Langosteria in St. Moritz

An absolute gem in the mountains of St. Moritz. I usually do not eat seafood in the mountains as a rule of thumb but here I always make an exception. The seafood is flown in fresh daily and is exquisite! The atmosphere is electric with great music and fantastic people watching! All of this is not cheap though. Be ready to pay a premium but it is well worth it on a beautiful sunny day. Enjoy!

I’ve been here for my bday dinner with my boyfriend. Everything was perfect! We’ll come back for sure! The food was amazing and Carlo was very kind. The prices are on point for the quality that they serve! A gem in the alps! Bravi

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Sankt Morirz. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I’m always delighted with my meal Servers are great and efficient . Can’t wait to return next winter

Langosteria never fails to impress with its exquisite culinary offerings, and our recent dining experience was no exception. The flavors were impeccably executed, leaving our taste buds thoroughly satisfied. However, our Wednesday night visit revealed a quieter ambiance, with our party being the sole diners in the restaurant. While the chef's personal greeting added a nice touch, the lack of other patrons somewhat diminished the overall atmosphere. We've heard that Langosteria truly shines during the daytime, whether for a delightful lunch or a relaxing coffee rendezvous.

We came to Langosteria with a group of friends because we highly recommended this place - we found Langosteria in Portofino and it quickly became our favorite restaurant in the world. We had really high hopes for the St.Moritz location and while the actual dining experience and ambiance was wonderful, the food was not close to what we remembered it to be. However, in the moment, it was just okay/good. However… 5 out of 7 of us have food poisoning now with 2 of us with some harsher symptoms. And the 2 who do not have the food poisoning symptoms were the only ones who did not eat the raw dishes. Not to complain about the price considering we all knew what we were getting into but paying 1200CHF to get food poisoning is incredibly disappointing to say the least.

My expectations were probably too high… great atmosphere, great entrances and drinks. The main was sadly not that special. However it’s still langosteria! So big yes

Perfect food, excellent ambiance, and top-notch service!

Ambience super sophisticated. Great glasses and plates, everything is right here. Service mostly good. When it comes to food, I would say 8/10. Very tasty greetings from the kitchen, fish of good quality and the pasta also tasted good

Came for a 30 birthday, booked a few months in advance because our good friends that have a house in St Moritz recommended the place but were let down by the greeting of a guy telling us to sit either inside or in the corner (I already asked for a good table as the guests flew in from Iceland and this was a special day). Thankfully a waiter (Mario) came and saved the day! He was so welcoming and nice and wanted to change the experience. It's a superb place but they told us there were two groups that reserved the two tables in the sun so that we had to stay in the shady corner, but after Mario moved us we decided to stay and enjoy anyway - and no one ever came to the other table... Felt rude. Thank you Mario for saving the atmosphere!!

It was fantastic! We had ceviche and sashimi as a starter..Mega..Afterwards a sea bream...sensational!...and of course the tiramisu with melt as a dessert 🤩...also a huge selection of dessert wines...my husband thought it was great! Top quality and service, ambience and music A1! Of course this has its price...but it was just great 👍🏼 It's worth a visit. But only with reservation 😉 We'll be back 😊

The food and service of this restaurant are extraordinary in every sense: there is a lot of attention to detail in ingredient selection, flavor combination and presentation. Simply one of the top offerings in Sankt Moritz.

This was my third time dining at Langosteria and as always the service and food were impecable. I had their lobster pasta which never disappoints. Our waiter and sommelier went above and beyond. They really delivered top notch service. Will definitely come back again

Great interior and exterior design! Amazing food! Absolutely worth every penny 👍 ❤️ No surprise that so many people love these place;) Only thing that needs some improvement is the service that gives a feeling of lacking attentiveness. But at the whole is a great experience to be there and definitely we ll return!

An enchanting restaurant, cared for from every point of view. Starting from the welcome from the hostess and waiters, all very professional and friendly. The dishes were delicious, the top was definitely the lobster linguine, sublime! To finish the desserts, we had a very particular tiramisu and cheese cake. A special compliment to Eugenio and Alessia who made our experience unforgettable.

The worst service I have ever seen or encountered in my life ! First of all, they cancelled our reservation on their own because they apparently dialed a wrong number when they called to confirm the reservation. When we told them that, they acted as if they don’t believe us and hesitantly gave us a table. When we asked for the table on the corner which was EMPTY, they kept insisting that they are ‘reserved’ when we had a reservation as well … so I didn’t understand how those tables were not available..After that, suddenly an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional waiter comes to us and starts yelling that we are rude and that these tables are reserved for their ‘members’ who pay 35k a year. They act as if you are begging them for their table when you are actually spending hundreds of euros on lunch. Never seen such a disrespectful immature and unprofessional staff , nor have I ever felt that insulted at a restaurant. I’ve been all over the world to many fine dining restaurants and this waiter and those staff were the worst I have ever seen! The manager should really consider getting some professional staff who are educated on customer service

Very nice atmosphere and good view. The service staff is top and always close to the table if you need something. Food is also good, but portions are quite small. Prices are too expensive for some dishes. 120 CHF for white truffle linguine is already very high. You also have to be able to afford the drinks (cocktail ~30 CHF) Bathrooms are luxurious and really nice (including Aqua di Parma soap). All in all a great experience if you want to afford it.

The excellence of Langosteria is also found in St Moritz with the addition of a unique location.

It is preferable to visit it during the day, preferably a meal or snack for lunch to get a distinct view. The restaurant is one of a series of branches in the cities of Italy. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ High price. High quality seafood.

Great restaurant with excellent service and cuisine

The food is nice, the gnocchi from the picture - I'm not sure about the name of the dish - very good, if you don't know what to try this is a great option👌🏽 Everything else is also delicious, only the desserts are honestly not the best, although maybe the expectations were too high considering the others the dishes we tried... The service was perfect, hygiene at a high level in the entire restaurant, I took a picture on the way and the lotion from the toilet to keep because the smell is wonderful 🥹 We "managed to park" because we arrived practically the minute the restaurant opened so that it was empty, but the recommendation from the restaurant was to come by taxi... because they don't have their own parking lot 👍🏽 All in all a nice experience, thank you for it ❤️ greetings

The place is very nice and service giod but with the price you pay I thought they could accommodate my garlic allergy instead several plates where not suitable for me a d especially no first course, I would expect that in such a high scale restaurant they would cook something express

Breathtaking and well-kept location, beautiful veranda offering a spectacular view! The DJ set wasn't bad. Refined cuisine that exceeds expectations! The staff is impeccable: let yourself be advised by Giovanni and Leandro who will make your experience at Langosteria unforgettable. To taste: scampi and fois gras tartare, Catalan king kurb and grouper pacchero.

Having certainly become the most popular and talked about place in St.Moritz, the new prominent opening in the Swiss town has only partially lived up to its reputation. The place is undoubtedly splendid, the investment made is certainly very large and you can immediately perceive the quality. The internal rooms are very beautiful, the bar counter is cute, the terrace overlooking the sunny Swiss slopes is splendid. The quality of the raw materials offered is certainly unparalleled, between giant scampi, red prawns and king crab you are truly spoiled for choice. The drinks list is good but nothing unforgettable, while the wine list is of a high standard with very significant mark-ups. What is really missing is the service, not even sufficient, often inattentive, for long stretches snooty. In venues of this level, where the asking price is rightly high, the service must keep up and cannot and must not be underestimated. It's true that this is a new opening but the impression was that of a disorganised, awkward and not very attentive dining room team.

After reading a lot about the Langosteria, I really wanted to go there and took the opportunity to make a reservation during the Sunice Festival on Saturday. The interior is very nicely designed and the toilets are also beautifully designed. The collaboration with Moncler cannot be overlooked, even when it comes to table decorations :-) . We sat outside in the winter garden, which is very nicely done, but the (cold) temperature was a bit on the limit for us who were outside all day (without skiing). Reception and service very friendly, efficient and attentive. However, the food came a little too quickly for my liking. The menu is great, with authentic and elegant Italian dishes that are not found everywhere. I consider the wine list, which focuses on the best-known names and thus appeals to a wide range of customers, to be a safe value. BUT - the PRICES... even for me, who is used to Zurich and 3* Michelin prices, they are at the upper limit (and sometimes even higher), especially for the wine list. This is also the reason why I give 3 stars instead of 5, which would otherwise be fair to the Langosteria.

Good food, the best truffle pizza! But the service wasn't great, specially for the price you pay for the food. We had to ask for our coffees 3 times and for the bill twice, even after stating we were in a hurry, they took their time.

The latest hotspot of Sankt Moritz! We expected much, knowing the Langosteria from Milan and Portofino. Needless to say that we were not disppointed. The location speaks for itself, overlooking Sankt Moritz and it's surroundings. The restaurant underwent a complete make-over and the result is fabulous. Isabella and her reception team gave us a warm welcome, we had a wonderful table on the terrace, the food was excuisitly prepared by Chef Mimmo Soranno and his crew. The wine-list features many good wines and of course focuses on Italian ones. We had a wonderful Saturday afternoon and surely will be back asap which for us is quite easy, living just 2 hours away.

One of the best fish restaurants in Switzerland (that I have visited) and for the food quality in St Moritz (which is not that good) it is very good!

Simply a perfect restaurant in St. Moritz. Book in advance as the interest is high! The fish and sea food is the freshest. The service is top! Especially the Isabella gives you a warm welcome and home feel. My tip: winter negroni as a “starter”.. ;)

As a travel writer I love to find out new places. Knowing Langosteria Milan and Paraggi quite well I have been keen to spent an evening in the brand new spot in Sankt Moritz . The welcome has been quite arrogant and one did not feel good right away. Table in the corner next to the kitchen although booking status has been low on a Sunday night. Service arrogant and not attentive......final impression....if you do not order more than one bottle ....or do not choose caviar i.e. you aren't on the list. Service became even less attentive. On checking out nobody would ask if you enjoyed the evening .... When booking a new reservation at the welcome desk we were informed of the "slot" 7-9pm for a future resa.....I guess it would be more interesting to attract guests without SLOT Booking . A pity for a fashionable place which could have become one of my fav´s.....but I guess they ´d rather prefer to become a VIP´s only location . Good luck !

Absolutely incredible, exactly what you would expect from Langosteria in St. Moritz. Incredible ambiance, interior design and service. When it came to the food, absolutely speechless. I can't recommend this place enough, will definitely be returning.

We wanted to try the restaurant after we were always very satisfied with the Chesa Chantarella. The service was friendly, almost a bit overzealous, but unfortunately they only spoke English. The food was good, but not necessarily filling. The prices had already fed us up. For a thin lentil soup with a few pieces of fish 35.-, a bottle of apple juice 0.3l … 10.-; for a cappuccino 9.-. When we didn't tip because of the outrageous prices, the waitress angrily slammed the receipt onto the table! Definitely not a recommendation from us. It's a shame that the beautiful Alpine flair had to give way to a dark, modern nightclub interior.

Location is amazing, nice terrace, the brand new interiors give a warm feeling. The menu is excellent, the service and the team are nice and kind.

Booked Langosteria St Mortiz for my birthday dinner over the Snow Polo weekend and it was the best thing I did. Everything was 10/10. The food was incredible! And the staff were amazing. Will be coming back next season! Thank you !

Arrogant place that gives you the impression you should feel lucky just to be there: We reserved a place in the terrace to try it out on a sunny day… when we arrived (on time exactly) they wanted to sit us inside or wait 30mins after sun is gone to sit out cold.. and acted as if we didnt reserve on terrace until i showed the booking confirmation.. so we left and had lunch at Chamanna, where we felt more welcome as always. Places like this ruin the hospitality culture in StMoritz - which might have happened long ago :((

The place and atmosphere is nice. We went there with a group while we pre-ordered a vegetarian menu for the two of us. We sat down and immediately the food was served. The food was really tasty and of good quality. However, never paid so much in my life for Italian veggie food - one of the courses was pizza and one was pasta pomodoro. The service was mostly good, but they forgot to mention that the dessert contained almonds although we specifically briefed them about the allergies. Also, our friends who got the proper menu got sharing dishes which meant there was not enough food for everyone. Overall I must say that it was way too expensive for the kind of food we got and the service level should be perfect at that price niveau.
