La Perla - Ristorante & Pizzeria in Ostermundigen

The food is pretty good. Service is a bit slow but very friendly and the atmosphere... well, it is at it is, nothing you can do about it, it's a club restaurant for the tennis court and they didn't do anything to make it a bit more cozy.

We reserved and had a confirmation on the email. After a 30 minute journey we were standing in front of a closed restaurant.

Really bad! Reserved by phone two days in advance. I wanted to redeem the DeinDeal coupon for two people and had to explain with a lot of effort that there would be a third person who would eat à la carte. The person on the phone has their name and phone number. not noted by me. We arrive on the agreed evening at the agreed time and the kitchen was closed. I explain to the woman who is there that we have a reservation. She calls someone and comes back after a few minutes and explains in extremely broken German that someone had an accident, but that they have a second restaurant and we should go there... which of course we don't do! How can such “restaurants” even be allowed to open?! Unfortunately one star because zero is not possible.

Very unfriendly staff!! The bill was paid with the card and the amount was debited twice! It was then claimed that it had only been debited from you once... unfortunately not from my account! The amount was not refunded.

The staff is very unfriendly. The glasses and dishes are not clean (disgusting🤮) Unfortunately, amounts of money are also debited twice! 😡

Restaurant a disaster. The lunch menus were not the same on all sheets, meaning some of us had received sheets from the previous day instead of from the current day. Vegetarian offer is very low, when ordering that the fries were only requested with salt and not with other spices, the only response was a cheeky and loud questionable "Huh, I'll order the natural fries for you, you season yourself". The pizzas were missing olives, even though olives were on the menu. About 10 minutes later the other menus came, and although the menu said pasta, it was served with fries. Otherwise the food tasted good. In addition, the plates of the others at the table had already been cleared away, even though not everyone had finished eating yet. The service is not very friendly and very unprofessional. In any case, we don't come here anymore and don't recommend it.

Previously reserved because Mother's Day, table was not ready. After that it wasn't even nicely covered. Waited 65 minutes for pizza, with the excuse that the other chef didn't come. Guests fall to the floor as chairs break apart, which appears to be familiar. The staff didn't really care. Guests had to look for new chairs themselves. The food was fine. But I won't come here to eat again.

ordered pizza and got focaccia, no refund and no replacement and no apology. ordered there last time

To avoid! Rude and unpleasant boss, overpriced prices. The worst I've seen in a long time. Go your way

This place is awesome! We had a Dein Deal for four people on a Tuesday evening and had a great time. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly. I'll definitely go back there.

Great Italian restaurant in Ostermundigen. We organized a team event and it was a great evening. The owner is warm and accommodating. The food was also very tasty. We'll definitely be back!

I have already ordered two pizzas twice by phone and picked them up myself from the restaurant. . Unfortunately the pizzaiolo was canceled the first time and the owner herself made the pizza for me with a lot of love, that's how it tasted, really good. The second time I ordered two Hawaiian pizzas from which, unfortunately, it was only when I got home that I was shocked to discover that instead of the ham, there were pieces of curry chicken on top. This is a big departure from the basic recipe and we didn't like it at all. The base and sauce are, despite the pizzaiolo's self-realization, really very good. The prices were very fair and the pizzas were prepared quickly every time.

Delicious Italian food. The boss is very friendly and accommodating.

I had lunch there twice, the first time the food was lukewarm and the second time the risotto was way too soft. I wrote to the restaurant but never received a reply.
