A very nice and quiet campsite with everything you need. We are repeat offenders 😉

We were there a lot last year and can't wait to go back. The pitches are larger than comparable campsites, electricity at most sites, super clean sanitary facilities, warm water, small shop for essentials, facility clean, staff super friendly, great shopping opportunities, access to the beautiful lake, picnic areas. Great play opportunities for the kids. We love it there!

Very nicely laid out place with everything you need to have a nice and relaxing holiday. We had a place in the first row right on the beach by the lake. The sanitary facilities are very nice and modern. Very nice operator. It is a relatively large place and there will definitely be a lot going on in high season. Also suitable for families with children.

You can't beat the arrogance!!!! Yesterday, August 23, 2023, I wanted to go swimming at the lake with my wife and her daughter, including a mutual friend. At the same time, I wanted to introduce my wife to the beautiful campsite. I wanted to be a real Swiss person. I went to register at 12:30 p.m. and said I would like to go swimming with my family and a friend at the campsite by the lake and I would like to pay the entrance fee. Then the woman at the reception told me very nicely that it doesn't work like that, I have to register as if I were sleeping here. So the cheapest for 4 people is 65 francs. I was prepared to pay such a ridiculous amount to show the campsite where we would like to go on holiday in the future, including a relaxing swim at the lake. The final straw was when she wanted passports from all four of us as if we wanted to spend the night, although we just wanted to go swimming and, above all, show my family the campsite. Well, the woman made me so angry that I packed my car and the family and we relaxed and went swimming in the clean Maggia, free of charge, ok parking fees but that too in large quantities. What the woman has achieved for me is that I will definitely not drive to the campsite again, thank you very much

Beautiful campsite on the lake. The swimming area was boring and dirty, it looked much better at the campsite next door and with play equipment in the water it was more fun for the children. Sanitary facilities were very neat. Expensive campsite and not worth the 5 stars for us. No swimming pool and the fitness closed. Traffic rules at the campsite are also unclear, making it very difficult to maneuver, especially with a large caravan. The best part was the stream between the campsites with lovely cold mountain water…

Beautiful campsite on the water, very much enjoyed it. Employees very friendly and pleasant. We were allowed to choose our own spot. Sanitary facilities excellent and very clean. The small children have been well taken into account, two small bathrooms. Furthermore, very nice to interact with the children. The local caretaker was very nice and funny to our children. A bouncy castle was a great success with our children. The only disadvantage we find is that the camping pitches seem small due to the ever-growing campers and caravans, which means that in some places people are really close together and you have little privacy. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet campsite in Tenero on Lake Maggiore, you have come to the right place. I like everything because it's not glamping with a 24-hour party, but simply simple and pleasant luxury accents. Very well maintained toilet facilities.

What a great campsite. We felt really comfortable here. Very courteous and helpful staff. (Family business) the whole facility is in very good shape and everything is wonderfully clean and well maintained. The gym is closed until further notice. (Reason not known) The shop “la Botega” is run by a super friendly woman and you can order fresh bread. We'd love to come back!

We were at the campsite at the end of May 23. Very quiet💤, clean🧻🚿🧹 and friendly😁. However, price-wise💸 a bit expensive😏.

We travel a lot with our van, but I have rarely seen such a beautiful and well-kept campsite. The pitches are spacious, the sanitary facilities are a dream (modern and absolutely clean) and the pizzas from the restaurant are very tasty. The reception and also the farewell were hospitable and friendly and a repositioning - we got a place in the front row - was totally uncomplicated. We'll definitely be back! Keep it up!

Great place, great location right on the lake with a small beach, super clean and modern sanitary facilities and nice, large parking spaces. There is also a very good cycle path to Locarno. Overall, a great place but it's not exactly cheap, which is common for the area.

Well maintained place, sanitary facilities are a dream, clean and practical. Great sandy beach. I'll leave out the topic of prices in the shop, restaurant and in general... They're high but apparently common in the area. Nice service at reception. We will be back. A small concern on my part: The towel racks in the showers are great. A small board would be cool. You could also take off your glasses, watch, etc. before showering. But that's just a "nice to have"

Travel period mid-September 2021. We know Campofelice from our visits in previous years. Unfortunately, this time the animation program for children was significantly scaled down due to Covid. On the other hand, you had to see how face masks were not worn in the sanitary buildings!!! Because of the lack of animation, there is a significant point deduction.

Clearly the best campsite in Tenero. Top location, large, beautiful pitches for the normal camper with a caravan, camper or tent. Sanitary facilities are top. And the best thing is that no animals are allowed! As a non-dog owner, I really enjoy this. It would be nice if there were more places like this.

A really nice family-run camping site. Very well maintained with very good sanitary buildings. Nothing is missing here. The only drawback that really annoyed me is the long way to the garbage disposal when you stand at the lake you have to walk almost a km. In addition, the parking spaces are quite small and the paths are quite narrow.

We stayed there for 1 night in mid-August 2022 while passing through and would definitely come back again Beautiful facility, friendly welcome, right on the lake, clean and cozy! It's not far to walk into town and we had a nice evening in a bar there!

We saw a lot of campsites, all over Europe. This one jumps out. Really beautiful, friendly staff, large pitches, nice beach, beautiful views all around, the lake....georgeous! And the sanitary facilities: never saw something like this before! Spotless, modern, absolutely flawless. Baby room, handicapped showerroom like in a hotelroom. Washing up area spotless and well equipped, as is the laundry room. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the prices at the restaurant, they are really high. Not a cheap campsite, but you can choose less expensive pitches too. And pitches are worth it.

Is there an improvement to “perfect”? Everything was great: friendliness at reception, sanitary facilities, parking space, condition.

Nice clean campsite right on the lake. Friendly welcome, good sanitary facilities, good places and facilities if you are with the camper. Good restaurant. Rental of SUPs, canoes, etc. and a terrace on the water are within walking distance. Large supermarket 800 meters away.

After the prices at the neighboring site exploded, we looked for an alternative and found what we were looking for at this campsite. The prices are reasonable for Switzerland and the place as a whole is very clean and well maintained. This is the second time we have been here and our first impression has been confirmed once again. Outside the high season there are almost always free places, a reservation is not absolutely necessary, a call two days in advance is often enough.

We are disappointed. They simply closed the bar in the high/off season, the beach is very dirty, the toilet facilities are clean. The restaurant is really good at the entrance, but is not part of the CLM. Nothing is offered for us adults such as: E.g. music/bar or other entertainment. The plots are long rather than deep. Unfortunately there is only one disposal station for cardboard. Various containers for glass, PET and aluminum are available for this purpose. It doesn't take much more for us to come back, but we won't be reserving for 3 more weeks, so we can just move on. It's a shame because we love the south very much.

We have been going to the CLM every summer for eight years. The sanitary facilities are very clean, they are cleaned twice a day. Unfortunately, the raft was missing in the lake this year. The risotto and penne that the CLM gave to the guests were great. Thank you very much for that .Checking in was very quick and without any problems. The staff was friendly. Especially Mauro, the good soul of the place. The only thing we didn't like was that we were told when we arrived that we weren't allowed to park our trailer at the CLM until our spot was free and we had to look for a spot somewhere outside of the campsite. Which was 2.50 wide and 11 meters long is not that easy. Until this summer we were always allowed to park at the CLM. We'll be back next year if everything works out.

Nice and cozy campsite. Unfortunately, it doesn't have its own pool, which was a shame because Lake Maggiore was heavily infested with algae. Top service and nice restaurant with good food. We traveled in July 22 with 2 children (6/4).

Nicely located place. Unfortunately we were somehow missing something on the beach... more sand... more palm trees/trees... If necessary, a floating island in the water so that the children have more to play with... Staff very friendly and helpful Sanitary facilities top Disposal of toilet chemicals was ok... Unfortunately, garbage cans are only in the center of the square. No individual bags/tons, e.g. the junctions to the individual plots... that might be another idea... Unfortunately, hard money (euro) is not accepted in the camping shop. Only notes and change paid back in francs... Card payment only possible from 25 francs. Previous email contact was answered quickly and friendly. Big praise on that. The other places nearby don't have that... EDIT: The operator contacted me by phone after the recession and answered a few things/criticisms. I was surprised and very pleased by this feedback. Thank you for that.

Das Essen war sehr gut, Portionen ein bisschen zu klein aber es schmeckte hervorragend. Bedienung war freundlich. Ambiente sehr schön, finde es nur ein wenig zu teuer, sonst alles super.

Dopo anni mi decido a scrivere una recensione su questo ristorante. Varie cene tutte andate abbastanza bene...solo qualche piccola pecca qua e la. Purtroppo per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione di un evento importante come un matrimonio mi hanno veramente fatto capire che non dovevo più frequentare il locale. Dopo aver fatto due incontri, deciso il menu, il vino e tutto il resto...mi annullano tutto dopo una settimana con la scusa che il quel periodo avevano la selvaggina e quindi non potevano occuparsi del mio pranzo. Praticamente inviti pronti e...tutto da rifare. Avevo fatto una richiesta specifica per il menu ma se il vero motivo era quello bastava dirlo subito. Amareggiati della poca professionalità non ci sentiamo di consigliare il locale.

Pranzo in famiglia ...decidiamo di recarci in questo ristorante che conoscevamo già....Siamo rimasti sorpresi perché abbiamo ritrovato il locale rinnovato e con un esterno meraviglioso .... antipasto abbondante , pizza croccante deliziosa e dessert da leccarsi i baffi ! Personale molto preparato gentile e ci ha consigliato alla perfezione! Torneremo presto di nuovo...

Katastrophal. Die Coronaempfehlungen werden nicht eingehalten. Die Tische eng aufeinander und vollgestopft mit Leuten. Die gebrauchten Tischsets werden nicht abgeputzt, sondern schmutzig wieder aufgedeckt (genau von mir beobachtet), geschweige denn desinfiziert. Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl.Das Wild (Trilogie) sehr zäh, die Pommes gummig und fade, dafür exhorbitant teuer! Es ist mir schleierhaft, weshalb die Leute herkommen.Ich nicht mehr!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant und im Sommer mit der Gartenwirtschaft bestimmt noch schöner.Wenn ihr zu dritt dort essen wollt, dann empfehle ich, für 4 zu reservieren. Denn uns drei haben sie an einen 2er Tisch gepflanzt, was vielleicht bei Kindern gehen mag, aber bei Erwachsenen ein no go ist. Schade, dementsprechend haben wir dann unser Dinner klein und spärlich abgehalten. Da war dann das nachträgliche Umplatzieren leider zu spät. Das Essen war aber sehr gut. Aber die Art und Weise, wie da mit Deutschschweizern umgegangen wird, geht nicht. Also reserviert man am besten immer für eine Person mehr. Das kostet nichts und hilft euch, einen gemütlichen und schönen Abend geniessen zu können. Buon Appetito

Ci siamo recati solo per una pizza. Posto molto bello e confortevole. Luci soffuse.Si può mangiare anche fuori, hanno aggiunto una terrazza a quella già esistente. Malgrado fosse domenica sera il locale era quasi tutto al completo, significa che si mangia bene e si è trattati bene.Consigliato!!! Meglio prenotare.Abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza, serviti molto gentilmente.dal 15.9.2020 al 25.10.2020 c?é l'Autunno Gastronomico del Lago Maggiore e Valli, per cui anche questo ristorante ha dei piatti e un menu a tema.

Das Restaurant ist innen und außen sehr schön und gepflegt und auch stets gut besucht. Eine Reservation macht deshalb Sinn.Ohne reserviert zu haben wurden meine Tochter und ich an x freien Tischen vorbei ins letzte Eck der Terrasse geführt und dann liegen gelassen.Die fantasielise Kinderkarte mussten wir uns selbst holen.Die bestellten Bruschette al pomodoro waren nicht erhältlich, da es keine Tomaten habe (!), es gäbe nur Bruschette mit Steinpilzen.Die Qualität des grünen Salates würde bei einer Kochlehre zum sifortigen Durchfallen führen. 4 Blätter Lollo.Die Carbonara war geschmacklich ok, aber mit 5 Stückchen Speck ein Symbol des Spardrucks.Die Bedienung war durchwegs arrogant. Kein Arrivederci, kein Grazie beim Gehen.Man hat es nicht nötig, die Beiz läuft. Inskünftig ohne uns.

Nous avons été mangé 2x dans ce restaurant lors de notre séjour au camping du même nom. Les 2x nous avons très bien mangé. Risotto aux bolets et pizza. Les serveurs sont sympas.Le seul point négatif c’est qu’ils veulent toujours nous parler en allemand, au lieu de l’italien. Dommage...

Haben zu viert Pizza als TakeAway bestellt. Die Bestellung konnten wir dann nach 20 minütiger wartezeit mitnehmen. Im Camping angekommen (2 Min gehweg) war die Pizza kalt und die Mozzarella bereits eingetrocknet. Somit schliessen wir, dass die Pizza bereits eine Zeit herumlag. Schade für die vielen guten Bewertungen und das schöne Restaurant.Gibt besseres im Umkreis.

En vacances sur le site, cela fait 2 années que nous comparons et testons les deux Ristorante voisins et concurrents Campofelice et Lago Maggiore.Pour nous, le Lago Maggiore est supérieur, tant au niveau de la qualité et de la diversité de l'offre, des prix ou de la seule dégustation. Séduits cette année par la pizza fruits de mer et les spaghettis allo scoglio. Le dessert glacé fruits des bois est lui exceptionnel, digne d'un restaurant gastronomique français ! Quelques points faibles très pénalisants, le pain, indigne d'un restaurant, et une entrée surfaite, la salade légumes cuits et poulpe braisé, où l'on cherche désespérément les saveurs... Mais globalement une bonne note pour un restaurant de camping.

Ristorante molto accogliente e i camerieri sono molto professionali e competenti, come anche il responsabile signor Cerni, che ci accoglie sempre all'entrata con un sorriso e un saluto di benvenuto. Ci sentiamo sempre come a casa. Le portate e il vino proposti dal signor Cerni sono sempre ottimi. Ritorniamo sempre volentieri in questo ristorante. È uno dei migliori del locarnese.

Ho cercato su TripAdvisor dei ristoranti in zona e ho notato questo posticino vicino ai campeggi di Tenero. Ho sentito anche parlare molto bene da parte di amici che c'erano già stati.Con amici siamo stati per la prima volta a mangiare una pizza. Servizio molto attento e veloce, pizza molto buona.Il posto è molto bello e malgrado fosse pieno il brusìo dei commensali era contenuto e piacevole.Ho visto uscire anche dei piatti dalla cucina molto belli e curati.La prossima volta assaggeremo qualcos'altro (oltre alla pizza).Bravi! Ci ritorneremo senz'altro !

Il Ristorante Lago Maggiore è molto accogliente, il servizio è sempre molto attento e rapido. I piatti sono curati e la proposta varia regolarmente. Durante la nostra ultima visita abbiamo provato delle ottime paste parte della Rassegna Romana. Complimenti al Team e a presto.

Classico pranzo in famiglia la domenica. Locale molto carino e curato, dotato di un tocco raffinato ma che non appesantisce l'ambiente che si percepisce. Tutti i piatti si presentavano molto bene alla vista e rispettavano le attese al palato.

We had once, pizzas for take away as we reside on the camping close to the restaurant. Pizzas were medium to low quality with way to mutch cheese on it. Would not recommend to eat there, for that price you can eat better.

Die Reservation für 40 Personen klappte ohne Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants waren sehr flexibel, zuvorkommend und gingen auf unsere Wünsche ein. Innert kurzer Zeit wurden wir bedient, so dass wir tischweise (2x 10er-Tisch & 1x 20er-Tisch) gleichzeitig essen konnten. Das Ambiente und das Essen waren hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und den schönen Abend im Lago Maggiore!!!

Nie wieder in diesem Touristen Massen Betrieb, essen aus der Tiefkühltruhe!Wir hatten einen ‘fritto misto’ bestellt, nach 4 Minuten war alles auf dem Tisch.... Reis war Stein hart und die Meeresfrüchte waren gerade essbar, dass ganze für stolze 120 fr.!Wir hatten die ganze Zeit das Gefühl sie wollten uns schnell weg schicken somit sie den Tisch Weiterverkaufen könnten, der Kellner hat mich gefragt ob ich schon fertig wäre als mein Teller halb voll war! Es kamen auch blöde Sprüche als wir nach einer zweiten Servietten fragten, ja wir hatten nur eine zu zweit! Als wir Aufstanden zum bezahlen war unser Tisch schon wieder besetzt, funktioniert ja so in einer massen Produktion.Um so zu essen kann Mann gleich nach Rimini oder zum Ballermann fahren, Differenz man würde einen Bruchteil da für bezahlen.Es hat mich sehr enttäuscht als Gastronom zu sehen wie die Gäste über den Tisch gezogen werden.Location: 10Service: 1Essen: 0

Das Essen war gut und lecker. Service schnell, aber nicht sehr persönlich. Lage in der Nähe des Campingplatzes Lago Maggiore. Draußen Essen war schön mit Deckung gegen die Sonne (und Regen in unserem Fall)

Während unseres Aufenthalts assen wir mehrere Male in diesem Restaurant und wurden nie enttäuscht.Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Speisen schmeckten uns sehr gut.Einzelne Gerichte musste man etwas nachwürzen.Die Speisen waren sehr schön angerichtet. Alles in allem Top👍

Posto stupendo, cibo buono e ben presentato, molto buono. Sono stato a cena con la mia compagna e siamo stati benissimo. Consiglio di riservare prima per aver un posto sulla terrazza esterna. Conto ottimo calcolando la posizione.In zona ristorante passeggio ottimo.Consigliato
