Laguna in Reiden

The indoor swimming pool has been beautifully renovated, the staff are friendly and make sure everything is OK. Unfortunately, the annual pass is very expensive if you only manage to go swimming once a week alongside your job. And if I'm on holiday and abroad for 6 weeks a year and don't use my subscription during this time, then the savings per entry are only 1.75chf, compared to the single entry price of 12chf. What's inconvenient is that the indoor pool closes at 5 p.m. on Saturdays, so I can no longer go swimming on Saturdays after work. So you have to think carefully about whether you would rather pay the individual entry fee or consistently go swimming at least once every week to make an annual subscription worth it. I also find it strange that you get a discount on the annual subscription if you live in the common Schötz (11km from Reiden), but not if you live in the neighboring community of Wikon, 2km away. The hall band or the communities (whoever has these reasons) should reconsider this. Schötz is significantly further away from Reiden than Wikon. Conclusion: The indoor pool is nice, nice attentive staff, but the price is too high. It would be great if the neighboring communities also got a discount, not just the communities that are significantly more kilometers away. For me, extending an annual subscription at this price is no longer worth it.

Object ok. The temperature in the dry sauna is 73 degrees 😁 a bit low. The stones on the stove would need to be refilled. I understand the savings and the operation of an on-demand bio sauna. If the opening hours are stated, so be it.

We were there for the first time. Nice indoor pool, more family style. Food in the restaurant was very quick and still good. Friendly staff.

Please ALSO maintain your Google account. On Saturdays and Sundays the opening hours are only until 5:00 p.m.! It's tiring when you're prepared for 2 hours and can only be there for 30 minutes.

Almost all outdoor pools are still open at these temperatures. Except the Badi Reiden once again! Even more annoying if you have a Badia subscription!

It's a shame that the outdoor pool will be closed tomorrow, the outdoor pools will be open for another 2 weeks. The weather forecast would also suggest that it remains open!

My husband and I went to the outdoor pool today with our 9 year old daughter. When she got hungry we ordered a Jungel plate. There wasn't much going on when the plate came with the fries and nuggets. After our daughter had already eaten one nugget, we discovered that the nuggets were still half raw. As you should know, there can be a risk of salmonella if chicken meat is unfried or not prepared correctly . When we brought this to the attention of the staff they said a new one would be prepared. This was not the case. They simply fried the nuggets for just a few seconds, which is an absolute disgrace and inexcusable for the price, it is to be expected that the plate will be prepared again. And apart from all that, the portions are always different sizes - it wasn't the first time.

Very nice outdoor pool 50m, indoor 25 m pool and kiddies bath, sauna and a restaurant

The water is very warm but what bothers me is that there are no lounge chairs to relax on and the sauna doesn't open until September

On Google it says open until 6:00 p.m. but it's only open until 5:00 p.m. but at 5:31 p.m. there are still staff there. Please fix this quickly 6.- now spent for nothing.

Cool, family-friendly pool with friendly staff!

The facility was renovated with a loan of 7.5 million. - The playground in the outdoor pool is still an approximately 30cm high, 2m long suspension bridge and a 1-person trampoline - The indoor swimming pool has a small paddling pool, a non-swimmer pool and a swimmer pool with a diving tower. Everything here just seems to have been freshly painted, but no other renovations - The wardrobes are still the same as when I was a child... - Entrance fees are the highest in the region for value for money. - No discounts with cultural legi/student ID card or similar. If I take public transport to Rothrist in the newly renovated complex, where I am offered significantly more infrastructure, and pay for indoor and outdoor pool entry, it will cost me 1.- more (including public transport ticket) than if I just pay for the outdoor pool and live here in Reiden. Or the Zofingen outdoor pool, where children up to school entry (even outside the canton) are free. Is an alternative in summer A large part of the money seems to have gone into renovating the café.

For the most part, I was always very satisfied. The staff at the reception/café are always very friendly. Was cold shower area and water today. Depending on which bathroom attendant works, the shower area/cloakroom is not clean

Beautiful, compact Finnish sauna and a less hot bio sauna! I treat myself to this restful relaxation once a week! Practical with the 10 entry subscription only Fr. 20 per session!

Always worth a visit. This time, however, there was a musty smell in the changing rooms. Restaurant: Very nice staff and fine fries. However, the nut topping was from the day before and wasn't quite as fresh.

I use the sauna and only rate this. It's good that there are towels. Thanks to the renovation, everything is nice and new. It has two saunas, a hot and a bio sauna. I miss the big water basin. Since you are often there alone or as a couple or maybe three, it is very comfortable. However, it is a very poor execution of the conversion. When someone uses the barrel shower or the water basins, the water flows over the floor into the sauna and even into the relaxation room. The floor is very slippery (!!!), it does not meet the requirements of a wet room, if someone gets injured here there will be consequences for the operator. Not everyone squeegees the floor after use, as a few and I do. The exit door from the indoor pool is right next to the relaxation room, EVERYONE who goes out opens the door, which then closes audibly. A detail that almost all planners get wrong: the door opens so that you can see directly into the cloakroom, if someone gets dressed there he/she is clearly visible through the hallway, it's nothing big, but it would be different if it were ordered banding would have been possible at a price-neutral price. Maybe you could lower the temperature of the sauna when no one is there. Half of normal and then switch on when someone comes. I notice that many people come regularly, so you could make a phone call an hour in advance and turn on the heating. Depending on the time, this should save some electricity.

The redesigned outer band is great. It has perfectly accessible cloakrooms including showers. It also has a very spacious disabled toilet including a changing table.

Cool pool, kids had a lot of fun. We recommend the burgers in the restaurant, really great and simply not a finished product, someone knows the craft. Be careful, but take your own ketchup or mayonnaise. Such a small bag costs an incredible 1.00 Fr. For me, if there are four of you there, it's simply a no-go.

Clean, restaurant expensively priced

That's all well and good, but bathing staff could enforce the rules more for those who don't follow them. So I could give 5 ⭐ I hope I can rectify this soon.

Badi is very nice and the restaurant has been newly renovated. I've been going for years and am now very disappointed with the new restaurant management. This is obviously totally overwhelmed. A guest KINDLY asked how long you have to wait for a portion of fries. He was immediately shouted at: "It's taking about 45 minutes at the moment, if you can do it faster come into the kitchen and do it yourself." The perplexed guest then left the restaurant. On Sunday at 33 degrees at 1:30 p.m. the chef announced: The kitchen will be closed at least until 3:00 p.m. He now has to clean and tidy up. At this point there were about 15 people waiting in line for at least 20 minutes. There were only 3 people on site for the cash register (entrance), cash register (restaurant) and kitchen. Who does the personnel planning on a Sunday with 3 people?? I really felt sorry for the ladies who worked, they tried very hard and worked at their limit. Nevertheless, they remained friendly. (Unlike the chef).

The Badi itself is OK, I've known her since I was a child. What is terribly bad, however, is the organization and structure of the “Bahn 5” restaurant. Admittedly, the Badi was extremely full, but as soon as you walk into the restaurant, other guests tell you that the wait for a portion of fries is 45 minutes. The queue in front of the cash register ends exactly in front of the point where the ordered dishes are handed out. Every time someone picks up their food, the line has to make room. The designer of this kitchen/sales arrangement should rethink his job... Today we waited about 70 minutes for four cheeseburgers and a hot dog. The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed and shouted at each other in front of the guests. To be fair, however, I have to admit that the cheeseburgers were delicious!

The bathroom is great. Only the pool would have received 5 stars. But that doesn't work at all. That you queue for 20 minutes and then hear that there is no food until 3 p.m. In my opinion, you can't do that in a swimming pool. Then on a Sunday, it was 35 degrees and the pool was full.

Food was very, very good and not too expensive.

The water is far too cold, the children had no fun at all and the edge of the swimming pool is like sandpaper, our son's legs were sore after swimming because he climbed over the edge, the staff is very polite and therefore one star for that I would strongly recommend a swimming pool renovation!!!

Beautifully renovated little bathroom

Unfortunately, the water temperature is not always the same warm. Friendly and mostly committed staff.

Everything is good, only healthy food options are missing.

It's a real shame that the indoor pool renovation didn't also increase the offerings for children. There is a small paddling pool without a slide, splash pad, shower or anything similar. Pretty bleak. Even the air squid no longer exists. The floor in the shower and cloakroom is very slippery. There is no possibility to change or dress the child in the cloakroom. I had to stop on the ground. It was supposed to be a swimming pool for everyone, but unfortunately it was of little interest to families... Lane 5 (café) is very successful. And the staff (including lifeguards :) ) are very friendly!

The indoor swimming pool was currently being renovated. Apparently the outdoor pool will come later. Therefore, mild note. It's necessary because the offering is pretty rudimentary, especially in the children's area. Only 4 lanes for swimmers.

The pool is small but nice. I hope I can give the 5 star after the renovation... A bit chaotic at the moment and the toilets really suck. It's not the badi's fault if people don't hit the hole!!

The water for the children wasn't warm enough. the indoor pool is pretty dark. and when you go from the bathroom to the shower you feel very, very cold. and the changing room was very dirty on the floor. the hand hairdryer was broken.

The indoor pool is really cold, dark and the bathroom is very disgusting and partly moldy. Not cleaned properly, the water is very cold and the lights stayed off. You can't relax at all. Lost money.

Beautiful, well-maintained indoor pool! I am very positively surprised! Really very friendly service. You immediately feel at home, like you have been welcomed into a family. I will visit Badi Reiden again!

It's getting a bit old. But a great learning-to-swim pool and a water temperature of around 29° degrees make it very pleasant. We'd love to come back. There are enough parking spaces and they are free 👍

Great, lovingly entertained pool. Varied offer for children. Due to the size, the kids can always be kept in view by their parents. Prices ok.

The sauna is much too small. To get into the sauna you have to go through the changing room. We couldn't find a steam room. Well, our daughter didn't have a problem getting back home quickly. We don't go there anymore.

Great swimming pool, has a lot to offer in winter and especially in summer with great swimming opportunities for young and old, fine dining options and always friendly staff! Great outdoor area! It's a bit old, but it's well maintained and is still the only opportunity to go swimming in the Zofingen region.

A real added value for the community and the surrounding area! Badi, consisting of an indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and catering area. The bathroom is in a well-maintained condition. The outdoor area with large green areas, wonderful trees, pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, water slide and air cushion trampoline make the pool a popular meeting place for young and old. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is family friendly. My family enjoys visiting our pool regularly. The proximity is a real plus point for us Reiders!
