Great service, great place, expensive.

I was extremely disappointed by the service. My sisters and I passed by the bar around 3:30 pm to book a table for later the same evening at around 5:00 pm and the staff member told us that there's no need to make a reservation if we come before 7 pm. We left and came back around 4:50 pm. To our surprise a staff member named (Sonia) refused to let us in claming that we need to make a reservation and we saw that there were more than two empty tables and we requested to stay there and while were speaking three guests left so more one empty table. She kept refusing and telling us no and kept arguing. She said that she is in charge and her collogue was wrong the booking is before 6pm and not 7 pm I told her well now the time is 4:50 pm it's not even 5pm she laughed. And then she started bringing up random excuses and her colleagues (Nabila) jumped in and started making up some random excuses like the priorty for hotel guests (mind you I myself stayed at the hotel three months ago). They were extremely rude! The most annoying thing is that in the middle of the argument (Sonia) started laughing I told her why are you laughing she denied and then said what do you want me to cry??? We spoke to a manager and her poor soloution for us is to stay in the lobby and she will call us if she find us places in the bar. We immediately left.

Das Cola kostete astronomische 10.-. Die Hamburger waren eher well done statt medium rare und für den Preis 45.- sehr langweilig.

Dies ist eine sehr schöne Bar mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Wir bestellten am Nachmittag einen Fruchtsaft und eine Cola - unaufgefordert kamen sehr gute, salzige Aperonüsschen mit Wasabi, Mandeln und Oliven. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die noch bestellten Cappuccinos waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Preise sind gesalzen (13.-- für einen Aprikosensaft...) - beinahe überteuert. Die Terrasse war jedoch voll - an dieser Lage geht dies wohl.

Comme à Il Lago ou chez Izumi, le Bar de l'Hôtel des Bergues dépasse toutes les limites en termes de prix. Ils auraient torts de se gêner puisqu'il y a du monde. 40 à 75 francs les entrées, 50-80 les plats. C'est du sérieux. Même La Réserve passe pour un bistrot d'autoroute. Mais il est vrai que c'est très bon et que le service est réellement 5*. De même que le cadre.Donc voilà, pour ceux qui sont d'accord de payer 300 francs pour 2 à midi, allez-y car c'est très sympa :-)

Ich habe diese Woche hier Business Lunch. Ich entschied mich für eine schwarze Trüffel Risotto, und mein Partner hatte Fisch. Beide Gerichte waren tadellos. Sicherlich eines der besten Risottos war, das ich je hatte. Die Trüffel waren unglaublich. Wir hatten beide ein Glas Montrachet mit unser Mittagessen, und es war fantastisch. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, wie immer. Dies ist kein Ort für Diners auf ein Budget, aber eine exzellente Auswahl an Restaurants für jeden, der auf der Suche nach einem besonderen Anlass behandeln.

Le carpaccio aux truffes est une merveille de saveur... Le service est impeccable et le client est aux petits soins. Le risotto au Homard est incroyablement bon, fondant je vous recommande de l'essayer au moins une fois dans votre vie !Le choix de vin est d'exception, les bouteilles proposées sont exceptionnelles.En bref, je ne me lasserais jamais de cet endroit !

Die Restaurants im Hotel des Bergues und auch, die im gehobenen Kreisen angesagte "Le Bar Terrasse" sind hervorragend geführt und bieten sehr exquisite Küche an. Aber: Leider ist die ganze Ambiance etwas hochnäsig, um nicht zu sagen eingebildet. Das muss man als Gast erstmals mögen.

L'endroit est très beau et chaleureux. La décoration soignée et le service parfait. De loin le meilleur bar d'hôtel de Genève.Dommage que la carte snack ne soit pas plus mise en avant ! Nous reviendrons !

This is a welcoming, chic, and beautifully decorated bar, which I usually frequent in the summertime when a few enjoyable tables are set outside, on a street with very limited traffic. The main bartender, Ms. Sophie Larrouture, was named Best Bartender in Switzerland in 2016, and that shows in her creations, which are always delightful. The smiling staff is very focused on guest satisfaction, service excellence, and overall customer care, which is not surprising (but always a pleasure!) at a Four Seasons hotel... I highly recommend going to Le Bar des Bergues for pre-dinner drinks and then enjoying a delicious dinner at Il Lago, the elegant Michelin-starred Italian restaurant next door.

La perfection existe. J'ai compris pourquoi les prix étaient si élevés en comparaison avec les autres hôtels de luxe a Geneve. La piscine au 7e, le spa, la chambre au 4e cote lac super classe, rien ne manquait, champagne offert, literie exceptionnelle, 2 vasques dans la salle de bains, moquette moelleuse, insonorisation parfaite, personnel réactif et attentif. Seul petit bémol, le restaurant, peut faire mieux cote saveur.

Avant d'aller déguster un somptueux repas au restaurant Izumi nous avons pris un cocktail au bar des Bergues. Très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe, et les cocktails servis par Grégoire était vraiment excellent. Il a su les concocter selon nos goûts ce qui est tout à appréciable !

Io e mio marito abbiamo pranzato il giorno di capodanno in questo locale molto elegante. Ne è valsa veramente la pena sia per il cibo ottimo che per il servizio molto curato. Il conto, certo, risulta un pò alto soprattutto per il cambio quasi alla pari con l'€, ma comunque in linea con le nostre aspettative. Da consigliare

entschieden uns für die meisten casual Dining in The Four Seasons" viele Optionen (was sind alle fabelhaft). Ich hatte den Hummer Risotto, das war ausgezeichnet. Die Tour Chocolat für Wüste war hervorragend.

Wenn auch teuer, sehr lecker Essen. Ich hatte eine leckere Hummerrisotto für Haupt- und Strawberry Variation als Dessert, begleitet mit ein schönes Glas Rose. Die meisten der - eines der besten Services erhielt ich in einem Restaurant.

Nous venons dans ce bar depuis 10 ans à chacune de nos visites à Genève. Cette fois ci nous avons pris des gâteaux qui étaient à 10 euros à la carte et nous l'ont facturé 15€ pièces ..... Donc factures t-ils à la tête du client ou est ce une erreur ?!
