Impeccable welcome meal service

Gangster rap unbearable music. 35 minutes of waiting between the tiny salad drenched in sauce and the dish of the day (although not crowded at all). Steak tartare excellent but much too spicy (without warning). Enough room between tables. Friendly service.

Veillotte room and not very warm atmosphere. Decent service. Any food, I found the prices excessive for the quality offered, especially for the meat.

The hunting is still excellent. The diversity and quality of the accompaniments for the hunting plate is incredible. The chestnut ice cream is great.

The veranda allows customers to enjoy an evening outdoors in late summer; This is a significant plus. The menu keeps its promises...the foie gras is delicious, the deer rack 🦌 is a great discovery, the gourmet coffee is really very delicious. Compliments to the chef!

Small bar as we like them. Great restaurant! Small card advertising fresh, quality products. An asset these days. Second time we went there and the menu changed between two. The boss's wife brought us a box of toys from her childhood and our children were able to play quietly. The service was friendly. It's always a pleasure to go and eat at Chalet de Boussens. I have been there several times since the current owner and suffice to say that he is an ace in the kitchen! Everything is delicious, the staff is friendly, the boss is adorable (he even ran after my boyfriend in the parking lot to apologize for not having had time to stop by to see if everything was okay after the meal!). I recommend with my eyes closed! And we will go back :)! I even give it 6 stars.

Honestly you have to go there, the deer steak is a masterpiece. And the sympathy of the owners is exemplary. An essential address. And I already went there during the time of the previous owners!
