Wanted to have some pre-dinner drinks. Agreed with the waiter to take a table that was reserved 30 minutes later, ordered drinks … 3 minutes later the waiter came back, telling us to leave as the responsible person said so. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

We (7 people) went to Colvert for dinner last Saturday. The weather was fantastic, so everything was fully booked. The staff was friendly and attentive, the service was prompt and the food was very good. We had a lovely evening and were completely satisfied. The location by the lake is fantastic, unfortunately we had a table at the back, but we had reserved at very short notice.

The setting is fantastic and idyllic! There is a magnificent terrace with direct access to the beach. The perch fillets are delicious. There is even an interesting children's version. Third attempt, this year, same result! Long waits and rude staff. In addition, limoncello is only available to certain customers.

I ate a stale entrecote that I asked for rare, after an hour of waiting (arriving at 6:30 p.m.) my entrecote finally arrived but way too cooked to be to my taste. Ditto for my friend's rostbeef. The vegetables on the plate were tasteless and the café de Paris sauce served with it was microscopic, not even enough for the meat which does not weigh 220 grams. We will not go back

Went there as a family for a birthday, we were seated on the terrace. Super efficient and extremely friendly staff. The meal was very good. We will return with great pleasure.

Very nice terrace on the edge of Yvonand beach. The menu is tempting and the dish tasted (Penne with scallops and large shrimp) was really very good. I recommend for the food and for the view.

The food is very good unfortunately the toilets are unsanitary and personally I won't go back because of that! I can't understand how a restaurant with a great menu can have toilets like this! If the cooks and waiters use these toilets I can’t imagine how many germs there are on the plates!

One of those addresses that make you dream, friendly and cozy setting with a pretty terrace almost right on the water. Delicious cuisine, efficient and friendly service... Even the prices are reasonable, The duo menu of perch with foie gras as a starter and gourmet dessert for 57.- For great quality and good quantity. Don't hesitate... go for it!!!!

Avoid Sunday afternoon. The service is very bad Long wait despite 3 servers who were not really overwhelmed. A customer near our table gave up ordering after a long wait. For an order of a drink and 3 glasses, only one napkin and the bill were there before the order. We experienced much better service.

Superb setting and good cuisine. Almost perfect. Unfortunately our meal was somewhat spoiled by the smoke emitted by the slates... Regrettable that 3 or 4 people could impose their meal on the rest of the terrace at this point...

The restaurant is located directly on the lake and there is enough parking space. The terrace is nice, but surprisingly it gets quite loud with many guests. The sanitary facilities could use some renovation and on the way to the toilet you feel like you are walking through the material warehouse. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food tastes quite good. However, the question for me was whether the salad dressing and tartare sauce for the fish were homemade or bought. The latter would be a shame, but the operator would be happy to answer it.

Experience was good, from the food to the service. Super nice space and good atmosphere. The only criticism (I hope it's constructive) and it seems to be a problem in many restaurants, is that as soon as they serve us the dish, it seems like they forget about the customer. When we finish eating, we wait forever for the plate to be lifted and the dessert menu to be received, then it seems like the waiters simply disappear so we can ask for the bill... (for that reason alone, it gives 4 stars for the service, because the waiters were very friendly)

Beautiful and good restaurant. Interesting menu choice. Several usual dishes in the region but well revisited. Well-suited quantity, really well-seasoned dishes. I recommend it to anyone passing through the area. And you can take the terrace which is very pleasant

I will never come back there again! Already upon arriving... there were 3 people seated at a table for two even though I had reserved 3 weeks ago.... Did not hesitate to take "the success of the restaurant" which is the lamb shank praised on the menu : there were more and no information from the “server”. The dome of foie gras as a starter is a sample because the quantity is ridiculous!!! The few staff there are running everywhere. We told them we had time but halfway through the starter... the main courses arrived... so back to the kitchen. Then they literally forgot about us!! The wine was at room temperature and it took a long time to find before arriving at our table. A few vegetables still swimming in water in a small bowl with a piece of beef for CHF 55.00 on a slate with 3 sauces without any taste and topped with milk or cream ??..... CHF 3.00 extra for a handful of rice... so indeed I won't go back there again... too bad because the place is pretty...

The restaurant has a great location on the banks of the lake and offers plenty of shady outdoor seating. The friendly waitress serves you with a smile. Reservations are recommended for dining. Especially on a nice day, the places are already fully booked.

A magical place due to its proximity to the lake. However, it was raining and in the closed restaurant, with the meats on slates, the atmosphere was rather heavy and smelled strongly of fried food. The food is good, good value for money. Note +++++ the service staff who are incredible in their kindness, professionalism and availability. It's so rare these days to meet this kind of person that it's worth noting. For that alone, we will come back!

Superb location, welcoming staff But the food was pretty bland and not really interesting, maybe we arrived on a day when there was perhaps too much flow (July 15) In any case, the value for money was not there.

I have eaten at Le Colvert three times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the service perfect. Our dog is welcome 😊 The place, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, is enchanting and the terrace is very large.

Even though the place is superb, at the edge of the lake, we had to wait more than an hour for three plates of perch fillets with fries… we were assured that the fish was from Lake Geneva but they were really not very good.

We came with my boyfriend three weeks ago. We had a great time with good food and a nice server. We went back this evening for our anniversary. The waiter was disgusting and unprofessional. Ladies who arrived after us were served before us by the same waiter who took great care of these ladies. They had a tartare and we were able to taste it to correct the taste. The waiter didn't let me taste my tartare, no possibility of asking for more taste. My friend receives his dish, the waiter takes his napkin to dip it in his plate because the sauce had leaked a little, poor service. I wait for my tartare which is served to me afterwards, even though it was ordered before those at the next table, my friend waiting with his hot dish for me to be served. The other customers were visited by the waiter to find out if anything was missing, they were able to ask for Tabasco. The waiter passes me by and ignores me all evening, in short, I eat my tasteless tartare. We had to ask several times to prop up the table. We are served after the other customers who receive the dessert menu before us. Customers always arrived after us. Deplorable service and not a word of apology... This ruined our birthday party and made me sad.

Great first experience at Le Colvert! Attentive service, hearty meals (steak tartare) and a superb terrace for one of the beautiful summer evenings!

We went to the restaurant this Friday evening, June 2, to eat the perch fillets and it was very good. On the other hand, we had an extremely unpleasant pepper and salt server who yelled at us as soon as we arrived because we couldn't get on the terrace and had to retrace our steps to be seated and this continued his annoyance throughout the meal. It's a real shame because this person has meant that we will not return to this certainly magnificent place with good cuisine.

-Paradise by the lake -Our “perch fillets” restaurant -Despite the crowds, the service is top notch -Only negative point, terrace for smokers, I suggest making a non-smoking terrace with the possibility of smoking on the quay.

This is not the first time we have been disappointed with this restaurant! Went this Friday 05.05.23 We waited more than an hour before being served, yet we arrived at 11:45 a.m. the service was deplorable with many errors! The quality of the food was mediocre!!! We won't go back there again that's for sure and we don't recommend it 😡

We just priced a smoothie. But they didn't taste much more like milk than ice cream.

We were very well received by a very pleasant and smiling waitress. The Thai starter was delicious and original. The impeccable pole duo to discover two types of poles. For dessert, a super good hazelnut mocca ice cream. The service was fast, as it should be. The only downside was that the floor was dirty, full of croissant crumbs. 5 ✨
