Le Bistro in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Outing with friends at the Bistro, which is my first visit. The welcome and the quality of the service correspond perfectly to what I am looking for, congratulations to this team which has changed a little from what I can understand. As for my salmon tartare, it was excellent with an original accompaniment. I had a lovely evening, thank you.

Very good food, well cooked and very well served. Special mention for the marrow bone, the piece with café de Paris sauce gratinated in the oven. Good wine to accompany everything, a delight.

It’s beautiful and it’s very good. Let us also add that the boss knows how to take care of her customers. Anyway, go for it.

What a surprise !!!! super nice setting, welcoming and smiling team. fast service, and most importantly, the meal: succulent. Between the beef fillet and the dame blanche for dessert,....just think about it. Looking forward to going back next time.
