Service too slow, 30 minutes to get a drink and the kitchen has lost a lot of quality, I ask for fruit pasta, the pasta arrived well but the seafood remained in the sea.

Worst experience of my entire life, I will never set foot there again. Arrived at 7:30 p.m., we felt the stress in the staff, we were seated and forgotten, the staff came to take our order only at 7:53 p.m. so far no drinks, drinks arrived at 8 p.m. Order taken at 8 p.m., after having to ask for arrival at 8:20 p.m. because supposedly our order had not been issued. The rest of our order arrived at 8:43 p.m., almost an hour after our arrival... Brought a pizza but forgot to give us a knife, ordered a soup but didn't bring a tablespoon. Really an unpleasant experience as possible, a dishonest waiter and astonishing non-professionalism, a nice little waitress but a little overwhelmed. I even had to go get tap water from the toilets because all the staff passed me by without paying attention... in the end there was not even a commercial gesture. Expensive paid for poor service… You've seen me once but not twice...

Well, the pizza was edible though for 25 francs, there clearly wasn't enough toppings. I made the comment to the waiter but no reaction from him. Zero point service I ask a waiter for another drink, he tells me I can't do anything it's not my table

Good dishes, beautiful presentations, beautiful place and attentive staff! Only small downside -> Tiramisu is only made with mascarpone 💙 and not with whipped cream!!! Thank you 😊

Half-hearted reservation, the person who answered me had a borderline arrogant sense of repartee. Free parking, but small with difficult access. Meals and pizzas good but too salty, drinks at the right temperatures, presentation of the dishes; basic and not much culinary research. Good considering the small portions. Smiling service but blatant lack of professionalism. Noisy, comfortable seats, very large terrace, but also noisy because of the road. Hygiene very good, price also. You can spend a good time in this restaurant, if you are not too demanding or a professional in the gastronomic sector.

Best pizzas in Fribourg. It feels that they are always open and the staff is really nice. If you stay in the restaurant or you order for takeaway this Italien will be not disappoint you.

Nice terrace but a little noisy

Very well received and served. Good pizzas. In summer, it is better to insist on having a table on the terrace far from the street. Of course, there is no view of the lake because... there is no lake in Fribourg. Otherwise there would certainly be a view of the lake from La Terrazza!! (the server will recognize the joke)

Good cooking especially risottos

Nice and calm spot a little out of the town which is easy to reach by bus or car. Pretty good overall. Not the most authentic experience in town but that's a hard bar to set anyways.

This would involve sharing with all staff the usual rules of politeness and friendliness when speaking to a potential customer wishing to make a reservation by telephone. Too bad you won't have me in your lunchtime service or in any other future services. A word to the wise

- Miserable service. When we arrived, we had to go find the waiter so that he could greet us and assign a table (we had reserved). 20 minutes after we arrived he still hadn't taken our order. 30 minutes after our arrival, we still had not received our drinks, but the waiter took a cigarette break in front of us. Also, there were only 2-3 other tables, so I don't understand how it could last this long. + Good atmosphere on the terrace + Excellent cuisine

The daily menu was very good and well presented. The service was very long and we had difficulty understanding the server.

Low quality service, no customer attention and very long waiting times. Even though the restaurant was not full, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table and 1h15 to get a drink, having to get up to go and find a waiter to ask if it was possible to order. No one apologized, in fact they even seemed listless. Decent pizza quality. Very low quality/price ratio.

There were 5 of us, 2 people had ordered pizzas and were served quickly. Unfortunately we were served 20 minutes later, the dish was cold, the service was really poor.

Inflation is estimated at 2.5% and even exaggerating it by up to 4% a dish "pasta carbonara at 18.50" cannot now be displayed at 22.50 (small portion) with this explanation alone. server. If such a simple dish is overcharged like this, restaurants will only have tears to mourn the absence of customers...because a small portion is really small. Despite that, it was good. But now we'll have coffee at home. The staff is generally friendly but the boss sitting with his friends does not show any sign of consideration towards his customers.

The first time was in January, the second was yesterday. The most delicious Vegetariano pizza I have ever tried. Friendly staff and cozy comfortable room.

A word of advice, find out beforehand if the Chef is in the kitchen before booking, the latest experience was that the Chef was ill and therefore absent, and the verdict was a disaster from the salad to the main course!!! On the other hand, I don't judge the pizzas, I haven't tasted them and honestly I would have done better!!! In total for me 1 time 2. Just unacceptable, a guy who cooks like that is worth getting fired or the restaurant is going under thanks to his inability to cook

Nice restaurant setting with exposed stone… the only positive point. The cooking is bad, green salad gorged in the very vinegary sauce, detestable! Lasagna with very little Bolognese sauce but stuffed with very elastic cheese, overcooked pasta and gratinated with a very thick layer of mozzarella, which made it very disgusting! The service is no better than the food... the waiter does not clear the plates of salad before bringing the rest and passes the plates across the table. Not smiling and not friendly. We had to wait 20 minutes before getting the bill. We came to celebrate our daughter's diploma, this meal ruined our evening. Go on your way…

Good restaurant with Italian cuisine but run by Turks (Kurds). In Fribourg, the majority of pizzerias are in this situation. Otherwise, ok, expeditious service. I recommend it...

What a disappointment it was to go to this restaurant! The service was more than disappointing; the waitress not smiling, unfriendly and haughty. There were 5 of us having wine, we had a bottle, Madame was not able to put the 5dl into our 5 glasses which were sealed, we had to take a second one so that everyone could have its wine sport, but that's not even the worst: during the bill, we divided it by the table we were at, that it was my surprise when the waitress rounded up to her advantage and when I said this to her, the latter even more exasperated, asked me if I had 4000.- to give her so that she could pay for a new fund!?!?

The attitude of the staff in this restaurant has changed a lot. We are well served and the food is delicious. Well presented, beautiful plate, meat prepared according to our wishes. I see that the pizzas and pastas ordered by my friends also look good. Well done

The quality of food and service has declined enormously. I've been here several times before and was always happy. I will not come back again because I was very disappointed. We ordered 2 mixed salads as starters. Apparently we receive the large portion if we don't specify (even though we ordered dishes for the rest) so we had to pay for the large portions and the waitress just told us that she couldn't know... We received a pizza with an ingredient that was not written on the menu (parmesan on the Paesana pizza) And a mushroom risotto that just tasted like vinegar.(inedible) Despite the complaint, the risotto was not replaced. And apparently the vinegar was in the recipe... And we were just offered coffee

I ordered my favorite risotto as usual, which ended up tasting like vinegar and therefore not good, I reported it but nothing was done, very disappointed. Poor service, lack of organization
