Always such a great and inspiring training atmosphere.

The best and most beautiful place in Zurich if you want to train in peace and with a professional team. Plenty of space for exercises and the lab is practically never overcrowded. The porridge is the best I've ever had!

Cozy coffee and fitness center. The vegan food in the coffee shop is delicious and Naomi's cappuccinos are simply unbeatable!

The laboratory is primarily run by the very friendly and committed trainers. Nicole and Raphael design the training very creatively and take individual abilities into account. You quickly notice that Raphael is not just a sports student, but a Magglingen graduate at a professional level. "Free" training (calisthenics): very good, lots of space and not too many people. “Class” training: very well conducted. Price performance: good

A beautiful space with an unmatched attention to detail and excellent lunch menu. My friend and I came here after a bike ride on a quiet Sunday having been recommended by a friend, party due to an interest in Callisthenics, but mostly because we were hungry: they didn’t disappoint. The sandwich I had was superb and my friends savoury porridge an unlikely wonder, a lot of thought has been put into the curation of a small but delicious vegan menu. The espresso afterwards was also up there with the best of them in Zürich. We’ll be back soon!

Delicious porridge, excellent coffee and attentive service: you can spend a wonderful time in the chic laboratory even without any physical exercise.

Great location and unique classes to learn handstands or get other skills. The bistro rounds off the training visit perfectly. Lots of delicious vegan and best coffee.
