Excellent dishes and excellent service!!

It has nothing to do with the quality of the dishes, but it’s stingy to fill the sauce 1/5 full. I bought 2 summer rolls and the 2 sauces were like that. Unfortunately I only saw it at home, but too bad it's not the end of the world Following the unthoughtful and rather aggressive response from the establishment, I am adjusting my rating from 4 to 2 and saying goodbye to you forever.

Good but poor service!! Good atmosphere for a restaurant in a shopping center.

The Silk Route restaurant is located in the Charpentiers Shopping Center. We had a plate of noodles with chicken ravioli and a "Perfume of Asia" menu of duck in hoisin sauce with Cantonese rice. With drinks. Everything was good. The hoisin sauce was a little too spicy for my taste.

Very good hearty dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend.

When ordering one of what I believe to be the manager was quite unfriendly and extremely impatient with me I was asking questions due to dietary requirements Food was ok for the price but shame the service was terrible

Good surprise. After doing an escape game, we were looking for a restaurant where we could eat quickly Asian food. Their window really makes you want to taste everything. Everything is well presented, and very clean. We tried different dishes, and all were excellent. Moreover, for a very reasonable budget, drinks included. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, a great discovery. We will return there if we come back to the area.

It's far too sweet and your rice is overcooked!

So already the chicken satay skewers well there is no satay sauce, there is a sweet and sour sauce...then I took a chicken spring roll and I got sweet and sour sauce...yuck yuck yuck...I'll go to Denges to Thai 🙏😋

We ordered 4 dishes. Panang chicken beef with cashew nuts and lemongrass shrimp as well as noodles. The lemongrass shrimp was in a yellow sauce that was anything but lemongrass. Too bad. The beef without cashew but quite good. Panang chicken quite good and spicy. Delivery on time and correct. But not a very good caterer

One of the best Asian food delicious

I eat at the coop restaurant every day, I find the hygiene rules limiting when the waitresses don't take off their aprons when they go to the toilet at the coop restaurant!!!! For that alone I will never go to eat at the Silk Road!!!! A little hygiene anyway!!!!!

Located in the Coop des Charpentiers shopping center, La Route de la Soie is a family establishment that offers dishes of Asian cuisine from central and western China. The welcome is warm, efficient and fast, the cuisine delicious, prices very reasonable and the food can be eaten on site or taken away. I am pleasantly surprised each time and I recommend that you stop by, if only to test it once...

I've come several times and it's always a pleasure: the staff is friendly and efficient, the dishes are homemade and you can feel it, I enjoy them every time! There is a choice for vegetarians, the vegetable noodles and vegetarian rolls are my favorites, I recommend this address, go there with your eyes closed

Disappointed, everyone agreed except the price, fortunately the waitresses are great, but the quality is lousy, it's not Asian but Swiss-style Asian, little flavor,... for lovers of typical Asian cuisine, stop by your way... too bad there was a time when it was excellent... for example, the summer rolls were reduced by half but the price was not...

A restaurant run for over 20 years by the same owners. Fresh products, efficient and friendly service, and unbeatable value for money! Regular customers of which I am one are not mistaken! Not to be confused with the restaurant of the same name in Lausanne!

I used their catering service for a birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. They have a calculator on the website that makes quoting and ordering easy. The boss is very responsive and helpful. The meal was delivered with all the necessary equipment and set up. The quality was there. Since they work with the "homemade" label, the food was fresh and above all very good. I even convinced relatives to order from them. Really, a very good address. I highly recommend.

I used to go to this place regularly but I find that the quality has dropped a lot unfortunately I went back there recently and came out disappointed once again too bad :(

Big scam by the ladies in service. I ask for some Cantonese rice with chicken satay which is 3.50 per 100gm. And rice for 1.50 chf to take away. Subsequently the lady asks me where to take it. I ask if it's on site is the price different? She said nothing and 2nd time asked question still nothing she put the plate in the microwave. And me 15.90 chf!!!! Ah the surprise!!!! As there were people behind me. I didn't want to bother him. If you see a pretty strong lady with decayed teeth, run away!!!

The food is good and fresh. The place is not very welcoming in the entrance to the shopping center. Affordable prices. Take away too.
