La Vera's pizzas are better than the pizzas in the Italian restaurants in Willisau can offer. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is perfect: This not only affects the taste, but it is also a pleasure to bite into such fresh consistency, which, together with the crispy base, brings the pizza to its peak. A true food porn experience that I only experience when it comes to pizzas in Ticino and Northern Italy (tastes are different, scusate cari amici del sud...). The fact that La Vera also offers pizzas vegan and/or lactose-free upon request (just ask!) simply shows that the owner not only truly carries out his craft as a chef/pizzaiolo and has it under control, but that he is competent in keeping up with the times can: The catering industry in particular needs such entrepreneurs! Keep it up, because I want to be able to enjoy a piece of home in Willisau for an infinitely long time ;-)
