I ate the best sushi of my life in this restaurant! We went there for New Year's Eve, the staff is very welcoming and warm (despite the crowds). We took the buffet option, where you decide using a tablet what to bring to your table (at will of course). There is a considerable choice of dishes and all the foods are fresh, and incredibly well prepared, the salmon is tender, the tuna very well seasoned, the wakames are still warm and the Tonkatsu chicken is killer! Don't hesitate!

The food is very good and buffet option really offers enough. Need to work with tablet in the process but for us it was not complex. The service was fast enough. We were twice at this place, both times in the evening. We used Japanese food option.

Not much to say about this restaurant. In terms of quality-quantity-price, it’s tip top. A big effort is made for the presentation and the sushi is made to order. We went there in the evening and the dishes were good. Small downside for desserts where the choice is very limited and canned fruit. Very good advice for food allergies (gluten)

Much better than the negative reviews give off. Certainly go for this place. Deducted 1 star for service as it did take a few minutes of staring around and trying to catch someone's eye for the bill (which is somewhat normal for restaurants anyway), and 1 star deducted for food as Beef was quite chewy and duck was just a bit weird smelling but other than that, everything else was incredible. They have 2 options, Chinese or Japanese. We selected Japanese. You get to then choose from Buffet or Menu. Buffet was 52CHF per person. We chose buffet. You get to order a maximum of 4 items per person before you're locked out of the tablet that you order from for 10-15 minutes or so. We managed 16 items between the two of us, and then 3 scoops of ice cream on the 3rd round. Servers spoke English, french and I think Chinese from what I heard. I'd recommend to the restaurant filling out the menu items with English text where possible for English speakers, and also add photos for the drinks as was a bit confused when picking a drink. Bill was 127CHF for 2x buffets and 3x drinks. All in all, a bit pricy but good food. Excellent presentation and the food was really quick to the table. Would certainly come again!

Gorgeous ! The all-you-can-eat buffet is perfect, fast and of top quality. Everything is done via a tablet, it's fluid and easy to use. The grills are superb and the sushi even better, I highly recommend the buffet.

We went to this restaurant multiple times. One thing I can say is that the owner of the restaurant only wants money. He doesn’t care about customers experience and seems like he doesn’t want his guests to be satisfied. As example to this, after the waitress said that everything will be like on the picture of the menu, we were brought a bad looking sushi that didn’t match the description. They didn’t let us to return or replace the meal. Message to owner: you can always make a lot of money, but you can never have a high rating on Google with such approach. Best of luck

The dishes ordered by 4 small plates not hot, almost cold. Beef arrived blue, not even well cooked...and then you want to order, deliberately it takes a while, then you are no longer hungry, you are charged for tap water. No problem you don't finish a dish! 20% more to pay already which I find very expensive 52.- per person. I came once to try but never again, place to avoid.

We booked on "TheFork" after seeing that there was a 50% discount if we reserved the table. It wasn't the first time we went there, we had already been several times when there was the 20% discount. The first time we went, they explained to us that the 20% reduction was applicable either to the menu or to the all-you-can-eat buffet, we had the option to choose. This time when we arrived on site the lady explained to us that it was only à la carte and not applicable to the all-you-can-eat buffet, knowing that none of this was specified in the reservation!! I checked my old reservations again and everything was notified in the same way as on my reservation today. they could have clearly specified it on the site! Finally we went to eat elsewhere.

We booked on "La Fourchette" after seeing that there was a 50% discount if we reserved the table. We were welcomed fairly quickly as there were only 2 tables occupied so no waiting. We ordered a drink + starters and at the same time we asked how much it was per person knowing that there was -50% and the lady told us that it was on the menu so since we wanted galore we didn't get a discount (maybe it should have been mentioned on the app, right??). We received the starters and the chicken gyozas looked completely different on the shelf and tasted 3/10 the worst I have eaten. When we ordered sushi the lady came to tell us that we had to hurry even though it wasn't even 9 p.m. I was a little surprised at the way she spoke to us but anyway. We receive sushi and frankly I don't understand how people like this restaurant so much. The worst sushi I've eaten knowing that I eat it very often. Also, every time they came to clear the table or bring things, they pulled their heads and were borderline rude. Also, they closed the toilets while there were still customers there. Bottom line, don't go there. The sushi 5/10, the service 2/10 not to mention the price (a coke costs 5.-).. If you are in Valais I recommend Yakito in Martigny, it's a very small restaurant but at least you will be well received, you pay less and you eat 10x better.

They say it is a buffet but you must shoose it in the iPad, that's OK but then they bill you some plates because they say they are supplementary but it is in the menu of the buffet and it doesn't mentioned it's supplementary. Robbers!!!!!!!! Food horrible, only starters can be eaten. Even in a worst fast food you eat better. Personnel rude when you say it is impossible to eat.

Overall the food is good. Paying 52chf per person and not being able to have free tap water is not fair. Plus for a carafe it’s 2chf per person! Even the city's 5-star hotels don't do it... Then chicken katsu is simply a frozen breaded cutlet and not traditional, too bad!

This is around my 12th time to this restaurant. They had their ups and downs but as of this time, they are on their game. The servers are very attentive and nice. We had the pleasure of having hotpot and was served by a very tall and nice Chinese man. 11/10 for the food, service and everything else. Please keep it up! And I recommend this place for both sushi and hotpot. Thank you for the incredible meal!

I spontaneously went to eat there with my family after visiting the Christmas market. Some dishes that were ordered did not arrive. The staff seemed annoyed and you didn't feel welcome. We ate everything except the fried rice, down to the last crumb. The fried rice didn't taste good, but we still ate it until there was a small spoonful left. Then we were told that it wasn't ready and we had to pay 20% more. Personally, I'm very careful not to waste food, but if you read the other reviews of the restaurant, in which a customer ordered a hotpot and she had enough and the staff didn't let her friend finish her hotpot, it's questionable whether it was the restaurant really cares about anti-food waste or profit. All in all, I unfortunately felt uncomfortable, even though the food was mostly ok. Oh was. However, the price-performance ratio was definitely not the same for me.

One of the worst restaurants I've seen... very disappointed! Dirty table when we arrived, unpleasant waiter and in 30 minutes we had neither the order tablet, nor even just a drink. Avoid it, I won't set foot there again. There are plenty of other much nicer restaurants around. WORLDABLE SHAMEFUL We came as a family to Montreux for the Christmas market and decided to eat in this restaurant on the recommendation of people who had gone there this summer after the reopening. There were 10 of us with 3 children aged 5 to 8 and we had booked for 7 p.m. to be able to return early. First impression, the restaurant is pleasant and the tables are well arranged. The principle is explained to us: unlimited Reoas for 48 euros per person. We have a tablet for 4 people and we order from a well-stocked list a series of 1 to 4 dishes per person, which we can repeat as many times as we want in the evening, until we are full. And they explain to us that if the dishes ordered are not eaten, we are charged 20% more. So for some we order 4 dishes, and for the children one dish waiting for them to finish before ordering another. The dishes arrive, the food is ok, nothing more. It's more Chinese food than Japanese, but we're not in a gastro... The portions being small, it is eaten quickly and we recommend a new series of dishes. It’s 7:40 p.m., and for this series of dishes we will wait almost 2 hours. For 2 hours, with the twenty or so dishes ordered, they were brought to us dish by dish, the same wait for already ready dishes like sashimi as for the cooked dishes. The children fall asleep, and after 2.5 hours, we decide to leave without placing new orders, some will have only eaten 2 courses of some "sushi". No dessert and a bill of 432 francs. The principle of this so-called all-you-can-eat restaurant is to wait for you until you are no longer hungry or tired of waiting and when you ask for your dishes again and again, the waiters explain to you that they are not can't do anything about it, that the kitchen can't keep up. This is not true, each new table that arrives is served quickly and then it is with the second order that the wait begins. This principle of restoration borders on fraud. Conclusion, now that you have been warned, avoid this restaurant

My first comment so harsh but hey I can't let it go. We arrive and wait at the entrance several employees / manager pass in front of us, no hello, no glance, we were invisible I speak to a person who tells me to wait...5 minutes later we are found a table, we wait again that someone brings us a card, 15 minutes later still nothing we decide to leave and at reception the manager all smiles "sorry for the wait" madness or else.... No comment
