We had a nice little time. Nice place with original decoration. Open on Sunday which is a great advantage. The service was fast. Nothing sensational in general but it still works!

One of my favorite places to visit in LCdF. A brew pub with food that is very good. On this visit I ordered the perch which is awesome.

Waitress a little dry some days (mtn it's every day so 2 ⭐ less 🤷🏻‍♀️) Very very nice owner, we eat well and the coffee is good. The terrace however is sometimes frozen by the "reserved" tables more than 2 hours before/after meal time so there is always no space.

There were 3 of us in the evening on the terrace without reservation, the waitress found us a table, slow service, almost burnt perch fillets, hard potatoes, trout not great, fortunately friendly staff.

I stayed 35 minutes waiting for someone to come and take my order but apart from looking at me from the bar they haven't decided to come. It's not the first time I find the waitresses unpleasant.

This afternoon we went for a drink on the terrace of the restaurant, unfortunately we were poorly served. The waitress barely said hello and for the bill, she asked to pay immediately with a condescending tone. It's a real shame because I've already been here this week and it went very well. On the positive side the spritz was great. I hope this remark will be taken constructively.

It's no longer the place I knew with friendliness, impeccable service, etc. According to us, the waitress was not very smiling, did not listen to us and to add insult to injury, when paying, I wanted to use a special card (incidentally accepted by the brand two weeks earlier for a drink), and There, I noticed a derogatory, black look and despite the explanation I gave, the waitress did it on purpose so that it did not work. We can never say it enough: friendly and smiling service, while remaining professional and efficient, represents an important part of the restaurant's image. And if, in addition, the products are of quality and the preparation of these products gives complete satisfaction, we come back regularly. Steak tartare and cordon bleu are among our favorite choices.

It's true that the prices are very reasonable and the menu attractive, (hence the 2 stars and not one) on the other hand the service ouch ouch ouch I warn when ordering that I am allergic to onions and I ask him to check with the kitchen and she replied in a haughty tone that there was none because it was not listed in the ingredients; I insist and I tell her again that it's still better to control the kitchen but she doesn't want to hear anything.... 35 minutes later my colleagues receive their plates and she tells me... oh there's a little problem with your plate... there are onions... (but no sorry...) so I had to urgently order a dish which arrived once my colleagues had finished eating and I had 10 minutes left break :( and to top it off I got sick with the perch fillets. In short, really disappointed, I won't go back.

In 10 years in La Chaux-de-Fonds, I had never come to eat at the Brasserie. I decided to take a look around to see what it was like. Result: it was very, very good! A beautiful atmosphere, great dishes and a great welcome! In addition, the prices are completely fair considering the setting, the service as well as the dishes themselves as well as their presentation! Honestly, it’s worth the detour! And then, to end the evening, you can go to the refreshment bar at the back. But be careful not to end up completely cooked 🤪🤪

We waited 10 minutes on the terrace (despite several visits from the waitress to neighboring tables, no hello) then we were told curtly that the table was reserved (no sign specifying this...), we asked if we could have a drink on another table (3 others free..) and negative response because they are tables for 4 and only for eating..! Very unfortunate, the quality of the service has declined in recent years... we went to the Meute bar where we were very well served!

I do not recommend this place when full. The kitchen and the staff can't cope with stress.

For years, Brass has been a reference... Firstly for its unmissable and incomparable house beer, its good food: varied and super affordable (PS: the trout is top notch and from the region), the pleasant and friendly people at the service. nice! Ice cream sundaes come in mini sizes and always a little extra with coffee! The little downside, sometimes you don't have to be in too much of a hurry given the level of attendance, it's not easy for the employees to follow, but we like it and we feel good there, especially under the trees, so we take the time, in our crazy world is not so bad...😋

Had lunch here last Saturday. I don’t know how this Restaurant can get 4.3 Stars. The food was just awful. Had the menu of the day and a hamburger, both just uneatable. Sorry to say that, but that’s not cooking. Wasted my money. The service was nice.
