I've been there several times. So far everything has worked fine. Today I ordered a Dürüm. The flatbread was placed directly in the oven and then sat on the counter for over 5 minutes. I thought maybe the meat was warm and then it would still be fine. Immediately after leaving the restaurant I wanted to eat the Dürüm. After 2 bites I disposed of him. Not only was the Dürüm not warm, it was like it came from the fridge. The meat was no longer edible. Too bad for my 10th grade

Eternal waiting times 78 minutes (really hardcore, if I hadn't already paid, I would have told him he didn't need to come anymore) the kebab was overloaded with sauce and very little meat so really disappointed before, it was really a shame to see what happened to them .

Is highly recommended, always very friendly, the food is fresh and they work very cleanly

I ordered a doner pizza and there was no kebab on it. The pizza didn't taste good and it was very cold.

When confirming the order it said that delivery would take about 25 minutes, I only received the order after a little over an hour and therefore couldn't eat during lunchtime!

Classic kebab shop WITH parking spaces and outside seating. Service is friendly and fast, even at peak times. Selection of ingredients for Dürüm/Kebab is twice as high as usual. Everything fresh. A well above average doner kebab.

I've been a regular customer at Lausener Döner for a long time, it's really good. This is the third time in a row that I've had bad experiences with the price. On the phone, it was always 5-10 cheaper than delivered. Now the last 3 times I asked for a receipt and noticed that I was mostly being cheated. Last time it was 9.- Chf, the boss said it was a mistake on your part, because it was the receipt from the previous customer. Ok, it can happen but definitely not 3 or more times. I don't even know how many times, I never took the receipt. Today there was only a difference of CHF 1.00, which was a shame last time. ...don't let yourself be taken for a ride

Typical fast food offer, freshly prepared, delivery service. The prices are relatively high compared to other take-aways. Unfortunately, there are no extras for orders like other delivery services in the surrounding area.

I always enjoy eating here. Portions are good and the kebab meat is very good, no minced meat like everywhere else.

Pizza couldn't be delivered, so I picked it up myself. More expensive than in the restaurant, pizza io. But not outstanding.

According to the opening times, the restaurant should be open until 10:30 p.m. However, it was closed on Monday at 12:20 p.m. and I stood in front of the locked door!!!!

I ordered 3 pizzas yesterday... I ordered diavolo, there was no spicy salami on it and no onions! Instead of onions there were pepperoni on it! I'm very disappointed... ordered once and will never order again... sorry very bad pizzas......👎👎👎

I am very disappointed. I ordered a Dürüm & a cream slice. Both were inedible! The cream slice was frozen, so maybe change the name to ice cream slice. The Dürüm dough is soggy, the meat is sour and the tomatoes are soft. I definitely do not recommend this “restaurant”!

Disappointed !!!! We got the wrong pizza twice! Today we suggested that the last time we ordered a pizza with ham and there was no ham, they apologized and today the same thing happened! That is embarrassing!!!!

The kebab here is absolutely amazing, absolutely recommended. The pizza was also really delicious. The place is easy to reach, both on foot and by car. There are also (usually) enough parking spaces available, both directly in front of the store and in blue zones in the immediate vicinity. Thank you very much and see you next time =D

Order placed on site on Sunday and taken away. Fries were already slightly cooled on site. At home, (4min drive away) noticed that 1Dürüm is wrong. We called and complained and asked for a new one. They reacted very unfriendly and demanded that if we wanted a new one we should pick it up ourselves because they couldn't deliver it because they were busy. I thought the residents should support the village's own snack bars, but in the future we will get something from the neighboring village.

I've known this kebab shop for over 10 years, but the last time I ordered/picked up I couldn't believe that I had to pay an extra 2fr. for the yogurt sauce, which is always included. Especially in this Corona time you have to be happy that someone is still ordering and then something like that! I was disappointed.

Guys, I don't know you personally or your service but delivery is a disaster. I don't want to write much, but take a look at the delivery and judge for yourself. I even told the delivery person that the pizzas definitely fell down but all I got was an apology and that was it.

Since I'm a regular customer and have been using them for a long time, I can give them the best rating. The food is of good quality but still the same (on Mondays the food is usually too cold) When you're in the lockal itself, it's very loud and mostly. If you order it home, it's good, unfortunately it's usually too much sauce, but yes, that's a matter of taste. The staff is always friendly and ready to joke Prices are based on competition. easy to access and always quick service

Open on Sundays. Quick preparation. Pizza 6.-.cheaper because you pick it up yourself. Pizza very thin and deliciously seasoned. 5/5

Very friendly place, of course the pizzas are not made with mozzarella, which would actually be Italian, but above all the dough is really good. Doner kepab and other menus are really good!

Danger ! Totally dissatisfied! The orders always came wrong! Not normal...

Ordered pizza via eat.ch. 1. We waited a long time 2. One pizza had artichokes on it, which I didn't order and the olives were missing from the pizza. 3. My friend ate half a pizza and then he felt extremely sick and so did I after half of it. will no longer order and we have 50 fr for that. paid and the baklava are not homemade either. ;( actually doesn't deserve any stars.

Very poor communication on the phone (bad German) Kebpap always wrong and wet and cold. Pizza full of oil and lampy. the courier was unfriendly. After complaining, they said yes, sorry, we have a lot of stress. I don't accept that as a reason for such poor service. No more Lausener sory

No gloves were worn during the preparation....if you point this out to him he snaps and runs away.....gloves are a given at this time.....

Won't be ordering anymore. We've actually been good customers for years, but the last two orders were barely edible. Iskender is offered on the menu with grilled bread on the side. We got Iskender all in an aluminum bowl, bread was soggy, we had the feeling that it had been chewed by a child, not edible. Pizza prosciutto with onions had the taste of curry for the second time

I always wait like a long time, I eat almost everything that I never do! The cheese was delivered cold and mini pizza was not prepared with the freshest ingredients. At lunchtime I'll be enjoying some heavy bookishness. One thing is clear to me, I would not order more there.. not recommended.

Worst service than I have ever seen. 75 minutes instead of the stated 30 minutes, when I called to ask, no one understood me...

So the delivery came on time, I had the chicken nuggets with fries and salad and a cream slice. So the fries were hard and almost cold then the chicken nuggets were dark brown on the outside and almost not fried on the inside, the fryer was set too hot, the salad was good and the cream slice was still frozen where I got it. The 2 stars I gave were for the delivery and for the salad.

The food was cold, especially the meat. The sauce is simply not recommended. The staff speaks very, very bad German, but you can try a little. So I won't come for the second time. You urgently need to change something. First and foremost, serve the food warm. Remember, the eyes eat with you

Arrived an hour later as the earliest appointment, over half an hour later as the latest appointment. One pizza was delivered incorrectly, all very greasy and oily, very poorly topped. I'm happy to pay for good pizzas that are delivered on time First time and last time ordered there

Unfortunately disgusting, plus long waiting times, not for connoisseurs. Not even appropriate for a small appetite. Order taken incorrectly, waited 45 minutes in the restaurant, etc. What a shame!

Used to be good, now bad. The kebab tastes very bad, at least 0.5 liters of oil drips out of the kebab when you eat it. And it has flying everywhere. Really not recommended.

I wouldn't order it because they can't keep up, but the kebab locally is gigantic and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! Price performance is absolutely okay.

It's a shame, we've always been happy so far, but today we waited 3 hours for our order. The store is now closed and I doubt that deliveries will be made at all. I called twice and was assured twice that the order would be there in 10 minutes. I feel ripped off.

Good pizza, pasta, grill or kebab

I ordered a kebab doner plate and it cost more than a kebab box and it was the same amount and I didn't get a salad with the doner plate!

Tonight I went to this disgusting store that ripped me off. This shop is the biggest disgrace in Baselland. Instead of going to this store, I'd rather go to hell. I ordered a kebab plate and introduced myself that I got it with salad, as shown in the picture and is typical for a kebab plate. But this guy gave me kebab meat and fries and he WANTED 15.- and didn't even ask me if I wanted it with or without salad. I would have preferred to order a kebab box for 9.-. We complained to them, but they refused to accept it. I have other complaints that I don't want to mention.

The first and last time I ordered here. Owner couldn't find his way around even after spelling my address several times. The best/worst thing was that my food simply wasn't delivered as a result. Impudence!

Hello everyone. I would give 10 minus stars. Simply terrible. At 5:00 p.m. I ordered for 6:00 p.m. At 6:20 p.m. I called and asked. Received the goods at 7:00 p.m. The fries were just soft. The overall quality of the food was so terrible that I didn't even give it to my dogs. We threw away all the food. I ordered a grill plate, the website said it was a veal chop and a lamb chop was delivered, that is FRAUD. The food was over-seasoned. A salad with Italian sauce was ordered. It was delivered with French sauce. But the best comes at the end. When I ordered, I paid by card. During delivery the courier wanted more money....that's a rip off. This store is the worst the region has to offer!!!!!!!!
