The accompaniment and sauce for this dish were perfect, but I'm taking away stars because of this meat which required a battle that I didn't win!

When we arrived, we had the opportunity to start the aperitif on the terrace and then eat inside. We chose the big surprise menu and it was just exquisite from start to finish. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, slightly crunchy! The dishes were all very original and it allowed us to discover succulent flavors. The final dessert was a pure marvel! We will remember it for life. The food and wine pairing was also perfect. The waitresses gave us extremely good advice.
