can have the same dishes as in any Italo restaurant. and this service - no thanks.

Very good new Italian restaurant including gelateria in Bernapark. Stylish but cozy atmosphere, friendly service and a large selection of food from meat, fish, pasta to pizza and all at reasonable prices. Very easy to reach with RBS and also plenty of parking spaces.

The staff is not particularly friendly. Except for a waiter who greeted us even though we were already sitting at the table. A nice gesture, we received grappa or limoncello with our coffee. What we are used to in Italy or Ticino cannot be found here anywhere else.

The ambience is very nice, very long waiting times, the food was very bland, we had to wait over an hour until the main course was served. We actually wanted to order a dessert and a café, but unfortunately we sat there for half an hour with empty plates. Nobody came by. Finally we went to pay at the counter. When we left the plates were still on the table!

Yesterday's third visit to the restaurant at "La Famiglia" (we had reserved) was a big disappointment! We (2 women over 60/vegi) were ignored for a long time. After ordering, we received a fresh, delicious salad. Afterwards we got the wrong risotto (with liver and garlic), which neither of us could enjoy with the best will in the world. We literally ordered risotto with wild mushrooms and herbs. That wouldn't have been a big mishap (it can happen) if the waiter hadn't come by again to assert that his colleague, who had taken the order, was sure that we had ordered No. 43 (with liver and garlic). Afterwards we were ignored. Neither coffee nor a dessert was offered to us. Unfortunately, the bill was also incorrect. We asked calmly and politely and were again reprimanded in annoyance, even though the billing error was not ours. We left the restaurant with the feeling that "older, female guests are not very welcome".

Excellent food, good portions, if you want to eat fine Italian food in an upscale atmosphere then you've come to the right place. Secret tip from me: the surprise Pizza La Famiglia (you don't know what's on it but it will be perfect, believe me 👍) Be careful before making a reservation, which is a must in this restaurant

I've been there several times and I'm proud of this restaurant in my village! They cook excellently and are extremely hospitable! No matter whether you come with dogs/children or as a large group... you feel welcome and noticed. It's a family atmosphere as the name suggests and that's exactly what I love about it. It's a shame that I couldn't order pasta with veal liver instead of hash browns. The free limoncello was no longer just grappa and if you didn't like it there was no alternative. A pity! Otherwise tip top.

The entrance wasn't easy to find. The location looks modern, but some of the furniture looks pretty worn out. There is also a lack of 'warmth' - it is due to the 'cool, Nordic design' of the furniture. It also gets very loud over time. Staff very friendly and prompt. The salad starter was good, but the pizza and pinsa were a disappointment in terms of taste.

Large selection of dishes on the menu, fast, friendly, welcoming and super nice service (especially with our baby) The decor is great, the chairs very comfortable, the pizzas excellent. We never managed to go there in the evening as it is always crowded unless you reserve well in advance. Go there at lunchtime, there are fewer people and the service is just as efficient. A safe value in this area, we look forward to returning with the family!
