Excellent buffet as usual, nothing to say. Staff always friendly and helpful.

I think I'm going to avoid really saying my feelings. because it is very expensive and for frozen food. I will never go back there.

Great family outing for my daughter's 11th birthday. Lots of people even on a weekday evening because of the half-price buffet! Everything was very good. Too bad the buffet is not as complete in summer as in winter. Special nod to the waitress who was great for all 13 of us.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends, the atmosphere and the service was not bad and the food was not bad. The place is very pretty. For the rest it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, so the quality of the food isn't really there. Also no sushi, disappointment. Overall good service Cleanliness needs to be reviewed, there is nothing more disgusting than seeing dirty cutlery and plates. We tested it but it didn't work for us.

Very friendly and warm welcome. Very large choice at the buffet galore. Between salads, fish, starchy foods, meat etc. there is something for everyone. Mini downsides with the service where we had to ask for the same things several times to be served but really nothing serious and the wooden floor which is a little black with dirt. It's a really warm and child-friendly place with a very good atmosphere.

Was there during the week. Very well attended. We had reserved. Which was necessary, because there would hardly have been room for a spontaneous visit. Food was good and plentiful (buffet). In summer there is the terrace. Which borders directly on the lake is probably an additional reason to visit the restaurant.

Frankly disappointing. This is a restaurant I used to eat at regularly about 10 years ago. I went back there for a club dinner on December 21 of this year. We came across a tall man, I would say in his fifties, very rude, who counted the cost of the tip in the final bill (according to him) when we were doing the accounts, without asking us. Before that, during the meal, he served me and a friend a Hugo, or there was clearly no proseco, so sparkling water in short, and when I told him, he He was held up and refused to change it for me. I also had to ask him 3 times for my beer which he forgot each time, and I got it after 20 minutes, obviously everything, without a smile or a sorry. As for the food, everything was quite good (meat, noodles, gratin dauphinois) however the desserts and in particular the tiramisu, were really not of good quality, and I don't think they were homemade.

Restaurant with a very large, tasty and creative buffet and cuisine inspired by the islands. Large terrace so fun in summer and large, very cozy room and all this ensures the promise of an unforgettable meal.

With the shrimp from the buffet no cocktail sauce, they forgot to add it. The mussels are cold as well as the rice! The sauces that accompany the broth are inedible. The broth is not salty enough. Everything is bland. Not enough broth in the pot. The desserts are good and the pastry chef is very responsive. The neck of the wine carafe is all chipped and the tray is taped up. It's disappointing, the quality of the buffet has declined. The music was very loud at times, we couldn't even talk. Unfortunately we won't be back anytime soon.

Very disappointed with the buffet, fish still frozen, salads not very well washed, cheeses drying under the lights and desserts not great. For a royal buffet at 46.- rancs per person, that's not good. The only positive point was the waiter who was very polite and very helpful.

Magnificent places indeed!! The service for me is not up to par, some people clearly show that they don't want to work there and I find that it slightly damages the image of this beautiful restaurant. The food here makes sense that it's galore and that it's not the prettiest product. We will unfortunately not be going back there again because a waitress is allowed to come and ask us when it is leaving because our two small children were disturbing the service. And it was not justified. There is a large playground full of children running and screaming. And our two little guys are barely 3 years old, he doesn't speak and hasn't cried once. Anyway, we didn't really understand. For the rest I recommend going to see it once the decoration is worth it.

For a Sunday evening there was a lack of a lot of things in the dishes, some empty, lack of hygiene in the toilets and in the dishes, flies and not fresh cheese and other foods. We had 2 plates of fried perch fillets on Saturday August 5, 2023 around 1 p.m., very nice server, but the perch fillets must not have been fresh because we were sick and had to vomit the following night.... Absolutely not recommended, we will not return to this restaurant.

I'm still a fan of the place and the atmosphere and we can say that the value for money is excellent. I still recommend the weekend for the richness of the buffet. The only downside is that the meat on the plancha is already marinated and that’s a real shame.

We were having an aperitif, they were in a hurry to serve us the starter, three times we asked them to wait because we wanted to finish the aperitif, it's crazy, Swiss restaurateurs are always in a hurry to serve meals...it seems like They are in a hurry to get home 😡 It was really not great fishing fillet it looks like fried fish with eternal fries the restaurateurs and evening saying cook 😆are incapable of doing anything other than FRIES 🫣😱 it's too complicated to cook vegetables...🥕 🥦🍆🥬🫛 too expensive for what you are served to eat fortunately it wasn't visually impaired otherwise I wouldn't know what I was eating.

We had a drink in the shady garden later in the afternoon. We were served nicely and courteously. The staff was already preparing for the evening buffet, which was clearly popular. All tables were marked reserved. A reservation for the buffet is recommended. We are looking forward to taking part in a buffet evening.

Very poor customer relations. Lack of professionalism. Reservation made 3 weeks in advance, and the restaurant managed not to provide us with the reserved aperitif. And their manager still allows himself to say that it is our fault if the aperitif was not served, because according to him we would have arrived too early. Although it was only after 50 minutes of delay that we asked for an aperitif. And no, everything else did not follow as the manager claimed. We didn't have any aperitifs. The staff was not aware of the huge reservation, it was me who had to inform them of what we had reserved. After 50 minutes there was no aperitif element served, and even less the main element of the aperitif. I totally advise against it, for the price you will be more than disappointed. No professionalism, it's up to you to do the manager's job and inform his employees what to do.

This restaurant is a victim of its own success and the owners have their work cut out for them to turn things around: Not enough parking spaces. Deplorable hygiene: numerous flies on the cheeses at the dessert buffets (putting under a cover or a fan would not be a luxury (like for the Fetta at the raw vegetables buffet), especially when it is over 25°, a cockroach (very much alive) on our table made of wood (exterior), the ventilation hood of the grill buffet outside deserves a serious cleaning. The top: the fly sushi, it's Koh-Lanta but without the comfort! Impressive turnover Less quantity, more quality and better trained staff would be welcome. A serious questioning is required.

Very very poor buffet, at 8 p.m. half of the buffet was empty. After complaining to different servers, the manager comes to chat with us. Next comes the manager who explains to us that Sunday evenings are quieter so they have a smaller buffet. The plates are poorly washed, there is food under the plate. And I won’t go back to the history of sushi which remains a nightmare for me! The least we could have done was to come and apologize in person at the end of the service and not to send the poor waitress who had not asked for anything. One thing is certain, I will never set foot in this restaurant again! A slight rethinking would be necessary. A word to the wise.

The plates for the buffet were very dirty, the labels for the spices and sauces were missing and the plates were not cleared when we returned from the buffet with the new plates. Lamentable. To avoid !!!!! In summer the buffet is very large but in winter... the buffet is very small and for only 2.- less!!! The waiters allow themselves to call us “chef”. The meat is not good and nothing interesting in the buffet, the sauce is bland. I advise against it. We were, I think, more than 100 people for a tiny buffet at 47.- The frozen buffet is just pitiful. After discussion with the manager, he just doesn't care about the customer.
