Great place to eat delicious crepes in a relaxed atmosphere instead of standing at a stall.

Absolutely delicious food. Excellent drink selection, as well. If sitting at the bar, they have outlets for customers. Just note that it is one level below the street, if trying to find it on a map! Close to two staircases for the train station.

Great Piadina! Always worth a stop!

I still can't believe how unfriendly I was 'received' (you can't even put it like that) yesterday. Why do you hire such unfriendly staff? What an attitude. I thought that only happened in movies :D I was standing there alone, it wasn't stressful or anything. In any case, I lost the desire for a piadina and left again. I don't really mind that sort of thing... but this, wow. It doesn't work at all.

There is a Züri Bistro right next to this shop, which unfortunately takes away some of their customers. I hope this review will attract more people!

The piadina is freshly baked, I never got it that fresh even in Italy. Very tasty and conveniently packaged to take away. For the price you won't find anything else on the HB with this quality

Friendly service and more importantly top notch crepes with high quality ingredients. So filling I nearly couldn’t finish — but I found a way. Visiting from Canada but if I lived here, this would be a frequent lunch spot. Highly recommend. I enjoyed the Bundnerfleish (a type of Swiss dried beef), provolone, and rucola (arugula), but you can’t go wrong with any of the selections.

We had a wonderful breakfast here today, the service was great and very pleasant atmosphere in the cafe.

An amazing cafe, with very friendly and welcoming staffs. It is located in a very convenient location, right next to the station. The quality of their coffee is top-notch, and their service is quick. This'll make it perfect for anyone who are low on time and are seeking for a good quality coffee. There is also simply choose to dine-in to try one of their delicious crepes (I recommend their Banantella). Will be definitely be coming back whenever I'm in Zurich!

Unfortunately the chai latte was very tasteless and watery. I also ordered a take-away. Next time please say in advance that there is no lid. Because it's hot and full to the brim, it's not really great to walk through the station like that.

Simply delicious and the staff are warm and friendly. We ordered the vegetarian piadina and it was tasty. We also ordered the banantella crepes and are not disappointed there either. Don’t be afraid to walk to this corner of the station for a nice homely bite of Italian.

A highly recommended place! They make the piadina fresh! If you are looking for something fast, delicious, fresh and different you have to go to that place. Don't forget to order the house ice tea.

I really like the food and by Zurich standards it's a good price. It's super practical, it's so quick and it's a nice rest with all the connections... it's definitely worth taking a mini trip to Zurich and having lunch or dinner <3

Favorite place for lunch. Always very tasty and the vegetarian piadina is simply great. Since it is located right next to the “Bahnhofquai” tram station, you can get there quickly and the staff is always friendly and accommodating!

I was passing by and I saw the “veganuary” signs outside so I thought I’ll give it a go and try their vegan piadina. The piadina was so so, eatable but certainly not memorable. Prices are fair but the staff member who assisted me didn’t speak English which is just unacceptable in an international city like Zurich in my opinion, especially given that the store is located at the central station. Overall, not that great. I would perhaps give it another go but there are certainly better places in Zurich.

it's not remotely comparable to the original Romagna piadina... the dough is too thin, you can roll it like a wrap and I don't think they use lard
