I came in with no reservation at 8 pm on a Monday night. All the tables had a sign saying “reserved” but thankfully the friendly owner let me choose one of three tables to sit at. The restaurant is small and was busy with a few couples and a large table of business colleagues. Note that it is a bit cramped especially in winter with coats hanging. Not a place you can bring shopping bags to…:) This also means that you can hear the conversations of other patrons. Service was polite and helpful. Prices reasonable for Geneva. The reviews on both Trip Advisor and Google promised much. Alas, my sweet and sour prawns left much to be desired in terms of the freshness, taste and the quality of the sauce. (I was born and raised in Asia and grew up on this food.) Probably not the best item on the menu to judge this restaurant by. It’s in the old town and surrounded by restaurants serving traditional Swiss and European fare, which is probably what I would try if back in this area based on this experience.
